The hotel is small but has all modern amenities and very conveniently located, within short walking distance to Plaza Catalunya and all the attractions. The staff is extremely helpful, whether in explaining directions, suggesting best eating options, or providing an outlet converter or an extra pillow. The best part is breakfast: it’s simply amazing! We stayed only for one night after the cruise, but will definitely book this hotel for our longer trips to Barcelona.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kostenlos Kaffe und Tee rundum die Uhr. Gute Umgebung mit vielen tollen Lokalen. Zentral gelegen, mit vielen Busstationen und 2 Metrostationen in max. 5 Minuten ereichbar. Gutes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis. Sehr leise Klimaanlage.

Great location, in walking distance to a lot of attractions. Loved the self service coffee machine, and the option to buy some drinks in the evening. Breakfast was amazing with an extensive range to suit everyone, including a lovely outdoor area to eat. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with great English.

Extremely convenient location, central to many key tourist attractions. Clean and well maintained. Wonderful breakfast and dining area with outdoor patio. Loved my little balcony in my room. One of the staff members was less friendly than the others but overall the staff were nice, helpful, and discrete.

Hotel Ambit is situated in a great location. It is only a 10 min walk to casa batlo and passeig de gracia, a 15-20 min walk to the gothic neighborhood and las ramblas. The staff are helpful and speaks english well. The rooms are clean, although the room we got was much smaller than we thought. There's no gym or room service, which was ok since we were out all the time. The only drawback is that the walls are thin. You will hear people in the hallway. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Otherwise, would recommend.

Lovely small hotel in the centre of Barcelona. Within walking distance to many attractions. Very clean and food breakfast and amazingly peaceful outdoor terrace. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Hotel Àmbit and couldn't have been happier. We had been told to stay in the middle of the Gothic Quarter. Thank goodness we didn't. No transport, huge crowds, hot and stuffy was not appealing. Communication before,during and after our stay at Hotel Àmbit has been fabulous. Our room was aircondioned,modern with spa bath and king sized bed. Breakfast and evening drinks in the lounge and garden area are highly recomended. Transport is very easy and convenient. The area is convenient, walkable, upmarket and safe. We cannot recommend Hotel Àmbit enough. Thank you for making our stay in Barcelona a pleasure.

Very nice place to stay for our first night in Barcelona. Clean, large, comfortable bed and bathroom. Helpful person during registration: he recommended a great place for dinner. Their breakfast was delicious: variety of choices (eggs, sausage, toast, etc) along with small pastries that were scrumptious! Highly recommend.

Placering af hotel er rigtig godt med hensyn til Ramblaen og spisesteder, men vores værelse var mod gården og her ligger der en skole som har aktivitet fra 8 morgen til 22:30 aften og da den ligger inden i mellem bygninger er der en utrolig larm på værelset der gør at man ikke kan holde ud at have terrassedøren åben. Minibar bliver ikke fyldt op under ophold og man får ikke rene glas under opholdet. Deres morgenmad som bliver tilbudt skal have flot anmeldelse, den er rigtig godt og der er meget at vælge imellem og variation i det lune, så den kan anbefales.

El hotel se encuentra perfectamente ubicado, accesible a muchos sitios de interés, ya sea caminando o cerca del transporte público, autobuses o metro. Las instalaciones están impecablemente cuidadas, habitación muy cómoda, limpia, segura y silenciosa. Yo estuve en una preciosa habitación con balcón. El desayuno buffet disponible tiene una amplia opción de alimentos para todos los gustos. Todo muy bueno. Todo el personal super amable y dispuestos a darte recomendaciones si las necesitas.

This is an outstanding hotel. While our room was small it had everything we needed. The rain head shower was roomy, separate room for toilet, desk, French doors that open onto small balcony. Very quiet. The breakfast is outstanding in a beautifully appointed eating area with an interior courtyard just a door away. The staff is caring, kind and helpful. The location near the old town of Barcelona could not be better. Restaurants abound.

Clean, decent sized room and large bathroom (for the area), well located, food options all around, walking distance to visiting sites, short walk to direct airport shuttle buses. Not a «\xa0luxury\xa0» hotel but very good value for the price point. I recommend it and would not hesitate to go back.

Based on the reviews for this hotel I was expecting a lot more. I wasn\'t THAT impressed. In my opinion it is more of a 3-star hotel. The staff was friendly, but the air conditioning gets nowhere near the temperature the unit displays so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. There is also no door to the bathroom/shower in the "upgraded" rooms... so if you are not romantically involved with who you\'re staying with, you probably won\'t be thrilled. I wouldn\'t stay here again.

