They do it well in many ways from the first minute you enter the hotel. Staff were friendly, made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, got everything we could think of, the self serve laundry was clean, the machine worked well, the parking was safe, breakfast was good, plenty of things to choose from. We intend to stay here again next time. They are that good.

Easy, straightforward check in, parking was 44$ for me and locked garage with fast elevators. Rooms were clean and a/c was fast. One thing was there was no fan in the bathroom, so with multiple people is was very humid. Great warm breakfast fresh at 630-9am and easy checkout. Can't wait to stay again for football games or concerts at the Neptune theater

Arrived around 9:30. Staff was polite and efficient. Parking, which you need to do after checking was $35.00 and very tight but secure and easy access to my room. Room and bathroom area were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast provided had great selection of items. Hotel was close to train station (U District). Many restaurants nearby too. Overall, I would definitely come back to this property.

We arrived after a long road trip but had a lot of trouble sleeping the first night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and it wasn’t prepared when we arrived ie there were no linens on the bed. My kids complained about sleeping there. Also, the traffic noise disturbed everyone. We were there for 2 nights and housekeeping did not come at all during the stay. My daughter had been sick during the day and I was waiting all day to change the towels and have help cleaning the bathroom. Overall very disappointed by the poor service and uncomfortable conditions for a family hotel,

We really enjoyed having the separate area from the bedroom for sitting and preparing/eating food. The beds and pillows were the best we have experienced - not too hard, not too soft. Staff was consistently courteous and helpful. Location excellent for hopping onto I25.

I booked this hotel because of past excellent experience with Marriott and closeness to University. However, my keycard was not activated and I was stuck in underground parking with no way to get out except to walk up the stairs with my bags and out to the street and around the block back to the main door. All doors except the one to the street were locked and inaccessible without keycard. This to me is a serious health and safety issue.

I booked this hotel because of past excellent experience with Marriott and closeness to University. Construction nearby impacted the noise level. All but one staff member were nice and friendly. The one ignored me and helped everyone else. Amazing room decor and layout. Good breakfast. Amazing location near transit and Trader Joe’s and a Subway.

We stayed here for one night and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel feels very new and clean and our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was also better than expected with hot and cold options and more of a lounge-y feel for seating. It's next to the University of Washington (short walk), so not near the main Seattle destinations/attractions. It's about a 10-15 minute ride by car north of downtown. I would stay again.

The breakfast was also better than expected with hot and cold options and more of a lounge-y feel for seating. Mother Daughter Day in the U-District followed up with a concert at the Neptune - They got us checked in and secured our car so we had the day to walk all over the U-District, the concert was amazing and it only being a 2 minute walk back to the hotel - you couldn't ask for more.

This was very convenient for my destination, and right on a good bus line. However as of now (Jan 2025) there's road work outside, at night, and I didn't appreciate not being notified of that till after I reserved, checked in, and was in my room. They give you a white noise machine and ear plugs, that's nice, but it'd be better if you knew this was the case in advance. People might need to, you know, be really rested..

Enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast provided had great selection of items. Hotel was close to train station (U District). Many restaurants nearby too. Overall, I would definitely come back to this property.

Fantastic staff. Especially Garrett. Really took care of us when they found out how disappointed the kids were that they didn't have a pool anymore. Clean, spacious room with all amenities, great breakfast!

The location is great for what we wanted to do in U District. Our room was a little disgusting. The room was large and had all of the necessary benefits of a suite, so you can save money by having meals in the kitchen. There's a Safeway one block over. The lobby was nice and modern. However, the carpet in the room was disgusting. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Instead, they tried to cover up the smell with an incense-smelling air freshener. It smelled like a frat house where too many people smoked weed and tried to cover it up. We didn't want to take our shoes off.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and pretty much in good condition. This is not my first time here. The parking fee is a bit too pricey in my opinion but their parking area is safe and easy in and out. The gym is nice and clean. Location is excellent. Walking a couple blocks and there are lots of restaurants, coffee places. I can walk to Trader Joe’s easily. Laundry room is very clean and easy to use with PayRange apps. The only two things I found that are not in perfect condition this time was the following: 1) one side of closet door was stuck and 2) the shower gel pump did not work. I believe if I let them know, they would come and fix it. This time I only stayed for 2 nights so I did not bother about it. I let them know when I checked out and the staff apologized and gave me complimentary parking. I will definitely go back to this hotel. They always made me feel welcome. I hope Marriott knows they got really good team at this hotel.
