My husband Randy stayed at the hotel for pleasure. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. It was quiet during the evening hours and it was convenient to restaurants and shops. The price was very good compared to all the other hotels.

The outside needed a little touchup but the rooms were very clean. Stayed for two nights and the price was very reasonable. Randy would go back again, he went there twice.

twe did not get into the room until late and found that the blanket on the bed had stains on ti, the tv did not work and the shower was dirty.

This Motel is overpriced for the dirty bedroom and bathroom you are given. The staff does not clean the rooms on the weekends. Bring your own cleaning supplies. The window unit was moldy and loud. The door has gaps and you do not receive the key to the deadbolt. If your expectations are not high, this is a half step up from sleeping in the car. The price is right and it is centered in the middle of the Hudson towns that I wanted to visit. Plenty of hot water! Easy to travel on Route 9 north and south. Near the village of Cold Spring, a quaint town with nice restaurants. The room was very clean but showing signs of wear. The shelf above the sink was falling off. The vent by the toilet was rusty. The television control did not respond and turn on the TV 2 days out of 4. But the bed and covers were comfortable and I will stay there again!

This is a conveniently located, clean, comfortable, safe, low-cost, no-frills motel, the kind where you bring your own toiletries and hair-dryer and might have to ask for extra towels. (Think Schitt’s Creek, not fancy nor pretending to be). Beds are great and showers are hot. Everyone at the desk is completely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and can totally recommend this property.

I would characterize this place as an “afternoon short hour nap” motel. The proprietors are clearly not interested in hosting but focused on overcharging for a sub-standard room. First off, the room was heavily scented, which signals to me that they are trying to cover up unpleasant odor(s) rather than deep clean. The carpet hasn’t been shampooed in years, and close to matting from the imbedded dirt—wear house shoes inside, no bare feet! One of the bedside lamps was missing its switch so you couldn’t turn it on. There were 3 plastic hangers from department store clothing racks, complete with sizes on them, one for upper garments and two with clips for pants. Not really useful. No amenities besides a refrigerator—no coffee maker, no tea. The window air conditioner unit was not quiet, but it covered up the nearby road traffic noise. Depressing, not comfortable, I could tolerate it for one night but no more. My happiest moment was checking out in the morning.

Room didn tlook like photos on website. mgmgt offered me a room located over a liquor store not park of the main property of the motel. Took awile for the ac unit to cool the room. it was an older model a/c unit but when i came back to the room hours after turning it on it was nice and cool in the room. Bed was clean shower was clean for the price it was okay.
