Hotel bien situé à 5 min du Metro 7 avec un garage. Personnel sympa, rapport qualité/prix très bien

Perto de estacao de metro, bons restaurantes e supermercado à 10min à pé. Cobra-se para guardar as bagagens.

Lhotel est bien placé, pour le prix cest correct. Cependant, payé une bagagerie a 6 euros, et en plus sur un robot automatique, cetait une grosse surprise. La chambre était un peu sale. L de petit déjeuner est correct.

Un confort plus que rudimentaire. Il faut laisser une pièce d'identité à l'accueil pour le prêt d'un sèche-cheveux. Les agents d'accueil ne comprennent pas ce qu'on leur demande. Il fallait coupler 2 réservations. Ce ne fut pas fait. Payer un petit déjeuner en plus, ce fut trés long à expliquer. Les oreillers petits et mous ne soutenaient pas la nuque. Je me suis réveillée avec un torticolis. Mais surtout impossible de régler la température. Le thermostat était purement décoratif. L'air était chaud et sec. Très désagréable. Du coup j'ai trés mal dormi. L'hôtel ne fournit pas le service minimum.

After this two things, we would definitely rebook and stay here, we think B&B hotel is a great deal.

Localização boa, na divisa com Paris, próximo ao metrô, região tranquila.O quarto é um pouco estreito para cama de casal, mas é bem funcional e confortável, banheiro bom e excelente limpeza! No piso da recepção tem uma área para alimentação, disponível para o café da manhã do hotel ou para quem quiser levar sua comida e utilizar o microondas ou as máquinas de snacks e bebidas (café, chocolate, chá, água, sucos, refrigerantes, etc). Gostei muito!

Praktisches Ein- und Auschecken im Hotel, Zimmer ausreichend zum Schlafen & kurzzeitigem Verweilen, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstück ist französisch (Croissants, Baguette, Joghurt, etc), Kinder zahlen nur bis 10 den Kinderpreis, Terminal zum Essen bestellen im Hotel ist vorhanden - hier kann man italienisch, indisch, amerikanisch und japanisch bestellen, Automaten mit Getränken, Snacks, etc.

L'hôtesse d'accueil à été très froide, le reste du séjour à été correct. Attention le parking est payant (15€/jour). Chambre propre.

Overall acceptable but hotel has weird rules about issuing hair dryer as staff must hold on to guess passport. I understand it was for in case of missing or damaged but since a credit card was withhold as standard practice so not sure what passport must be held? I have been traveling at least 5 to 6 times yearly and been to numerous hotels but never had such experience.

Vraiment très agréablement surpris pas cet hôtel. Vraiment au bord du périphérique mais tellement bien insonorisé que nous avions l'impression d'être dans un endroit calme. Plein de petits restaurants sympas à proximité. Vraiment très propre. Rien à redire.

Chambre très calme (j’avais peur au bruit mais vraiment très bien insonorisé) et propre. Bonne literie. Accueil agréable et efficace. Buffet petit-déjeuner avec du choix.

De passage pour un déplacement professionnel, cet hôtel, en bordure de périf ne sera pas votre premier choix pour des vacances parisiennes. Mais pour le travail, ça passe … La propreté est véritablement à revoir, pas de protège matelas, des poils plein le lit et je vous passe les détails de l’état du matelas. J’avais réellement peur de ramener des punaises de lit chez moi. Chambre sommaire, pas de confort, ni de bonne odeur quand vous rentrez dans la chambre. Ce qui a terminé de m’achever c’est qu’à la suite du pdj buffet que j’avais évidemment payé (bien que je quittais l’hôtel à 6h30 et n’ai eu le temps que de boire un maigre café et d’ingurgiter un simple croissant) lorsque j’ai voulu prendre avec moi 1 POMME, on m’a sauté dessus en me disant que c’était interdit, que tout était filmé et que si je voulais prendre une pomme avec moi je devais la payer à la réception !! J’ai bien évidemment déposé ma malheureuse pomme. Ah oui, j’oubliais, lors de ma réservation il était précisé « En tant que membre GOLD, vous avez accès à notre service clients prioritaire. ». Mais de quelle priorité parlez-vous? Je trouve ça tout simplement honteux et je déconseille évidemment cet établissement.

