For the price this felt a bit low class. The breakfast was quite poor quality. TV did not work. Poor wifi inside in the room - mostly did not work. The elevators were frequently broken. Walls and floors are thin, so lots of noise. Had kids running around all night above us. Have to pay for parking.

I did not like the fact that you chsrge for parking, I've never in my life experienced this, you pay to stay at the hotel, you should not have to pay to park, that is double dipping, there waa trash out front of the doors, when they emptied the trash can, they didn’t pick up the trash thst fell, it was left there( disgusting), the room we stayed in, there was mildew in the shower( disgusting) i wouod not stay here again, j9r would i recommend anyone to stay here

The good: The building seemed to be recently remodeled. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast food was good. Staff was friendly. The bad: There were a lot of details that need attention. One elevator was broken during our 3 night stay. The bathroom door in the pool was also not closing fully during that time. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low. There was not enough seating at breakfast. Many common areas could use a deeper cleaning.

One elevator not working.

The lobby looks attractive and inviting. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The hotel, upon further inspection did not appear to be regularly maintained. One elevator remained inoperable for our 3 days, and a treadmill didn't work or get repaired during the stay. The elevator always appeared fingerprinted and unkept. Our room was ok. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were too big for the bed and no matter how many time we adjusted them, they would come off. The refrigerator barely kept food cold and the in-room coffee maker was dirty. Our shower had a significant amount of mold. On the positive side, the mirror had a nice backlight and the toilet was new. The floor was tiled and swept but one tile piece was missing. We had Direct-TV stations with plenty of options to watch various programs. The dresser drawers were pretty flimsy and wouldn't recommend putting anything in them. There was an in-room safe that was helpful. It was a short walk to the falls (.4 of a mile) or you could pay for the trolley that picked up from the hotel. As for the breakfast, it was fair, but there were so many people and it was too much for one person to keep up with and keep it clean. We enjoyed touring the Falls but would look to try a different hotel if we returned to the area.

Overpriced and understaffed. Everybody there was working hard, but there was way too much work for them to do. The woman working the dining room in the morning needed at least three helpers and she was doing it all herself, managing two dining areas, and the food service area all on her own. There was one man cooking in the kitchen and sometimes bringing food out, but she had to take care of all of the customers all of the cleaning For the whole dining room plus another dining area and the food service area. She was overwhelmed. The bathroom was disgusting. There was black mold and orange bacteria slime all in the cracks and caulk of the shower and considering it was an ADA shower, that is particularly dangerous for people with health issues and possibly being immune compromised. If I had come with my late husband, he would’ve gotten very ill. My sister-in-law in the room down the hall had a mat thrown over the slime in her shower. As she stepped into the tub, it slid and she lostnearly injured herself in the bathtub because there was so much black bacteria slime under that mat. Only one of the two elevators was working on a busy weekend. For the price we paid. I could’ve gotten much nicer rooms in just about any other attraction area in the country. I was very disappointed. The people were kind and trying to do their best, but whoever is managing this hotel needs to be fired. Whoever owns this whole hotel should be fined for their abusive policies and unsafe conditions.

wifi sucked. only one elevator working and we could hear it ding everytime it was used. bathroom could use a good scrub down with some bleach. Staff was excellent!! They were so friendly and accommodating!!

After reading several reviews we decided to book here. It was conveniently located, had a cheaper parking rate than others and included breakfast. Facilities rated 5/10: One of the two elevators was out of order our whole stay so we opted to take the stairs majority of the time. We had a room on the 4th floor which we immediately noticed the hallway floor felt spongy, like there was water damage. Cleanliness rated 4/10: The room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned. Multiple hairs left around the bathroom, stains on the ceiling, and you could feel dirt on the floor (walking in the room for the first time so no, it wasn't from us). Food rated 8/10: The free breakfast was decent. Many options for food within walking distance or delivery. Distance rated 8/10: It was about a 12 minutes walk to Niagara Falls. We didn't mind this at all. Staff 7/10: Check in was extremely slow. They have an "info desk" to help with activities and travels (we didn't utilize this as we already had our days planned). The staff in charge of breakfast kept it fully stocked and helped customers as needed. The cleaning staff were dirty and not so polite; They left things on the floor of the hallways/stairs and got irritated every time they went to use the one elevator if there were any people already using it. Overall, we went with this hotel based on reviews and amenities that fit our needs. We've already decided we will not be going back to this hotel.

This hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to the falls and restaurants. Would have liked to know that there was a charge to park in their lot. The site on expedia doesnt mention it..

Really nice hotel. Clean, quiet, and walking distance to Niagara State Park! Also had indoor salt water pool! It was a little cool to my liking, but other guests were there enjoying it very much. Nice warm room housing the pool.

The room was clean, but not the cleanest. The bathroom was dirty, and I don't think the bathroom door had ever been cleaned. The TV box was hanging down, held in place only by wires. The breakfast—if I can even call it that—didn't offer many choices. For one night, it's okay, but not for longer periods.

The hotel was pretty good. It was close to Niagara Falls. They did not clean our room once in the four days. The breakfast attendant was rude. The front desk girl was clueless. She had no idea where anything was located. She didn’t know how to get to Buffalo, NY.

Dirty and stained sheets. We asked to get them changed and felt like the new ones weren’t much better. Everything felt grimy and dirty.

My room was not cleaned. It was so dirty including bathroom.Some one vomited in the bathroom tub and it was not cleaned. We decided to not use it and we did take bath even. It was very dirty, there was dust and dirt in it, it was not sweep and the corner was very dirty. I like the breakfast.

