We stay at this hotel whenever in Woodbridge. It is dog friendly, clean, comfortable and the serve dinner and breakfast and have a bar. Jose, the manager, always checks in to see if we need anything.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The location is pretty good if you have to be in this area of Virginia. The hotel's pool and whirlpool have been neglected and are unusable. The area around the hotel is a post-covid ghost town, there are few of any animinties in the immediate area, except for one or two other hotels.

Extremely clean room and all the common areas. The staff was always cleaning and reaching out to say hello. The food was great. A special thank you to Jose and Danielle who made our stay so pleasant. I would definitely go a little out of my way to stay here again. This hotel definitely has its act together! Kudos to all of you!

Walking into the welding was clean and well lit. It looked very nice. However, when you walked down the back hall, you could see holes and stains in the walls, as well as on our floor on the third level. The doors for most of the hotel rooms were dented, scuffed up, and some even had holes and then like they were kicked or punched. The inside of our door had a hole in it like it had been jammed into the bathroom door when someone open the main door. The floors were stained in the walls had handprints on them. Lastly, the bathroom had mold and part of the bathroom in the bathtub look like it actually been set on fire. It was all melted inside the shower walls. we asked to change rooms however we were told that there was a large party going on that weekend and the hotel was fully booked. So we had to stay in that room. This hotel is newer, and I was surprised it was so beat up and in the condition that it was aesthetically. Also, the ice machines were not working and the front desk said they had never been hooked up. Hence why they look so new. And every floor smelled like weed. We could even smell weed in our room.

For the most part my stay was pleasant. I enjoyed quiet nights. The King size bed was very comfortable as well as the fluffy pillows. You can walk around the property for leisure and restaurants and stores are near by. The hotel appeared to be clean however my sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The towels that I received had hairs on it that did not belong to me. Last but not least , even though I booked online way ahead of time , I was not told of the $40 incidental fee that you are required to pay at check in. It was late and I was tired and I just wanted to lay down and no use of cash , I had to drive out to find a place to add funds. Unable to attach photos

My wife and I stayed one night at Hilton Garden Inn Woodbridge and were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. While the bed was clean, it was not comfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom had no ventilation or air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Overall, the air quality in the room felt poor — it seemed like there was no fresh air circulation. The TV was small and outdated, and the in-room coffee and tea didn’t taste good. Bath towels were unusually small and not very comfortable to use. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. However, the lobby had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which gave a poor first impression.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall environment was calm and inviting. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The only qualm i have is the the beds are uncomfortable. We stay at Drury Hotels and their beds are comfortable. Maybe do a little recon and see what mattresses they use.

The customer service and early check in were great. Once we figured out the Wi-Fi setup, that was pretty smooth. Tried to hardwire into to VPN to my work, but none of the ports on the wall were live with an internet signal. Food was good. My biggest issue my last two stays for some reason had been the beds. I'm a big guy, and if I sit on a bed and I feel the box spring, that's a problem. Side sleeper on a bed that compresses practically flat is not comfortable or conducive to a good night's sleep. Please spend some money and upgrade your mattresses.

Our room was fine. We stayed in the 2 room suite. The air unit in room 412 has a fan issue, its rather loud when its on. The couch is a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were extremely large but a little dark and almost cavernous. The TVs are small and too dark. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They are so personable. Especially the kitchen crew.

Good not great. Expedia said I paid for breakfast but the help desk person said I did not. HVAC was incredibly loud. Bathroom and amenities were good. Needs more parking!

Very beautiful and very clean, but they need to do better with the bed, i was not able to sleep all night, very uncomfortable bed, i can feel the wires from it on my hip bones, on my back bone, forget it, did not have a good comfortable sleep at all...everything was excellent except the bed part, need to get an upgraded bed as well...other than that was excellent...100% clean...which is the most...Thank you.

Our room was fine. We stayed in the 2 room suite. The air unit in room 412 has a fan issue, its rather loud when its on. The couch is a bit uncomfortable. The rooms were extremely large but a little dark and almost cavernous. The TVs are small and too dark. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They are so personable. Especially the kitchen crew.

After the fact mention of the $75 pet fee for my 16 year old 30 lb dog. If Expedia doesnt offer this information to customers, fix it. Or stop advertising your rooms there. Room key system worked once and now no longer works, even after getting a new card from the front desk.

Room was clean and spacious! Staffs were extremely helpful! Stayed one night to support the Walk for Peace and witnessed how well all the staffs and hotel owners handled everything and making sure everyone enjoyed their stays!

The hotel and staff are excellent. The location is pretty good if you have to be in this area of Virginia. The hotel's pool and whirlpool have been neglected and are unusable. The area around the hotel is a post-covid ghost town, there are few of any animinties in the immediate area, except for one or two other hotels.

Started bad the were to hold first floor room for medical reasons. I call for this request. I was told no problem. When we arrived the told me they were aware of request. Somehow they could not honor the request. It did not get better from there. People begging for money in the area

Extremely clean room and all the common areas. The staff was always cleaning and reaching out to say hello. The food was great. A special thank you to Jose and Danielle who made our stay so pleasant. I would definitely go a little out of my way to stay here again. This hotel definitely has its act together! Kudos to all of you!

Had a good stay at this beautiful hotel. Room was great and food was good. The only disappoint was when we checked in I had asked if the breakfast was complimentary and was told it was by the clerk that it was. . But after breakfast in the morning we were presented with a bill. What a surprise. So after I went back and asked the clerk why she said it was free and she said that she never said that. But she did add a small discount so we left happy anyway. But if you stay the breakfast is about 15 dollars and worth it. Im glad we stopped and stayed and would stay again.

I would recommend pre-paying for the breakfast buffet through Expedia. It's 14.95 per adult and 9.95 per kid, which is ridiculous for such a minimal selection that's free at most hotels.

I loved the location easy parking, easy check in, the entire staff was excellent, my room was cleaned beyond my expectations I was very impressed. I was greeted with a smile and a nice welcome. The food was excellent the staff in the restaurant were friendly and I didn’t have to wait long for my food. My overall experience was amazing you all deserve 10 stars. I am planning on coming back soon.

Overall, this is a nice hotel, comfy beds, polite staff decent food however hot tub desperately needs to be cleaned and sanitized wasn’t hot and smelt so sour like a fishy smell. I will say I had stayed at this hotel prior to this review and the hot tub was perfect so it’s something that happened within the past week.

Hotel itself was kept well and clean. The staff were professional and courteous but not overly friendly or outgoing. I would say my favorite person on staff was Amelia who is the server for breakfast. She was always friendly and warm. Beds were a normal hotel room bed. Not uncomfortable but not plush, definitely firm. Room was clean. The cleaning staff maintains the inside well. There were two things for us and our family that stayed too we were not satisfied with. The pool and hot tub were pretty gross. Green tinge and almost looked like algae was on the bottoms of the hot tub. I think it needs a good cleaning. So the adults did not go in the pool. Our kids did for maybe 20/30 minutes and then immediately showered after getting out. I was not keen with having them go in again so we avoided the pool unfortunately for the rest of our stay. Secondly the way the staff handled an appliance issue we brought to their attention was odd. And when we spoke to the manager about it his demeanor made me feel like he was annoyed we were addressing it and kinda had that well what do you want from me look on his face. All in all it was a pleasant stay but if we came back to the area with the kids I would pick another hotel with a pool.
