Bodde i sviten. Väldigt märkligt designad. Kass dusch som är dåligt byggd som dessutom läcker så att badrumsgolvet var täckt av vatten efter en dusch. Handfaten var också dåliga. Dessutom var det ett märkligt pipande som väckte oss en gång i timmen. Rekommenderar inte det rummet!

Great stay overall with accessible features and top-notch service! We had a wonderful stay at Van der Valk Hotel Mons. The disabled parking right near the entrance was extremely convenient. A huge thank you to the very kind receptionist who moved us to a different room; the room with the sauna required taking the stairs because the elevator doesn't reach it, which wasn't possible for me due to health issues. The breakfast was fantastic and very rich, with a great variety of options. The staff throughout the hotel were uniformly polite and attentive. The only minor issue was in the new room: the bathroom had a slight sewage smell whenever we turned on the whirlpool/jacuzzi. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable experience my family and I had during our two-night stay. I specifically booked this hotel because it advertised a swimming pool, which was an important part of our family break. My children, aged 6 and 10, were particularly looking forward to using it. However, only after arriving were we informed that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. This was never disclosed during the booking process, nor were we contacted before our arrival. Had I known the pool was unavailable, I would have considered booking another hotel. There were also repeated and embarrassing issues regarding payments. On arrival, I paid for two days of breakfast for my two children. However, on the first morning, we were approached in front of other guests and told that breakfast had not been paid for. I explained that I had already paid, and the member of staff had to check. Incredibly, exactly the same thing happened again the following morning. Once again, we were publicly questioned about payment, despite the issue supposedly having been resolved the previous day. This was extremely embarrassing and made us feel as though we were attempting to use the breakfast facilities without paying. The problems continued at checkout. I had paid the city tax for my wife and myself when we arrived, yet I was told that it had not been paid\. After explaining that I had already paid, I was then told that city tax was outstanding for my children, aged
