Hotel is conveniently located downtown and has plenty of parking in lot. Room had a mini fridge and microwave which was nice to use during our stay. Morning breakfast was very good with eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, waffles, juice, yogurt, and pastries available.

The key maker was broken and i was not able to freely go in and out. I was only there for one night. Otherwise it was a nice hotel and staff were very helpful.

They were unable to provide a key for my room (or any other guests) because of issues with their keycard machine. That required the staff to have to walk us to our room to let us in and also meant we couldn't leave without going to the front desk again to be let back in. I felt bad for them because they had been dealing with this for 2 days and were doing the best they could, but it was a big inconvenience. The locations was convenient but the rooms were noisy being along the main street downtown. Walls were also quite thin, but partly because I was in a room with an adjoining doors between me and the next room.

The staff was very helpful but the upscale room reserved in this hotel is either next to the noisy elevator or overlooking the main street with some noise there. Coming to breakfast just before it closed at 9 am results in some scarcities. The room however was very large and accommodating at the expense of the bathroom which was small for 2 people at one time. Overall, though, we were happy with the location and price.

Everything at Cobblestone Inn was great except the bed was very bouncy and our air conditioner didn’t take the humidity out of the air, so we were uncomfortable and clammy feeling which made for poor sleep.

When I checked in at the property, the hotel staff didn’t officially mark me in the system. This caused me to be in the records as a “no show”. Needless to say, the hotel staff on the following day gave. A key to my room to a gentleman, as they though my room was vacant. Gentleman came in my room and was shocked to see women’s belongings in the room. Not to mention this, I was charged a much higher rate than what the hotel was charging directly. Hotel management stated they would call Expedia to correct the situation and nothing was done to credit my card back for any issues.

Front desk man was rude. We were told we could check in anytime before 7am and he basically yelled at my husband when we got there shy of 2am telling us he was going to cancel our reservation, on our wedding night.

Front desk staff was fantastic, caring, chatty and fun to talk with. Very informative and knowledgeable about Waverly. Room waa clean with fridge, microwave and coffee, lots of pillows, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay there on our next trip to Waverly. Also, made sure even though they were fullly booked, cleaning staff would have a room ready for early check in and they did.

Great stay, clean inside and out. Only semi-negative is that the main bridge downtown is out and there is a small detour (like 5-10 minutes extra). Property is well maintained, and rooms were nice and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Property fine, clean, staff very nice. Basic, but good. Unfortunately, road construction made accessing different areas a hassle, but not fault of hotel. Breakfast, below average. Have stayed at another Cobblestone, food better. In particular the scrambled eggs were very hard.

Great stay, clean inside and out. Only semi-negative is that the main bridge downtown is out and there is a small detour (like 5-10 minutes extra). Property is well maintained, and rooms were nice and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and prompt.

The hotel, in general, was good. Clean, well maintained. The staff at check in and check out were pretty "mechanical". Very little interaction other than was necessary to conduct business. The desk staff is where the 'personality' of the facility is established. The ice machine (apparently, they had only one) had an out-of-order sign on it. I asked the desk clerk, "How can I get ice." She directed me to a gas station down the street! If the ice machine is out of order, why doesn't the hotel stock a small supply of bagged ice to provide to guests as needed rather than tell them to go out and deal with the hotel's problem??

The staff is poorly trained and they have no clue about customer service. They made a mistake with my reservation and I had to move out one day early and find another hotel. They didn't offer an apology - nothing. I spent $1,500 on room charges during my stay at the hotel. I think they get an F for customer service. Keep in mind, I am dealing with the manager to sort through this issue
