The property was really cute and my room decor was nice! I really liked the view from my room. The main issue was that the beds were super uncomfortable and hard. I couldn’t sleep the two nights I stayed and the parking lot was so small. We did enjoy that there was a coffee shop attached.

Staff was wonderful, property was perfectly located close to the beach. They gave us beach passes and the room was lovely. Parking was easy.

Didnt realize as this was off season that the coffee shop was CLOSED. this meant getting in the car in 20 degree weather and driving over a mile to Dunkin. Also no ice available tho unit interestingly had an ice bucket. Unit had no microwave and no in unit coffee maker which would have been helpful. Garbage in unit had not been collected. No interaction with owner other than via text. All that being said the location was great and it was very private. if they had coffee avail i would rent again,

our stay was perfect. Your location is awesome....the room was meticulous. There are so many thoughtful touches- the parking spot, the bistro table outside our room, THE BIKE... and of course the best coffee in all of NJ! Many thanks to Linda and all who make Casa del Mar the loveliest spot in PPB.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Staff member called me prior to check in and went over room and parking. She was friendly. Parking is a little tight but I would stay there again.

Nice rooms. Location is OK. Beach next to it had too big of waves for young children and no lifeguard. No ice machine. TV service had good selection of channels. Never did get the wifi password and office was closed when needed it so that sucked. Priced a little high IMO. Cute motel tho.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay in Pt. Pleasant. I’d highly recommend Casa Del Mar. They are pet-friendly and the rooms are well-kept and cozy!

The Casa Del Mar room was lovely, well appointed, very updated with a Keurig and a brand new microwave. Parking was on site and the location is very close to everything you need. I would recommend calling and confirming the reservation if booked well in advance.

The place is very nice. They do state Kurig coffee makers in the room unfortunately ours did not. If you can try to stay in a different room rather than the Junior suite. There just was not enough room for one person let alone another and a dog. I hope this will help you deside.

Casa Del Mar was great. Owner was super responsive, always available when we had questions. Room was super clean and had everything we needed. We were able to come and go without any hassle. Loved it!

Do not stay here, rent a beach house instead for the price. This place was filthy and I find that to be appalling after the cleanliness phase we were taught after the pandemic. The floor was black, there was blood on and around the toilet, nothing was clean I had to Instacart cleaning supplies after driving 6 hours. Terrible customer service, no consideration for guests for travel far to stay there.

We absolutely loved stayed at Casa Del Mar!!! It was quiet, clean, pet friendly and most importantly very welcoming ! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with every aspect of our trip. The area is great, you’re right by a dock but just a 10 minute walk to the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Tiki bar. A 10 minute drive from the Fisherman’s Cove Beach which is a dog beach so very convenient for us, I wish we would’ve stayed longer. The variety of food and desserts are endless near there.

This property is ALL SHOW and NO QUALITY. No customer service whatsoever. I called and texted, as indicated to do on confirmation email, with no response before arrival. Check in was at 3pm. Asked for an early check in when I arrived in person and was given a basic “No” with nothing else. When I asked again, I was then told 2pm might be ok and that they “probably won’t charge me” for being early. I arrived again at 1:40pm and was told I couldn’t even just park my car in the lot to walk to the beach while I waited for my room. I then paid for parking across thedespite the almost $500/night cost on a weekday. One would think that some accommodation would be given for that price tag. When I finally was able to check in, looking at the room, it is beautifully decorated. However, upon inspection, there was a hair on one of the towels and then a hair in the bed when we turned it down for the night. The fridge is a big wine fridge but was loud and I heard it all night. The room felt damp all night despite the A/C on. The outside door to the room does not keep the outdoor light out of the room. When addressing complaints to the “manager” the next day, she asked me for photographic proof of the hairs found. My complaints fell on deaf ears as there was no care or accommodation given. They told me they don’t own the hotel. I asked who to contact and was not given that information. I will NEVER return to this poorly run hotel. I suggest you save your money and go somewhere else

Beautiful room! Newly built! Very clean! Internet was very spotty and didnt work properly. owner was very responsive but not helpful with fixing the internet. The door lock is remotely controlled. So there was no internal bolt so i can feel assured that no one will unlock by accident! Technology is great but not with securing that my door is locked. Shower had alot of hot water. Strong pressure!

The room was very small but very nicely decorated. The water.predsure and shower head were great. There was no closet, no hairdryer, no iron. There was an air cleaner and a dehumidifier in the room which had a light on it that was too bright. The heater/AC unit did not work properly and it was 48° that night so the room was much too cold. Check out time was 11:00 a.m., we had been to a wedding the night before and were asleep at 9:00 in the morning when someone knocked on the door and said they were housekeeping and needed to come in to check the heating unit. We said it was off and not working and we were still sleeping.

