Amazing staff and great rooms. Just a great hotel. 10/10 will return and encourage family to stay here. Great breakfast too. Dog friendly. Love this place.

The hotel staff were amazing—super helpful, friendly, and kind! The breakfast was okay. I was a little disappointed because I had seen so many reviews saying it was the best breakfast, but I found it somewhat lackluster. The options were pretty limited, and some of the food wasn’t very hot. That being said, it kept my kiddos’ hungry bellies full, so I can’t complain too much! We also really appreciated the size of the dining room. Continental breakfast with four kids can be challenging enough without having to worry about finding space to sit. Our room was clean “enough.” There was some residue on the back of the bathroom door that was less than desirable, and the trash under the kitchen sink was still full when we arrived. The beds were also not very comfortable—but really, is there any place quite like your own bed? LOL. Overall, we had a good stay and would definitely consider staying again if the opportunity presented itself!

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The room could’ve been a little bit cleaner, there was some potato chip crumbs on the couch, and it looked like it wasn’t vacuumed very well. Also, they should stock the room a little bit better with an extra toilet paper and maybe a couple extra towels. But overall, everything was good. I would stay here again.

The room was clean but the tub and sink didn't drain properly, there weren't enough towels for number of guests, and the conditioner was empty. The pool area never had towels available, and people were constantly jumping in the pool (it is a small pool-so difficult to avoid). The breakfast was decent. All staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for the towels and conditioner needed. Overall it was an ok place to stay, but could have been a much better experience.
