Great stay in the center of town. Beware of self-check in, if arriving outside of their staffed hours. Clean basic hotel and room. Do not try to get to the exact address with a car, since streets are very narrow, and probably not suitable; but park at a nearby parking garage, and walk there. Supermarket and a nice square with many stores (almost like a mall) around the corner, as well as other squares with historic landmarks. Would definitely stay there again.

La limpieza muy bien, pero la gestión mala porque no me avisaron de que la entrada al hotel la tenía que hacer a través de un cajero y encima estaba roto, menos mal que llame horas antes de llegar y me indicaron que tenía que llamar a un tfno. Para que viniera a abrirme una persona y como no hay aparcamiento tuve que parar en la puerta para bajar las maletas y llegó la persona a entregarme las llaves y en ese mismo momento llegó un coche y de quedo esperando a que bajara las maletas y me hicieran entrega

Excellent location for a trip to Reus, lots to see and do near the hotel. Parking a bit tricky but we managed. Loved our little balcony and staff were lovely.

Very nice clean and modern hotel perfectly located in the centre of the lovely old city of Reus. The staff were very nice and helpful, we arrived very early and before we could ask, we were asked if we would like to leave our bags so that we could out and explore the city. We had a lovely clean room overlooking the church. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. No breakfast available, but lots of cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent vale for money.n

Very good location and comfortable rooms and beds. Unfortunately the curtain in the room was not clean and presented dirty strains... The WIFI in the room didn't work (second time in 1 year). The airco was not adjustable with the speed of the fans And it's a pity that there's nothing to easily and cheaply get access to a parking close to the hotel

Positives: Clean, modern, tidy, great location, nice staff, well priced. We made a mess of a perfume bottle that broke and staff were lovely and helpful in the cleanup no issues. Good air conditioning but may need a service as we found we did get stuffy and such from it. Blackout curtains and fittings helped to reduce the noise from the busy square the hotel was situated in. Negatives: You get two shots of espresso in paper cups !and two tiny bottles of water for whatever the duration of your stay may be. I have never heard of a hotel not providing tea or coffee. The room was made up everyday but there were no fresh glasses provided which was strange. There is no kettle or utensils in the room or available if you ask. These are minor things that didn't affect our stay but are important to note, I imagine they help keep costs down but 20 pods of coffee in the local supermarket that fit the machine were €3 odd.... On the whole a very positive visit.

Hôtel idéalement situé à Reus. Seul bémol, mais nous le savions à l'avance, le parking. Celui disponible est à deux pas de l'hôtel à 15€ la nuit. Difficile de se garer dans Reus. L'accueil est très sympathique. La chambre très confortable (lit king size), propre et tranquille. Dommage que pendant notre séjour de 6 jours, les draps n'aient jamais été changés. Peut-être aurions nous dû demander ? Pour le petit déjeuner, sur la place tout à côté comme proche du Mercadona, on trouve ce qu'il faut pour pas cher. Nous sommes très satisfait de cet hébergement.

Aircon makes a lot of noise even when it is turned off. Asked for help. Could not fix it. Location is though great and price is fair. Breakfast is served in something like a night club and is a bit boringe. So get you breakfast at a cafe instead.

We stayed for one night if you don’t want a decent night sleep book elsewhere, there was a nightt club above and below us and lots of people making noise until 4 am outside Such a shame this wasn’t mentioned when booking Avoid on a Saturday night Room was nice though

2 night stay. Very central to everything I want to see. Nice welcome by man and females in reception. Lovely room overlooking church. Roomy walk in shower. Everything modern and in good condition. Didn't find any dust etc, but wasn't searching for it. Only downside was the individual shower gel bottles. Prefer big refillable ones for the environment. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Good juice. Fresh cakes etc. Would recommend

La limpieza muy bien, pero la gestión mala porque no me avisaron de que la entrada al hotel la tenía que hacer a través de un cajero y encima estaba roto, menos mal que llame horas antes de llegar y me indicaron que tenía que llamar a un tfno. Para que viniera a abrirme una persona y como no hay aparcamiento tuve que parar en la puerta para bajar las maletas y llegó la persona a entregarme las llaves y en ese mismo momento llegó un coche y de quedo esperando a que bajara las maletas y me hicieran entrega

Useful to be able to leave bags when arrived early. Great location in the centre of town. A good breakfast was available from 7am which was great given need to leave early ish for flight home. Thanks for booking taxi. Charge in late sept was 21 euros from hotel to departures. A tiny point, in room 302 the wall near coffee machine needs a look…looks like something has splashed up it rather liberally!

Great stay at this nice hotel in the old center of Reus. Only thing to improve on would be the check-in system which was cumbersome to say the least. Staff was excellent though!

Great stay in the center of town. Beware of self-check in, if arriving outside of their staffed hours. Clean basic hotel and room. Do not try to get to the exact address with a car, since streets are very narrow, and probably not suitable; but park at a nearby parking garage, and walk there. Supermarket and a nice square with many stores (almost like a mall) around the corner, as well as other squares with historic landmarks. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice clean and modern hotel perfectly located in the centre of the lovely old city of Reus. The staff were very nice and helpful, we arrived very early and before we could ask, we were asked if we would like to leave our bags so that we could out and explore the city. We had a lovely clean room overlooking the church. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. No breakfast available, but lots of cafes surrounding the hotel. Excellent vale for money.n

Aircon makes a lot of noise even when it is turned off. Asked for help. Could not fix it. Location is though great and price is fair. Breakfast is served in something like a night club and is a bit boringe. So get you breakfast at a cafe instead.

2 night stay. Very central to everything I want to see. Nice welcome by man and females in reception. Lovely room overlooking church. Roomy walk in shower. Everything modern and in good condition. Didn't find any dust etc, but wasn't searching for it. Only downside was the individual shower gel bottles. Prefer big refillable ones for the environment. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Good juice. Fresh cakes etc. Would recommend

Hôtel idéalement situé à Reus. Seul bémol, mais nous le savions à l'avance, le parking. Celui disponible est à deux pas de l'hôtel à 15€ la nuit. Difficile de se garer dans Reus. L'accueil est très sympathique. La chambre très confortable (lit king size), propre et tranquille. Dommage que pendant notre séjour de 6 jours, les draps n'aient jamais été changés. Peut-être aurions nous dû demander ? Pour le petit déjeuner, sur la place tout à côté comme proche du Mercadona, on trouve ce qu'il faut pour pas cher. Nous sommes très satisfait de cet hébergement.

We stayed 2 nights. It is very convenient to everything. Clean, comfortable and the staff were all absolutely lovely and very helpful. They went about and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

I arrived mid afternoon and the person on reception could not be more helpful and checked me on. All staff very polite and professional. My room was beautiful and toiletries were rituals. On my arrival was water and coffee. The only disappointment I had to move out of that room on the last night as toilet broke and kept running water do last night I was in a different room which is a shame but these things happen.
