I went to Korea for the first time solo and this place was just what I needed: a place to sleep. I’m rarely ever in the room so I just wanted something basic and affordable to sleep. I got the 2 twin bed room and it was a perfect size for me. Yes the place is a bit dated and old and you can tell they just patch work some of the things falling apart like the walls and floor. But overall it’s decent if you want an affordable stay. Toliet and shower are separate which in Korea is hard to find. Usually it’s together in one closed room so the floor is always wet when you use the toliet but not here. It even has AC, tv and fridge. Close enough to myeongdong shopping street just across the street. About less than 10 min walk. In a small alleyway but still very safe to go to even at night as a solo female traveler. Next to a lot of restaurants. Staff was nice and helpful. They even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. Would stay here again if I’m doing solo trip again in Seoul. Also has a bus station that takes you straight to the airport. Just look for the sign 6001 sotetsu splasir myeongdong just at the end of the block. Costs 17,000 cash

総じてコスパ良すぎではありました！ 友人3人と、3名用ルームに泊まりました。明洞まで歩いて11分程度でアクセスはよく、飲食店も周辺に多数あり、コンビニも徒歩1分かからないところにあったためとても便利でした。 施設はビルの2階にあり、とてもおしゃれで清潔感あり。へやはベッドとテレビ、冷蔵庫のみでテーブル等ありませんでした。食事を部屋でする際は、床かベッドの上になりますのでご注意を！ シャワーとトイレは完全に別でビシャビシャになることはなかったです。水圧もしっかりあり、ドライヤーの風力もそこそこでした。 《唯一の残念ポイント》 ビルに入る前の道路？ビルの1階に当たるところ？がめちゃくちゃ臭かったです…。 おそらく生ゴミ臭なのですが、ゲ◯のような匂いが充満しておりました。 特に夏はお気をつけを！！
