This property is a great place to stay in Lubbock Texas. The only downside is they are remodeling the pool but once that is done the place will be perfect. The breakfast was surprisingly good great homemade salsa

We enjoyed our stay here. Pros: staff was super friendly, bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet. Cons: floor of room was dirty, the coffee was terrible tasting, and the pool was nasty (not that we wanted to swim because it’s winter, but looking out our window and seeing a brown pool full of trash, moss and leaves was just gross - maybe drain it when not in use??).

One of my favorite places to stay. It’s always really consistent. Place is clean and the rooms very spacious. They also have the best breakfast of any other place I’ve tried. If you like to workout the gym is pretty big and has a good selection. Downsides would be the bathroom doors are sliding and don’t seem to want to latch. The bathroom is kinda small too. The carpet in the hallways is old and coming up and needs replacement. Other than those minor things it’s a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced

The only thing I was upset about was the pool was closed/ the only reason I picked the hotel after a long drive. It would have not been safe to get back in the car to try and find another hotel with a pool after driving 600 miles

The room was dirty, especially the restroom. There were hairs everywhere. The carpet smelled horrible. The matresses are very old, you sink in. The coffee was so bad I had to throw it away. Staff were great but I would never go back nor recommend this hotel.

Pictures are deceiving. Shower was dirty, room doors need paint and cleaning. Sofa bed sheets smelled funny and the AC wasn’t cooling enough at 62- felt like 70.

When we arrived at our room, we found that the restroom had no door; instead, there was only a see-through shower curtain. That is a big no for me, especially when traveling with kids. We requested a new room, and they accommodated us with one. However, the new room was filthy. The sheets had stains, there was mold in the sink, and it had a funky smell. My kids were looking forward to the complimentary breakfast, but we decided to skip it and eat somewhere else because if the room was dirty, how could we trust that the kitchen was any better?

The room I booked had hair in the shower pan. It wasn’t hair belonging to a head. Pretty disgusting. The shower head was clogged so water pressure was low coming out of it. The pillows were flat as can be and even stacking them didn’t help. For a Hilton brand this was not what I was expecting. I’ll be generous and give a 3 due to staff being nice. Outside of that.. abysmal experience.

Was very pleased with everything about our stay except the air conditioning. It did not cool. We only slept with a top sheet even though a/c was on 68. The building and grounds were beautiful. Will definitely stay again.

Melissa was absolutely awesome. Check in was great, Room was nice. Night time you can hear the people above you walking. Breakfast was good. Small area was a bit crowded.

Pros: comfy, large two room suite, rollin shower, small kitchen with full sized fridge, spacious for my big walker! Cons: dated roll in shower, needs upgrade, microwave dirty and turn table inside wobbled, auto curtain almost all the way down but had gotten stuck so it gently buzzed all night ( we sleep through anything though) Would still stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff, clean unit however there was an off putting smell in the hallway and the sound the elevator makes from floor to floor is like a fire alarm sound. The suites are comfy and has everything you need from a home away from home. Bathroom door is a bit difficult to open and close because the design lacks a proper handle.

I really liked this hotel. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the elevator. It worked perfectly but the sound it would make at each floor was annoying.

When I entered my room on the top floor, the room temperature was 90° according to the thermostat. The heat would not turn off. After a member of the staff came up to try to fix it, he was able to turn off the heat/cool control. Later that night when I was in bed about to go to sleep, THE DOOR OPENED AND TWO STRANGERS AND A DOG JUST WALKED RIGHT IN!! The night desk clerk gave them keys to my room! After I told the strangers to get out and that the room was occupied, I put my clothes on and went to complain to the desk clerk who seemed indifferent to the problem, I never even got an apology or an explanation. The premade packaged breakfast was an inedible and unappetizing.

We mainly stayed there 2 nights, slept good. Although the last night we stayed, hotel had plumbing problems. Front desk was hoping it would be fixed by no later than 10pm. We woke up to still no water. So we left earlier than we anticipated on check out day. But I'm grateful that they did compensate us for that night. It shows good business and we will be staying there again.

We were counted as "no shows" after making the long drive from DC. Thus, our room had been cancelled. We re-rented a room and the keys to the room did not work...twice. We were finally switched to anorher room and were able to get some rest.

The staff were so friendly! Dee in particular was amazing. He remembered our names, the reason we were in town, and visited with us every time we went through the lobby. Super customer service!

