Fabulous place and location is close to restaurants and bars. Bus stop at end of drive for Ambleside/ windermere. The house and garden is lovely will definitely book again if wanting to stay in the same area. Lovely breakfast.

Beautifully maintained holiday property in a lovely spot with private access to Grasmere lake. Really helpful staff and good flexibility around parking times. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location and the room itself was really nice and just what we needed. Lots of added extras. Breakfast was a good bonus. Badgers were a delight. Dogs staying free is a great perk. Free parking and the owner let us stay and use it till 3pm which was nice. A very pleasant stay.
