Our stay was excellent, only complaint was that the pillows were hard as a brick . We would definitely stay again , just bring our own pillows. Private hot tub with room was very relaxing and worth the money !

They are remodeling the hot tub suites thru October. We were unfortunately in the room next door and had a crane right in front of my hot tub by 9am removing a hot tub next door. The sound was deafening, and we received no warning. Drilling, breaking concrete, hammering, you name it. SO LOUD! When speaking with the front desk I was directed to a small note on one door of the office mentioning the construction. The staff was less than helpful or apologetic. There were two different house keepers that knocked on our door in the morning, one walked in on us. We left before checkout since we couldn't enjoy the hot tub we paid for. Additional, we arrived at 2:45 and were denied check in, without even asking my name or looking at the computer. I understand that's never guaranteed, as sometimes rooms aren't clean yet. So we got food and sat by the fireplace until 4. Never saw any housekeepers and we ended up with the room right behind where we were sitting. So, the room was ready, yet we were made to wait till 4. So don't arrive and hope to get in any earlier than 4pm. Lovely place, but super disappointed in the customer service, the staff, and the constant noise inside and outside of our room.

Historic resort in a beautiful area. It was great to see that the original building was kept and incorporated into the updated resort. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The mineral pools (hot and cold) were relaxing. Staff at the Isadore restaurant were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the firepit in the evening.