We stayed here just 1 night as a last minute extension to our stay in Barcelona. The room was clean and in a great location. It served its purpose for our trip. Just was smaller than expected. But was a great value for the area considering.

Room was very small. Hardly any space to walk in the room. They charged me another tax even when I had paid bed tax I came to know from another gentleman same night a larger room rented for far less. They had only 3 Kleenex taste in my room. The day I checked out the Gentleman was rude and unfriendly. I don’t like the experience

Overall, I had an amasing experience in staying in Hotel Ambitbcn whilst in Barcelona. The location is very convinient and accessible to major transportation hubs and tourist attractions. More than anything else, I like the service and hospitality, Though I didn't have a good view from my window room, but I was satisfied as it gave me a right temperature I wanted (especially summer heat sarted to climb during my visit), modern-cozy and stylish room design, comfy bed which had a good sleeps (very essential), and every basic needs are provided in the room. Daily breakfast were really good as it had different variations of food served, and it ia tasty as well. Plus the ambiance in the dine area adds cozy-chill feels whilst having the breakast It is a worth to be included in your stay. The reception, kitchen and housekeeping are very accomodating, courteous, and helpful. The receptions were really taking an extra mile to prepare me a takeaway breakfast as I have to leave early prior to the breakfast time of 7:30AM. I forgot their names but definitely a thumbs up for them for their assistance and being helpful. Definitely coming back to stay in here for future business/leisure trip in Barcelona

Nice location. The staff were helpful and very close taxi stand so there was no need to wait or call taxis. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Nice location. The staff were helpful and very close taxi stand so there was no need to wait or call taxis. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was a last minute decision and our one night was perfect. From morning until night, the front desk receptionists gave us the best recommendations and was able to check us in early so we could enjoy more of our day. The place was walkable distance to a lot of attractions and metro was easy to navigate to a lot of places. The place was very nice and clean. Would book again next time in Barcelona!!

Chambre avec terrasse qui donne sur l’arrière : énormément de bruit de 8h a 21h30 dû a un centre sportif en plein milieu du lotissement. Même fenêtres fermées, c’est horrible. Hotel plus proche d’un 3 étoiles que d’un 4. Le personnel est très gentil. L’emplacement est super.

Great location, in walking distance to a lot of attractions. Loved the self service coffee machine, and the option to buy some drinks in the evening. Breakfast was amazing with an extensive range to suit everyone, including a lovely outdoor area to eat. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with great English.

Room was very small. Hardly any space to walk in the room. They charged me another tax even when I had paid bed tax I came to know from another gentleman same night a larger room rented for far less. They had only 3 Kleenex taste in my room. The day I checked out the Gentleman was rude and unfriendly. I don’t like the experience

La ubicación es inmejorable, a tres cuadras y media de la Plaza Catalunya, de El Corte Inglés y a dos cuadras del Paseo de Gracia, la avenida principal de tiendas y boutiques de lujo. El cuarto es pequeño, pero si vas a pasar todo el día fuera paseando, como fue mi caso, eso es lo de menos. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Lo mejor es la atención amabilísima y servicial de todo el personal. Muy recomendable

Clean, decent sized room and large bathroom (for the area), well located, food options all around, walking distance to visiting sites, short walk to direct airport shuttle buses. Not a «\xa0luxury\xa0» hotel but very good value for the price point. I recommend it and would not hesitate to go back.

Extremely convenient location, central to many key tourist attractions. Clean and well maintained. Wonderful breakfast and dining area with outdoor patio. Loved my little balcony in my room. One of the staff members was less friendly than the others but overall the staff were nice, helpful, and discrete.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay. I travelled solo to explore Barcelona and I originally booked another hotel out of the centre but cancelled and booked the Àmbit instead as I didn’t want to be far from anything whilst I was alone. Great location, check in fast and easy. I was on the 2nd floor with a balcony. At first I was sceptical because my room was right beside the lift but I honestly didn’t hear a thing. The balcony looked on to the main road but with the doors shut, you couldn’t hear the traffic at all. I slept great in the room. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, there was so much around but I think it was 10 euros if you did want to eat there which is reasonable. Reception advised me there was free coffee 24 hours a day but I was only in my room to sleep or change for dinner so I didn’t get the chance to try this. Staff were so pleasant, always saying hello when I walked by to leave/or enter the hotel. I was only there for 2 nights and I seen most of the main things in Barcelona but I’m going to bring my mum with me at the end of the year or start of next year to show her this beautiful city and I will 100% be booking to stay at the Àmbit again.

El desayuno está bastante bien. Las habitaciones están limpias muy pequeñas y las áreas anginas del Hotel tienen muy mal mantenimiento tienen que invertir más en cuidar su Hotel y que todo esté limpio sin que esté roto.
