L appartement est vétuste et a besoin d être rafraîchi. J etais très déçue car les photos ne correspondent pas à la tristesse de l appartement Je n avais pas d eau chaude le deuxième jour Les serviettes de toilette n étaient pas propre L agence planet Costa a tout arrangé rapidement Le prix est très cher pour cette prestation à cette époque de l année

We arrived at the check in location to be told that we had been allocated a different apartment from the one I had booked. This was downstairs to the first floor apartment I had booked. I specifically booked the first floor apartment as I liked the large private terrace. However the downstairs one was very dark, not properly cleaned and had only sheets on the beds and a total of 4 coat hangers. As we only arrived there at 8pm after an early morning start and the reception office was now closed we had no option but to stay there for the night. After a very cold night with inadequate bedding, I called the reception office to ask for alternative accommodation. About one hour later we were shown 3 apartments, one of which we agreed to take even though its terrace was very small and about a quarter of the size of the one we had booked. We said we would reduce our stay by a day and were offered a 10% discount off our original booking plus a refund for the day. No explanation was ever given as to who was occupying the apartment we had booked. We left the alternative accommodation on 6th June and no refund has been paid yet. Not at all impressed

El alojamiento superó las expectativas, muy bien ubicado con muchas comodidades, la verdad que nos encantó! Destacar también el trato por parte de la agencia. Muy simpáticos, atendieron a todas nuestras dudas con rapidez y profesionalidad. Muy limpio también.
