The cottage was quaint and comfortable. The parking was a little difficult to get in and out of, and hard to locate initially. I understand there was nothing much that could be done about it. Quiet at night but got a little loud in the morning from the street below. Very enjoyable.

A nice Victorian experience if you haven't had one. Daily breakfast delivered to the door was a nice touch. Electric fireplace put out just enough heat to make having it on enjoyable, while individual unit heat/ac system thermostats within suite made it extremely comfortable for warm days and cool nights. Low toilet made it quite difficult for older guests (I'm 73, active, but knees aren't those of a 40 yr old). Parking was convenient, but I'm glad I drove the Nissan Murano instead of the larger Buick Enclave as suggested by the B&B. VERY convenient location to entire town and trolley. Suite can be accessed by just 3 steps even though it is built on a sheer rock cliff. A larger ice maker would be a nice addition. The bed was very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Zelda's Studio. Loved the assigned parking space right outside our door. Breakfast delivered to our door every morning was excellent as well. The bed was very comfortable, but after the first night, we did turn off the dehumidifier in the bedroom because it would shut off and turn back on periodically and woke us up every time it turned on. Since we were in our own cottage, it was very quiet. Absolutely loved it, and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

This place is just great! Breakfast delivered to your door & was very good. Walking distance from downtown area. Suite was super comfortable & romantic. This part is for our fellow bikers…..parking is gravel & sloped. So not real bike friendly. We were booked for 3 nights, but had to leave a day early. Justin was very kind & understanding & gave us a gift certificate for our next visit. We will definitely be back.

This is what happens when property owners take pride in ownership. They have thought of everything! check in was a breeze, the room was so cozy with every amenity you could want. Comfortable bed, amazing location, reserved parking spot, jacuzzi tub... loved it! the ONLY complaint, which is a small one, is that for some weird reason the jacuzzi pump turned on by itself around 2am......

The overall stay was good. The check-in was easy. The room was generally clean. We felt the room could have been a little cleaner (there was quite a bit of dust on the curtains and in the vents). Room was spacious and overlooked the main street, which was nice. It is next to a biker bar, so expect lots of noise in the evening. Walkable around the main area/main street from the inn. The complimentary breakfast was generally good, and they have a different option each day. Parking is awful. Quite literally terrible and so inconvenient. You have a very narrow spot no matter which cottage you stay in. Two cars cannot fit into the spaces at the Purple Cottage, and our neighbors and us had to shimmy in and figure out how to fit. The parking for the Purple Cottage is on a steep hill as well, which is overall dangerous, and it was very difficult and nerve-wracking to pull in and back out. It would have been better to have parallel or main street parking.

This is a lovely BnB that is walking distance from the historic downtown area of Eureka Springs. The breakfast was delicious and delivered right to your door, the room was beautifully furnished and clean. We loved our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We could not have been happier with this place during our trip to Eureka Springs September 4-7, 2023. The location is perfect and within walking distance of Main Street. We stayed in the Tennyson room and the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and there were enough pillows. The breakfast was soooo delicious—we were both very pleasantly surprised. My husband uses a lot of creamer in his coffee and it was refilled upon request—the coffee is fantastic too! I did have a slight concern with privacy though. The front entry door has a lace curtain that could easily be seen through from outside. The rest of the windows also have lace curtains, but you can close the blinds if necessary. The door did not have blinds. Other than that, zero complaints from us.

I loved the atmosphere of the room. I spoke to Justin several times. He was very pleasent and nice to talk to. The room was Somewhat clean, bathroom floor around the toilet was sticky. And there was nothing to stir the coffee. The small table with the comment book was very wobbly, needs some glue. Otherwise, i would come back. Thank you.

What a special little spot in Eureka Springs! You can walk to everything from the cottages. A delicious breakfast is delivered to your porch each morning. Clean and comfortable. We had a great time!

Our stay was nice. The Zelda room was quaint but a bit dark. Loved all the antiques and books about Zelda. Cookies were on the counter to greet us! The heaters worked fine- but due to the freezing temps outside- the bathroom was very cold (even tho we left the door open when not in use). We booked for 3 adults- but only received breakfast food the following morning for 2 - which we thought was curious. With that in mind - we ended up tasting / sharing- the quiche was delicious (and then we went in search of proper breakfast for all- and coffee! Lol) It was our first time in Eureka Springs- and we are looking forward to our next trip with warmer weather to better explore all there is to see downtown!

Very nice little B&B! Very convenient walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I wished our room had a king size bed but the queen was very comfortable. Our room was big and roomy. No complaints here! I would definitely recommend this cozy B&B the next time you come to Eureka Springs.

