The spa and rooftop terrace were both under construction and unavailable for use. We booked for the terrace and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known it was closed. Disappointed.

Lovely hotel. Not really comfortable to relax in the public areas, rooftop too hot to hang out on and everytime I went to the rooftop for a drink I couldn’t find anyone to get me one. Good service. Okay location.

Disappointed. My wife arrived ahead of us and wasn’t advised there was no room service that evening, when she then went to order food at about 7pm on a Thursday night she was told to download UberEats !!! There was no barman throughout our 3 night weekend stay. The reception team served us a couple of drinks but couldn’t make our children a Mocktail so I helped them make it ! Our adjoining children’s room took them several reminders to open the adjoining doors and it only had one working light. I asked for it to be fixed and they forgot. When I reminded them they said they didn’t have an electrician….. so I asked them can you at least try changing the lightbulb? I asked the reception team to help book a table for dinner on Saturday night but they booked it for Friday. The rooftop bar was closed, fair enough as it is winter (February) but they could have outside heaters like most other bars ??? But when we went their to admire the view it was extremely dirty with lots of bird droppings. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months. Generally the hotel just disappoints, they might claim to be 5 star but in my view this is more of a 3 star with a Gym. The only plus side was the location, which was superb.

Oh my goodness! We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, the room was beautiful, comfy beds, beautiful bathroom, complimentary water and soft drinks. Complimentary spa… and it was centrally located. I will stay here very time I visit Paris.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was great, and the concierge helped us with everything we needed. Great location for exploring Paris, and they had a great breakfast. The spa was not as great as we expected, and the hamam was not turned on when we went there. The total experience was anyways a great 9,5 out of 10! So highly recommended!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the rooftop deck to see the Eiffel Tower. Staff was so helpful and efficient. Location was great - 25-30 walk from most things we wanted to see or do. Would definitely stay here again

Phenomenal 6 night stay here in March. The staff is exceptional and attentive to every possible need. Our standard room was spacious for the EU and spotless. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood , bistros are a block away. All major attractions are a 15 min cab ride away. Being so close to the river provided great walks and the taxi stand is at the corner. Our rate included the delicious and freshly made , hot and cold breakfast. The attendant at the breakfast buffet was lovely and always made sure the tables were set and ready. This top floor area was a nice space to relax in with a great partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Juliana Hotel, a five-star hotel that, unfortunately, failed to meet even the basic expectations one would have from such an esteemed establishment. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its prime location, which offered easy access to the city's vibrant attractions. However, the positives ended there. Service was terrible we were greeted by 2 men (unbelievably unprofessional) who looked like they did everything in the hotel. From tagging our luggage, bringing it to our room, checking us in, and getting an iron to the room. It made absolutely no sense. When we arrived at our room we were greeted with a lack of cleanliness that was simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be of such a high standard. There was a bug on our floor with maggots. Disgusting. There are no amenities. The rooftop is terrible, the bar is self-service, and just overall terrible. It is amazing that this establishment can call itself a 5-star hotel. Despite the hotel’s luxurious branding, the overall atmosphere felt more chaotic than serene, which is not what I envisioned for a high-end experience. In summary, Juliana Hotel was a massive letdown. With so many options available, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a truly luxurious experience. The location may be great, but it’s not enough to make up for the poor service and lack of attention to detail. This hotel is certainly not deserving of its five-star rating.

Overall the Hotel was very nice. Our issues were the inside lighting in the room was not very good and the sink in the bathroom does not allow for holding any of your bath items. The bathroom looks very nice, but is not very user friendly.

The Juliana suite we booked was perfect for a family of 4 with living room and two separate lockable guest rooms attached to it. All amenities, linens and fixtures were fitting of a solid 5 star boutique property. The Grohe showers were awesome! The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch service all the way around. Great little bar with excellent cocktails, fireplace, curated art and comfortable furniture throughout. Upon return to Paris, this is what I would book again! Thank you Hotel Juliana for a great stay!

The One Alma Paris Hotel was amazing. Small boutique hotel with lots of charm. Processional staff willing to help with your requests. Room nice size. Comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom. 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower. Cafes close by. Very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This hotel should not be consider a 5-star. It started with a poor check-in experience where some guests were offered champagne and water but forgot to ask us. The rooms are extremely small with not enough lighting to see in your luggage. It took > 30 min to get an iron and 4 calls to the front staff. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a 5 star experience

Pros: location, huge room by Paris standards, comfortable bed and pillows, great towels, big luxurious bathroom, lady at reception with long brown hair (sorry I forgot your name, but you are the best part of this hotel) Cons: most of the staff has no idea what they are doing, and I expect more from a 5 star hotel, and I’m not high maintenance, by more I mean, I expect you to be able to execute on the things that YOU offer, and the processes that you put in place. I filled out their breakfast form for room delivery and hung on door, they never picked it up, ok fine, no problem, let me call front desk, oh wait, I can’t because nothing in the room tells you how to dial the front desk. So I get up and go to reception and they get the breakfast going. Food delivered, the “fresh fruit” was like something you get out of a can, syrupy and gross. They also didn’t give me scrambled eggs with cheese , they didn’t understand (even though I checked scrambled on the form they provided, I didn’t write it in, it was an option) instead of calling me to ask they decided I could have sunny side up and got mad when I asked for scrambled. At an international hotel, I expect the main staff to be able to communicate with me. Also, the sink in the bathroom is designed in a way that your shirt gets wet when you wash your hands. They also charged me 72 euros for a bottle of rosè that was 12 euros a glass, I should have just bought 5 glasses for 60 euros, because of service I wouldn’t return

