Facility is excellent. Very good looking. Spotless. King suite beautiful and spacious. Loved the salt water pool. A real breakfast with many tasty options. Best part was the extra friendly and accommodating people. Five stars!!

Nice hotel in a great location. Has a nice lobby/common area and a nice pool..no hot tub though! The gym is decent for a hotel and breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast

Dirty underwear left under the sink and nobody from housekeeping to come get them. Dirty silverware and hair all over the pull out mattress. Was told a manager would contact me about all this but haven’t heard a word. Won’t be back!

it is a new property - modern facilities however we checked in to our room and there was black hair all over the bathroom! gross. they didn't sweep or wipe the counters or clean the sink! i don't even think the carpet was vacuumed.

The staff were friendly and wonderful and helpful. The room was updated, clean and large. The main areas were clean and quiet. The areas around the hotel are great for shopping with the large mall across the street. Great location with easy access from the highway. My room was directly on the highway side and I heard nothing. Breakfast was extensive with offerings, hot and the area was kept clean and the food was delicious I travel often enough and at this place gets top marks! Will definitely book here again when I’m in town! Great value.

Room was clean, large, great layout, mini kitchen looked great. Only complaint is kitchen lights did not turn on but we were not in the room long enough to even use the kitchen so it did not matter. The breakfast in the morning was okay. I had oatmeal with some of the toppings from the granola bar, which was yummy. I was hoping for simple scrambled eggs and they did not have that. I do appreciate the creative offerings, there were empanadas and a savory muffin. I am gluten free so I could not have those options, same for the waffle/pancake bar.

This is a brand new hotel, located right next to the MAX station at Clackamas Town Center, giving you access to downtown Portland without having to stay there. Being close to the mall is also very convenient in terms of shopping options and lots of great food within walking distance. Our rooms were quiet and very comfortable, well designed and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during every interaction. The only "thumbs down" I can give them is on their breakfast situation. The two mornings I was there, the only hot options were small quiches (which were dried out and crusty), english muffin breakfast sandwiches (also dried out and crusty), and waffles. Their juice machine was also empty broken on most items; the only thing that worked was cranberry juice. I am also used to seeing scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes , biscuits and gravy, and so on at a hotel breakfast, so this was really disappointing. It's maybe the only thing that would keep me from staying here again in the future.

The only thing that was disappointing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep in . but the main bed was great.

The Customer Service at this Hotel is truly wonderful. I grew up in an era when Customer Service was key to success, this hotel provides that memorable experience. I wish I knew the womans name that greeted my daughter and I when we checked in. She was/is amazing!

Hotel and staff are great. The only negative was the max station is directly behind the hotel and felt a little uneasy at night time in the parking lot coming and going.

There is a big mall nearby with lots of food options for walking distance and more food options if driving. Don’t forget the food delivery services. Pool is nice and breakfast is yummy.

Room was clean, large, great layout, mini kitchen looked great. Only complaint is kitchen lights did not turn on but we were not in the room long enough to even use the kitchen so it did not matter. The breakfast in the morning was okay. I had oatmeal with some of the toppings from the granola bar, which was yummy. I was hoping for simple scrambled eggs and they did not have that. I do appreciate the creative offerings, there were empanadas and a savory muffin. I am gluten free so I could not have those options, same for the waffle/pancake bar.

Well-designed room. Only flaws I saw were created by other people staying in the hotel, and unfortunately occurred right before I entered the elevator. I'm sure the staff promptly fixed the situation when they realized, as the rest of the hotel was in orderly condition. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, with a myriad of options.

The staff were friendly and wonderful and helpful. The room was updated, clean and large. The main areas were clean and quiet. The areas around the hotel are great for shopping with the large mall across the street. Great location with easy access from the highway. My room was directly on the highway side and I heard nothing. Breakfast was extensive with offerings, hot and the area was kept clean and the food was delicious I travel often enough and at this place gets top marks! Will definitely book here again when I’m in town! Great value.

This is a brand new hotel, located right next to the MAX station at Clackamas Town Center, giving you access to downtown Portland without having to stay there. Being close to the mall is also very convenient in terms of shopping options and lots of great food within walking distance. Our rooms were quiet and very comfortable, well designed and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during every interaction. The only "thumbs down" I can give them is on their breakfast situation. The two mornings I was there, the only hot options were small quiches (which were dried out and crusty), english muffin breakfast sandwiches (also dried out and crusty), and waffles. Their juice machine was also empty broken on most items; the only thing that worked was cranberry juice. I am also used to seeing scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes , biscuits and gravy, and so on at a hotel breakfast, so this was really disappointing. It's maybe the only thing that would keep me from staying here again in the future.

Great hotel in a nice area close to shopping and restaurants. Very clean, nice and professional staff. The breakfast was great and lots of options. The room was big and spacious. The only thing that was disappointing was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my son to sleep in . but the main bed was great.

I was recently in Portland to attend a Golden wedding anniversary celebration with family and my grandchildren. My grandkids loved the breakfast and especially the indoor pool. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. One day we all just walked over to the mall which is so convenient to the hotel. This is a very clean and new feeling property deserving full marks in my opinion!

We drove down from Seattle and this was the perfect stay. Fast chargers across the parking lot and level 2 chargers in the parking lot. Super easy to get to the hotel. The room was clean and even stocked with kitchen essentials. Best of the the pool was heated and my daughter had us go swimming 3 times in a day day visit. I will definitely stay here again if I come to town.