Likes: - Unique spot - revamped older home. The room was done well. - Good breakfast - Comfortable bed! - Close to downtown - ability to walk to a number of spots. "Wish it was different": - No bathroom privacy. The bathroom was open to the bedroom - a curtain or something like a pocket door would have helped that. - We normally at B&Bs love to eat in a dining area where we can visit and get to know other people staying at the inn. The food being delivered to our room didn't allow that. Not eating in a dining room didn't allow us to have fresh-brewed coffee in the morning. Instant coffee was available in our room, but that was a bit disappointing. Not sure if delivering to the rooms was started during Covid, but we are past Covid now and it doesn't hurt having people eat together. We'd give the property 4 stars out of 5. Based on other B&Bs we've stayed at, this property was good, but not as nice as other spots.
Likes: - Unique spot - revamped older home. The room was done well. - Good breakfast - Comfortable bed! - Close to downtown - ability to walk to a number of spots. "Wish it was different": - No bathroom privacy. The bathroom was open to the bedroom - a curtain or something like a pocket door would have helped that. - We normally at B&Bs love to eat in a dining area where we can visit and get to know other people staying at the inn. The food being delivered to our room didn't allow that. Not eating in a dining room didn't allow us to have fresh-brewed coffee in the morning. Instant coffee was available in our room, but that was a bit disappointing. Not sure if delivering to the rooms was started during Covid, but we are past Covid now and it doesn't hurt having people eat together. We'd give the property 4 stars out of 5. Based on other B&Bs we've stayed at, this property was good, but not as nice as other spots.

This is what happens when property owners take pride in ownership. They have thought of everything! check in was a breeze, the room was so cozy with every amenity you could want. Comfortable bed, amazing location, reserved parking spot, jacuzzi tub... loved it! the ONLY complaint, which is a small one, is that for some weird reason the jacuzzi pump turned on by itself around 2am......

We have stayed twice at Cliff Cottage and have enjoyed both our stays. Location is great and the rooms are nice. I appreciate the ease of check in and out. Both stays have been short overnight stays so we have not been able to experience breakfast. The menu looks fabulous.

A very deep bathtub when I did not like is there was a faux for rug that was white but had the black things on it? I was afraid what it was. I found bobby pins all over the floor getting out of the tub. The tile was cracked and they just put a little area rug on top of it like they didn’t think I would noticethat you have to share a thermostat with a suite next-door and they kept it at 60° or lower and I froze all night because my heater didn’t work. I couldn’t get a hold of the in keeper and there was no blanket so all night long. I had to get up and turn the thermostat to 65° and they would turn it down to 60 when I left at 8:30 in the morning. The thermostat was at 56°. They promised breakfast was included but then found out it would be a $30 fee when I called to complain and that’s why I couldn’t get the heater to work. The TV didn’t work. Nobody answered me. I got nobody when I got home and informed the in keeper of it all he wanted to do was give me a $50 credit for the next time. I stay there like that was really gonna happen just because something looks very pretty and unique on the outside don’t believe that it’s gonna be nice on the inside. Stay stay away don’t spend your money. It’s not worth it

When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again.

This place is just great! Breakfast delivered to your door & was very good. Walking distance from downtown area. Suite was super comfortable & romantic. This part is for our fellow bikers…..parking is gravel & sloped. So not real bike friendly. We were booked for 3 nights, but had to leave a day early. Justin was very kind & understanding & gave us a gift certificate for our next visit. We will definitely be back.

The overall stay was good. The check-in was easy. The room was generally clean. We felt the room could have been a little cleaner (there was quite a bit of dust on the curtains and in the vents). Room was spacious and overlooked the main street, which was nice. It is next to a biker bar, so expect lots of noise in the evening. Walkable around the main area/main street from the inn. The complimentary breakfast was generally good, and they have a different option each day. Parking is awful. Quite literally terrible and so inconvenient. You have a very narrow spot no matter which cottage you stay in. Two cars cannot fit into the spaces at the Purple Cottage, and our neighbors and us had to shimmy in and figure out how to fit. The parking for the Purple Cottage is on a steep hill as well, which is overall dangerous, and it was very difficult and nerve-wracking to pull in and back out. It would have been better to have parallel or main street parking.

The bed in the Lord Alfred suite was fantastic, the pillows, too! The breakfasts were a bit disappointing, as far as taste. The front room with the fireplace was ice cold, and my husband had some trouble staying warm. But we loved the property and location!

A nice Victorian experience if you haven't had one. Daily breakfast delivered to the door was a nice touch. Electric fireplace put out just enough heat to make having it on enjoyable, while individual unit heat/ac system thermostats within suite made it extremely comfortable for warm days and cool nights. Low toilet made it quite difficult for older guests (I'm 73, active, but knees aren't those of a 40 yr old). Parking was convenient, but I'm glad I drove the Nissan Murano instead of the larger Buick Enclave as suggested by the B&B. VERY convenient location to entire town and trolley. Suite can be accessed by just 3 steps even though it is built on a sheer rock cliff. A larger ice maker would be a nice addition. The bed was very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay.

It was a great experience. I love the huge jetted tubs and the robes to put on after. We have ourselves pedicures and face masks. I was quite pleased with all of it especially when I informed of something that needed to be addressed for the next stay just to inform and they still made it right even tho I want looking for that. Thank you so much

We had such a lovely stay at the cottage. We stayed in the Sarah Bernardht room and it was absolutely charming. The location is wonderful, very close to downtown yet quiet. We spent a lovely time in the living room and on the porch. The grounds and the cottage itself are very whimsical. Justin was very helpful and responsive. Everything was easily done via text. We highly recommend staying here!

Loved the Zelda room at Cliff Cottage, the staff is friendly and attentive. Coffee on the private patio with the jacuzzi and woods was very zen. We'll be back for sure.
