Amazing accommodation. If you are looking for a nice spot in the city center this is perfect. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The host (Ana) is charming and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants. In addition, she is keen on answering and helping you with any questions you might have. The accommodation has a roof top terrace which you can visit at any time. Do note that the building does not have an elevator so you will have to walk up 6 flights of stairs. We felt this to be a good exercise and excuse for eating ice cream everyday. Only challenge is parking which is not easy to find around the area. If you are lucky you will find a spot near the square, if not, you are in for a 15min walk.

Great property with lots of character. If you want modern, generic hotel chain this is not for you. Lots of stairs and no lift but obviously cant be helped due to the old building. Worth the inconvenience to stay in such beautiful rooms. Really lovely roof terrace which is great at sunset. Located in a beautiful square just off the Riva (promenade), surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at Procurator 7 in Split, Croatia, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is stunning, blending modern comfort with a touch of historic charm, perfectly located in the heart of Split. The standout, however, was the exceptional service from Ana, the operator. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond when we accidentally left our key in the room—handling the situation with kindness and efficiency. Ana also graciously allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, making our final day in Split stress-free and enjoyable. The entire experience was seamless, and Ana’s warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. I’d happily return to Procurator 7 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Very stylish and comfortable room overlooking a large square on the edge of Split old town. The rooms are on the third floor of an historic building (so no lift) and a superb location for the old town and waterfront area of Split. Only a 10 min walk from the catamaran jetty, close to the historic sights and plenty of restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. Ana was a fantastic host, always available via message in advance and during our stay as needed, very efficient and helpful. There isn’t a 24 hour reception but we didn’t need that and are happy being independent. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed, comfortable bed, AC, fridge and a modern bathroom and shower. Check out the roof terrace for a splendid view of the city. Would definitely recommend.

The property was beautiful. The only downside was carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs, but they did explain that because the building is 1/2 owned by the government they were unable to a lift in. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!

My stay here was awesome. A beautiful, good size room with a big bed, couch and chair. I had a partial sea view balcony which was stunning. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping service does a very nice job to freshen up the room if you choose to use it. It’s a great location, so many food and activity options nearby. Katarina was very helpful, kind and hospitable. She met me outside to show me where the property was, brought me to my room and gave me a thorough run down. Very flexible, and very accommodating. The rooftop terrace was a huge reason why I chose this place, and it was beautiful, I’d definitely recommend staying here!!

Vi hade det fantastisk under vår vistelse i Split, tack vare Ana! Hon var ständigt närvarande med tips och information om Split. Vi smsade henne mitt i natten med en fråga och hon svarade direkt. Rummet var över förväntan och balkongen var helt fantastisk. Trots att gatan var livlig var rummet helt tyst så fort vi stängde balkongdörren. Här kan du bo, även om du är ljudkänslig under natten. Läget var helt fantastiskt med närhet till precis allt, såväl transport som restauranger, caféer, museer och barer. Rummet var i toppskick och rent och prydligt när vi anlände. Både incheckning och utcheckning gick supersmidigt trots att hotellet inte har en 24h reception.

Fantastic check in. The trouble was that the room was directly onto the main staircase and we were woken up by everyone else leaving their quieter rooms, slamming doors and drunks talking in the lower stairwell at 04.00 on both nights. The bathroom would flood on each use.

Clean, beautiful luxury rooms in old town. Hot shower, air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had a small balcony overlooking side street down to the bay. You must climb with luggage 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us in our late 50's. It indicated a mini bar in room, but all we saw was a mini refrigerator. Maybe that's their interpretation. Walkable to everything. Probably one of the best locations in Old town. Rooms must be insulated as we didn't hear any outside noise at night.

Was a great stay - the location is very good, right in a good part of split and easy to get into town. It was a relatively small room, not great for sharing with children for any length of stay, but just about ok for a night, and there was some noise from the restaurants outside, not until really late though. Note it is up on the third floor with 6 flights of stairs, and no lift, so wouldn't be suitable if you have a lot to carry. The room itself is very clean and well designed given the space, a little dark as only a really small window. For a short stay we would definitely recommend for convenience at a reasonable price.

my good ness what a place Split is, beautiful, matched by our lovely deluxe room, so authentic, four poster bed, lovely bathroom right in the heart of the city. Staff couldnt do enough to help us and a hidden treat of a roof terrace with panoramic views (nearly as high as the church tower) over the city. Highly recommended.

Not a hotel but was using parts of an old 4 story building. Also very hard to find the entrance due to the wrong location in google map. Front doors would be closed if you did't get confirmed on your arrival time in advance. Despite of outside noise, the room is cozy and nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Procurator 7 in Split, Croatia, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is stunning, blending modern comfort with a touch of historic charm, perfectly located in the heart of Split. The standout, however, was the exceptional service from Ana, the operator. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond when we accidentally left our key in the room—handling the situation with kindness and efficiency. Ana also graciously allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, making our final day in Split stress-free and enjoyable. The entire experience was seamless, and Ana’s warmth and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. I’d happily return to Procurator 7 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Ana got through to the airport when I couldn’t so I got my lost luggage returned. The lady who cleaned my room told the manager and she found when it would be returned Much easier to enjoy my time when I knew I would have my things before I left on my cruise. Besides the location and the property were perfect

Very stylish and comfortable room overlooking a large square on the edge of Split old town. The rooms are on the third floor of an historic building (so no lift) and a superb location for the old town and waterfront area of Split. Only a 10 min walk from the catamaran jetty, close to the historic sights and plenty of restaurants and bars etc on the doorstep. Ana was a fantastic host, always available via message in advance and during our stay as needed, very efficient and helpful. There isn’t a 24 hour reception but we didn’t need that and are happy being independent. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed, comfortable bed, AC, fridge and a modern bathroom and shower. Check out the roof terrace for a splendid view of the city. Would definitely recommend.

Ana was fantastic!! Housekeeping was excellent!! It was a pleasure to stay there and would return! The only thing is if you bring a heavy bag, I recommend using their storage at the ground level because you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift. Ana does tote the bags. She is very sweet!!!

I had an excellent stay at Procurator! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great property with lots of character. If you want modern, generic hotel chain this is not for you. Lots of stairs and no lift but obviously cant be helped due to the old building. Worth the inconvenience to stay in such beautiful rooms. Really lovely roof terrace which is great at sunset. Located in a beautiful square just off the Riva (promenade), surrounded by some great bars and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

Clean, beautiful luxury rooms in old town. Hot shower, air conditioning and comfortable beds. We had a small balcony overlooking side street down to the bay. You must climb with luggage 3 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us in our late 50's. It indicated a mini bar in room, but all we saw was a mini refrigerator. Maybe that's their interpretation. Walkable to everything. Probably one of the best locations in Old town. Rooms must be insulated as we didn't hear any outside noise at night.

Very helpful staff thank you so much Ana. Very good communications throughout stay. Quirky suite - we loved it. Lovely comfy bed. Great base in historical building. Only downside was no lift and rooms 3 floors up. Stairs are doable but if you have a lot of heavy luggage this is possibly not ideal.