The room was clean but small. Air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but still woke up with headaches every morning. Alot of noise from upstairs which was particularly disturbing at night. No daily housekeeping which I didn’t realize until we asked. Ridiculous! We could’ve requested it for added cost but weren’t told that. Couldn’t get decent tv and each time we found a movie it was cut off after a bit stating connection lost. The location was good which is the only positive thing I can say. Will definitely NOT stay here again. Do not recommend!

suprise $75 fee at check in for having my dog with me even though the reservation I booked through expedia was paid for and had her listed as a guest, wifi didn't work, we couldn't use the tv because the wifi didn't work, bathroom sink faucet puts out little water and the sink takes 30 minutes to drain.

Nice little place with access to the beach. We were there off season so not much staff around but the ones that were there were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I’m not sure why there’s a number to contact the staff when no one accommodates or acknowledge your text message. I kept texting them about my stay and my WiFi experience and got no response.

We absolutely loved stayed at Casa Del Mar!!! It was quiet, clean, pet friendly and most importantly very welcoming ! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with every aspect of our trip. The area is great, you’re right by a dock but just a 10 minute walk to the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Tiki bar. A 10 minute drive from the Fisherman’s Cove Beach which is a dog beach so very convenient for us, I wish we would’ve stayed longer. The variety of food and desserts are endless near there.

This property is ALL SHOW and NO QUALITY. No customer service whatsoever. I called and texted, as indicated to do on confirmation email, with no response before arrival. Check in was at 3pm. Asked for an early check in when I arrived in person and was given a basic “No” with nothing else. When I asked again, I was then told 2pm might be ok and that they “probably won’t charge me” for being early. I arrived again at 1:40pm and was told I couldn’t even just park my car in the lot to walk to the beach while I waited for my room. I then paid for parking across thedespite the almost $500/night cost on a weekday. One would think that some accommodation would be given for that price tag. When I finally was able to check in, looking at the room, it is beautifully decorated. However, upon inspection, there was a hair on one of the towels and then a hair in the bed when we turned it down for the night. The fridge is a big wine fridge but was loud and I heard it all night. The room felt damp all night despite the A/C on. The outside door to the room does not keep the outdoor light out of the room. When addressing complaints to the “manager” the next day, she asked me for photographic proof of the hairs found. My complaints fell on deaf ears as there was no care or accommodation given. They told me they don’t own the hotel. I asked who to contact and was not given that information. I will NEVER return to this poorly run hotel. I suggest you save your money and go somewhere else

Loved our stay at Casa Del Mar. Our room was new, very clean and simple beach decor.The location right across the street from the water was amazing. Casa is located away from the action of the boardwalk so it is very quiet but close enough to walk to. There are many really good restaurants nearby. The staff is so helpful and nice. All around great stay and will definitely return.

Casa Del Mar was great! Location is quiet but close to everything. Right across from the inlet. Great sunrises and lots of boats to watch. Very clean. Really a cute place.

The property was really cute and my room decor was nice! I really liked the view from my room. The main issue was that the beds were super uncomfortable and hard. I couldn’t sleep the two nights I stayed and the parking lot was so small. We did enjoy that there was a coffee shop attached.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and it\'s a great property. Right by the water (inlet and beach) and top restaurants within a short walk. We were there in the off season, so it was quiet anyhow, but the location is just off the beaten path so I imagine it would be one of the more quiet places in the area during the high season. Don\'t let the "motel" footprint dissuade you. It "feels" like a boutique property. Very well appointed, clean and fresh.

My friends and I had an amazing time at Casa Del Mar! Everything was clean and the room looked newly renovated. Linda was so friendly and made us delicious vanilla lattes! 10/10 would stay again!!

Didnt realize as this was off season that the coffee shop was CLOSED. this meant getting in the car in 20 degree weather and driving over a mile to Dunkin. Also no ice available tho unit interestingly had an ice bucket. Unit had no microwave and no in unit coffee maker which would have been helpful. Garbage in unit had not been collected. No interaction with owner other than via text. All that being said the location was great and it was very private. if they had coffee avail i would rent again,

our stay was perfect. Your location is awesome....the room was meticulous. There are so many thoughtful touches- the parking spot, the bistro table outside our room, THE BIKE... and of course the best coffee in all of NJ! Many thanks to Linda and all who make Casa del Mar the loveliest spot in PPB.

We had a great stay. Room was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. It was a pet friendly place and beside an inlet where we could walk our small dog and enjoy the boats passing, see the people fishing, relax by the benches, and the view of both the sunset and sunrise were amazing.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights after booking this last minute. It was an excellent place to stay! It was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the walk in shower was perfect and the double shower heads were great! The proximity to the boardwalk (just a few minute walk) can’t be beat. The coffee shop right out front was also a great addition! I highly recommend staying here!

Found this place to be incredibly relaxing. It’s located in a very quiet part of Point Pleasant Beach, making it the perfect little getaway if you want to escape the usual crowds and just unwind.

Parking is a little tight for a full sized vehicle but it was doable. Room was very clean and they made sure we had everything we needed, she even offered us some water for the ride home.
