Märks att det har varit ett mycket fint hotell som börjar att bli lite slitet, men fortsatt mycket fint rum. Bra städning på ytan men ex koppar/muggar på rummet var inte diskade. Mycket fin frukost. Fanns mineralvatten, te och kaffe man kunde servera sig på rummet. Personalen när jag kom verkade stressad och att ogilla sitt jobb, utförde jobbet utan servicekänsla, mannen vid utcheckningen var mer tillmötesgående och mjuk. Bassängen var likaså något sliten nu och dess område något trist med emballage på ett område, men man kunde bortse ifrån det. Man behöver använda badmössa i poolen. Finns att köpa Bra grekisk restauranng i anslutning till hotellet

The room was good, but they didn't clean the room, didn't change the sheets, and didn't wash the spoons and cups (told me to go buy Scotch-Brite and soap). They only organized the bed and that was it. The shower drain was blocked; I told them on the first day and nothing was fixed. The light on the balcony didn't work, and they didn't fix it. Overall, it was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, and if they had been cleaning and fixing the broken items, I would have enjoyed it, but for me, it was a bad experience.

We had a very disappointing stay. Both rooms we were given had clear cleanliness issues, which is unacceptable when you’re paying for a hotel. Despite raising this properly and providing documentation, we received no meaningful response—just a €10 refund at checkout with no apology. The handling of the situation was poor, and the staff showed little understanding, even interrupting when we tried to explain. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!

Good hotel but you will need to take a taxi in order to visit the old town. The staffs were very limited English speaking.