I couldn’t speak more highly of the Hotel Juliana Paris or the individuals they employ. From first glance, I found the facade of the hotel beautiful and felt excited to walk in. At the entrance, my friend and I met the concierge, Rui who greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our bags and later with dining suggestions.The interior of the hotel is just as beautiful as the exterior. They have a very nice looking bar and exquisitely selected furnishings in their lounge area that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Our hotel room was also impeccably furnished, super clean and very comfortable. The location is an 8 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a brisk 20 minute walk (along the Seine) to the Musée D’Orsay. I wish I could have stayed there longer, but we were moving to a VRBO the next morning when 3 more friends arrived in Paris. During check-out, I met Emanuel, the front desk attendant and he along with Rui were so hospitable to us and our three other friends and even offered to hold our bags until our next accommodations were ready. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again during my next visit to Paris!

Rui and Emmanuel were such amazing hosts! They helped us with local recommendations for every meal, answered all of our questions about the city and location, and even helped us schedule a taxi to the airport for our departure the next day. They also let us stay in the spa after closing time! It was such a great first experience in Paris and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Disappointed. My wife arrived ahead of us and wasn’t advised there was no room service that evening, when she then went to order food at about 7pm on a Thursday night she was told to download UberEats !!! There was no barman throughout our 3 night weekend stay. The reception team served us a couple of drinks but couldn’t make our children a Mocktail so I helped them make it ! Our adjoining children’s room took them several reminders to open the adjoining doors and it only had one working light. I asked for it to be fixed and they forgot. When I reminded them they said they didn’t have an electrician….. so I asked them can you at least try changing the lightbulb? I asked the reception team to help book a table for dinner on Saturday night but they booked it for Friday. The rooftop bar was closed, fair enough as it is winter (February) but they could have outside heaters like most other bars ??? But when we went their to admire the view it was extremely dirty with lots of bird droppings. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months. Generally the hotel just disappoints, they might claim to be 5 star but in my view this is more of a 3 star with a Gym. The only plus side was the location, which was superb.

Great location very nice hotel. All staff were very helpful especially the concierge provided outstanding service, didn't get his name unfortunately. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!. The negative was the interation with a manager called Christof before coming to the hotel. This person was bad dealing with, bad costumer service in trying to resolve our request to change our booked dates. Zero accomodating skills and care.

We travel a lot and have met the “5 star” ducks posing as swans, but this hotel deserves every star. Their service is impeccable. For example, Uber was not working and the concierge grabbed his coat ran about New York City 3/4 block to get us a cab. 😳. He ran! Their decor is luxurious, but comfortable. I just loved the smiles we received upon returning from our treks around the city. This hotel partners with you to make your stay in Paris meet your expectations. Fantastic spot, short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but on a nice quiet side street. Also 2 blocks to the Seine and an easy walk down the river to a lot of the big sightseeing locations. Very comfortable bed! Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

The hotel and room were nice but it did not seem like 5 stars (4 stars tops). We also did not receive any VIP property perks. The room was smaller than we expected but it was nice and very clean with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom pipes kept making a terrible noise. There were dead plants outside the windows. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating, although we would get asked for our room number 2 or 3 times each day. The breakfast area also had a view of the top of the Eiffel tower which was nice, but it could be seen on top of a noisy building construction. The construction could also be heard from the room. It would have been nice to know of the construction ahead of time. One person at reception promised to make reservations for dinner but forgot. Another one had to pick up the slack and managed to make it short notice. We did not have time for the spa.

Phenomenal 6 night stay here in March. The staff is exceptional and attentive to every possible need. Our standard room was spacious for the EU and spotless. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood , bistros are a block away. All major attractions are a 15 min cab ride away. Being so close to the river provided great walks and the taxi stand is at the corner. Our rate included the delicious and freshly made , hot and cold breakfast. The attendant at the breakfast buffet was lovely and always made sure the tables were set and ready. This top floor area was a nice space to relax in with a great partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommended!

I asked the reception team to help book a table for dinner on Saturday night but they booked it for Friday. The rooftop bar was closed, fair enough as it is winter (February) but they could have outside heaters like most other bars ??? But when we went their to admire the view it was extremely dirty with lots of bird droppings. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months. Generally the hotel just disappoints, they might claim to be 5 star but in my view this is more of a 3 star with a Gym. The only plus side was the location, which was superb.
Disappointed. My wife arrived ahead of us and wasn’t advised there was no room service that evening, when she then went to order food at about 7pm on a Thursday night she was told to download UberEats !!! There was no barman throughout our 3 night weekend stay. The reception team served us a couple of drinks but couldn’t make our children a Mocktail so I helped them make it ! Our adjoining children’s room took them several reminders to open the adjoining doors and it only had one working light. I asked for it to be fixed and they forgot. The hotel is comfortable but not “five star”. Please note that the lighting in the room is particularly annoying because it is white LED light that gives a very cold and stark sense. The sheets and bedding also are somewhat worn, closer to 3-4 star quality.