We booked this hotel last minute and had a dog with us. The front desk gal was super nice and very friendly. Check in was easy and we had a first floor room which made walking our dog very convenient. This hotel is dog friendly in the sense that they have a lot of grass around the hotel and a specific grassy area for pets with a trash can and poop bags. Some other hotels we stayed at that were supposedly pet friendly have rocks only, which is weird. The area is right off the freeway and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and the hotel in general was nice. We felt safe in the area also. Breakfast set up was pretty good with quite a few options.

When I entered my room on the top floor, the room temperature was 90° according to the thermostat. The heat would not turn off. After a member of the staff came up to try to fix it, he was able to turn off the heat/cool control. Later that night when I was in bed about to go to sleep, THE DOOR OPENED AND TWO STRANGERS AND A DOG JUST WALKED RIGHT IN!! The night desk clerk gave them keys to my room! After I told the strangers to get out and that the room was occupied, I put my clothes on and went to complain to the desk clerk who seemed indifferent to the problem, I never even got an apology or an explanation. The premade packaged breakfast was an inedible and unappetizing.

Received a notice from the property that I could check in online from the Hilton app and get digital key. I have done this countless times, but the process stopped when it was time to get the digital key. Said I had to go to the front desk. So frustrating. Two hours prior to arrival, I selected chat with front desk option in order to resolve the issue. No one ever responded. This was a technology, process, and worst of all, service failure.

This property is a great place to stay in Lubbock Texas. The only downside is they are remodeling the pool but once that is done the place will be perfect. The breakfast was surprisingly good great homemade salsa

I have stayed at several Home2 locations. This was the first one that did not have fresh/cool water in the lobby upon arrival. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7am and it was after 7:30 before it was ready. The staff was extremely friendly - other than the 2 issues mentioned above, everything else was good.

We enjoyed our stay here. Pros: staff was super friendly, bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet. Cons: floor of room was dirty, the coffee was terrible tasting, and the pool was nasty (not that we wanted to swim because it’s winter, but looking out our window and seeing a brown pool full of trash, moss and leaves was just gross - maybe drain it when not in use??).

Our reservation showed check out time to be 12 noon, and the posted sign in our room also stated noon. (I even took a picture and showed the front desk person?. However, the front desk informed us that it was 11am, not noon. They claimed the noon checkout was for Hilton honors members (doesn’t say that anywhere on sign) and to get people to sign up for their Hilton honors program… what in the world??? It mentions NOTHING about their program anywhere. She claimed checkout has always been 11 and that the door was wrong (which sounds absolutely ridiculous). Never staying there again. Half of their breakfast items were also out and the attendant did apologize and said they didn’t leave her much to stock the breakfast area with. I’m so disappointed we paid almost $200 for this ridiculous property.

One of my favorite places to stay. It’s always really consistent. Place is clean and the rooms very spacious. They also have the best breakfast of any other place I’ve tried. If you like to workout the gym is pretty big and has a good selection. Downsides would be the bathroom doors are sliding and don’t seem to want to latch. The bathroom is kinda small too. The carpet in the hallways is old and coming up and needs replacement. Other than those minor things it’s a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced

Breakfast heated and served in plastic containers or wrap. Foam plates and plastic cutlery. I settled for 1/2 a waffle, skipping the plastic infused food, HFC syrup and jelly. An hour into my drive, I had stomach pains and nausea. Room was hot. Adjusting the thermostat did no good. I finally turned it off. Still did no good. It was a cold night so some heat was necessary but it was suffocatingly hot. Sliding door to bathroom was jammed in open position. Shower was barely warm in hottest position.

This has been the best by far hotel we stayed at! The staff was so nice and accommodating and the breakfast was actually delicious!! The room was spacious and very clean! I need to find out the shampoo and conditioner they have, because my hair is the softest it has ever been after 1 wash!! I definitely recommend this is the place to stay!!

Not really a kitchen. I had hoped to make a meal or two given my extended stay but it is just a sink and a microwave. Front desk staff were great. Laundry should be a free amenity for Hilton honors members.

Love everything except the AC, it was set on 70 however when it wasn't running it would get warm and humid. We even set the temp to keep room cool but it would run so link and then stop, sleeping through the night was difficult. Other than that we loved it

This hotel had potential but was not as up-to-par as I hoped. The maintenance of the rooms could use work. The replaced grout in the bathroom was sloppy and it looked dirty. The shampoo dispenser was empty, which was very irritating. Had to get out of the shower wet just to get some from my bag. How hard is it to check this after each checkout?! The shower head was just okay. On a good note, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space and the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. The one thing that will keep me from staying again was a shrill sound through the time we were there, that kept me up until after 3:00 am. It sounded like wind blowing through the AC, like you hear when there’s a blizzard outside. It was horrible. I eventually had to get up and get my ear buds to try and drown it out. Room 430.