This place was terrible. I am so upset that I let my credit card rewards influence my decision. Capital One is going to hear about this. This place has been the dirtiest and loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I am so glad that I was only there two nights and spent most of my time walking around the falls and outside of this place. Dirty hallways, dirty carpets and lobby. the breakfast area was a mess during breakfast time. The room looked ok at first then, found hairs all over the place from other guests, cabinets were breaking down and furniture was stained. there were a bunch of people from other countries staying and they were so loud I had to open the door like at midnight and stare at them and ask them to be quiet. I will never stay here again, even for free.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel in less than a month and this will be the last time I will choose this hotel. The bathroom was disgusting: the bathtub was dirty and someone had the idea of leaving a moldy mat to cover all the mold and imperfections with the bathtub itself. The floors were dirty and the soap and shampoo were empty.

The baseboards, walls and doors were filthy. The floors in the hallway to the rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Dust, dirt and food all over walls and baseboards and in door jams. This hotel is disgusting. Will never stay again

The hotel was good and they had a decent continental breakfast. We had to switch rooms after checking into the hotel because the door was broken on our first room. Other than that issue the rest of the hotel was fine.

The hotel has lots of parking and easy to find. The room is clean, comfortable and modern. My booking includes breakfast, so that is an added bonus. The location steps away from restaurants and also walking distance to the falls. The price is also very reasonable compared to some nearby hotels which offer find more expensive.

Facilities need minor updates in the rooms - door knob for closet came off at the touch and water was leaking from bathroom

Room could have been cleaner, walls are thin, you can hear noise from every angle of the room. Pros: breakfast was okay, walkable, nice neighborhood, staff was nice and tried to be accommodating.

I was disappointed as the room door was broken. It had to be slammed really hard for it to closed and pushed multiple times for the door to open. The locker door was also broken.

Our door would not open. Our phone didn’t work and we had to have someone show us how to change the input on the TV. Probably will not stay at this hotel

You can hear everything.

We liked the location. The breakfast is good, but exactly the same thing every day. The rooms are not soundproof. Sounded like neighbors were in the room with us!! And stomping on the ceiling until 1:30 am.

The room was a good size, however the floor was not very clean and there was a lot of dust/dirt under the aircon unit. Staff were grumpy and not very welcoming. Asked if we could check in about 2:40, was told no, it was 3pm, although reception was quiet. Check in opened at exactly 3pm with a queue of at least 25 people at that point and one receptionist, who served the first person then proceeded to answer the phone and deal with that. A second receptionist strolled in about 3:10pm, and couldn't log in. We had done the pre-check in paperwork, including uploading ID, supposedly to speed things up, but it made no difference at all and still had a long wait. Disappointing stay and service.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. While checking in they were annoyed I was interrupting their pizza dinner. They did not offer any info about the hotel or parking which I had to pay for. They were Not trained in Hospitality!! The bathroom in the room was dirty….mold is shower!

Hard time during the check in and they kept as waiting almost 2 hours talking the expedia , they did not know what they are doing, ask me to pay again while i was already paid through expedia then they gave me samller than the room that i already booked couple weeks ago and they only blam expedia about everything, it was a mess

15 mins walk to the fall. It’s next to the casino and some shop n restaurants. The hotel shows they have laundry but you have to carry your clothes to the hotel next door and explain n wait for them to give you a temporary card to go up stair (2nd floor)to use their laundry. This is a very crowded hotel so the check in needed to wait for a while. Staffs at the check in were so friendly but they didn’t explain how to use their weird key card. We have 4 people and we got 2 keys. One key need to be push down the handle to open and the other key need to push up. I have been travel so many years to many places and this is the first time we heard the handle need to push up. There were no remote tv in the room, no YouTube no nextflix and the room price was double the price we paid for the Sheraton in the Toronto side. That hotel is just a min walk to every thing and it’s has a supper good view to the Fall. The pool water is supper cold. Lack of towels. The bathroom is not tiny and very dirty eventhough we are tiny people. So it will be hard for big people to get in . The lady at the breakfast was supper rude to everyone. She was filling food and walk around cream or yelled at everyone. She told people don’t drip down the coffee, don’t open the fridge (how can people get food if they don’t open). There was a man got a bread stuck in the toaster. She yelled at him n said that why didn’t you read the instruction and she ashamEd him. Price is so high.

I had a worst Experience in the hotel, they is no proper maintenance and no care for the guest. In my room refrigerator was not working, so I have complained multiple times, but no one fixed the issue. They simple said, no one available to fix it..And no proper response from the front desk. Please avoid this hotel to make your trip happy.

Excellent staff and Customer Service!!

Staff at the reception were talking and busy with other business.. they didn’t care to ask me why I was there. This should not be the way to treat customers in a hospitality business. Hotel room was okay, corridors were sticky and stinking. Breakfast has less options.Will not go there again.

Nice property, stayed there with wife and kids for 2 nights, rooms were bigger than expected and the beds were really comfy. Only complain I will have is the breakfast area needs more seating. Other than that everything went pretty smooth. Very close to the falls and good eating options nearby. Will definitely stayed there again.

Entire property need to be clean including rooms, bathroom, hallway and pool area. It should be deep clean. Furnitures and full of stains. Room size is excellent. Comfortable beds. Poor breakfast. Very limited items and every day they serve same breakfast.

Old, dirty, low quality of food for breakfast, small variety of food

Our room was excellent. Bigger than expected. We were only on the second floor but wasn't bothered by street noise at all. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

I would not stay here again. Checkin was slow. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. There was dust and hair under the vanity and orange scum/mold on the shower curtain and walls. At least the beds were ok. Breakfast was very limited and often ran out of items. Not enough for the large number of guests and not enough seating.

The breakfast options were very limited and didnt taste very good. Definitely in need of improvement in this area.