Estuvimos dos noches, en la reserva dice que tienen aire acondicionado, aunque fuimos en invierno en la habitación hace un calor tremendo, pero al preguntar en recepción dicen que ninguna habitación tiene aire. Demasiado calor en la habitación.

Very small room,only one pillow per person. Very hostel like but was good enough to sleep in a clean environment. Would recommend for younger travelers, not the best place to stay with kids. No laundry on site and no real amenities.

It's ok for location especially near metro. But the room is small, no refrigerator. Wi-fi is not usable as promise. I have to buy more data on my phone to work with my laptop.

The location is very convenient and well served by public transportation. The rooms are small but ok. Good beds, small bathroom. Overall, fine as a base for touring around Paris

We had 4 persons in a family room. It was very small, there is hardly any floor space, nothing to put our 2 pieces of luggage on other than the floor. One small desk and closet about 18"/45cm wide to hang clothes. The bathroom is also small and the shower is only 2/3 enclosed, so water can spray out the opening and get on the floor or toilet. If you only have 3 people you could put stuff on the 1 unused twin bed. But if you have 4 people and you want decent space you're better off somewhere else or renting 2 rooms. The air conditioning was weak, it would not get as cold as we wanted. Like other places we stayed in Europe, even in early June when it's starting to get warm or hot outside, they still put duvets on the beds, so you have to sleep with nothing, not even a sheet, over you, or you will probably get too hot.

Globalement c'est correct, par contre l'isolation sonore est affreuse. A chaque fois que quelqu'un entre ou sort de sa chambre dans le couloir ça faisait trembler le mur contre lequel mon oreiller était posé. Et donc trembler ma tête et le bruit est insoutenable toute la nuit. Tôt le matin c'est encore pire. Bref la première nuit j'ai pas beaucoup dormi et j'ai dû acheter des boules quies exprès pour l'occasion pour esperer dormir la seconde. Je vous rappelle que en tant que hôtel votre principal rôle est de vendre du sommeil....

The hotel canceled our reservation. They left a voice message that they couldn't hold our reservation after 8pm because they didn't have a credit card on file unless we called them back, but did not leave a phone # to call. I tried calling back on a hotels.com listed number abd a google maps listed number. No one answered. When I arrived around 12 midnight, I found out they had given away my room and I had to find another hotel.

This was my first visit to a B&B chain of hotels in Paris. Unfortunately, the room is not at all like they display in the pictures. The room did not have a single piece of amenity. No kettle for hot water, no pouches for tea/coffee, no dustbin in the room, or basic toiletries provided such as a hand soap. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and the water started leaking from the bottom of the sink making the bathroom floor dirty. The room service was not done for a long time after we made the complaint, and we had to live with the problem for quite some time. The breakfast was extremely basic and there was no toaster for a basic meal of bread & butter. We had to eat cold bread and that caused digestion issues giving us trouble for the rest of the day. There was no warm food available for vegetarians. It is unfortunate that the hotel staff has did not consider vegetarians at all. The staff in the breakfast area didn’t seem to care to get new food items when the supplies went low. There wasn’t any phone provided in the room to call reception and every time we went to the reception to make a compliant, the staff was not at all welcoming. They just asked us to wait for an undefined period of time and did not seem to care about the discomfort that their guests were going through. One should visit this hotel only if they have very low expectations from the service that they might get.

Personnel a l acceuil hyper sympathique, tous ma biz était expliqué, de la chambre au petit déjeuner. Tous c est très bien déroulé pour nous . Je pense revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Paris. Hôtel très propre et chambre impeccable.

Détestable, lorsque nous sommes arrivés à minuit et demi, notre chambre avait été reloué et l'hotel etait plein. J'avais fait ma réservation le 18 août. Nous avons donc dû reprendre la route pour 4h de voyage J'espère que je vais pouvoir etre remboursee sans difficultés

Das Hotel hatte eigentlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Was aber eine Katastrophe war, dass man jeden Tag einen neuen Tür Code bestellen musste, weil das System einen nicht mehr in das Hotelzimmer gelassen hat. Das war wirklich sehr aufwändig.

Newly renovated, everything is new and refreshing. Excellent with location at Chinatown.

Not as central as I would like in Paris, albeit close to the metro.

Its a solid place to stay if you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay for a night or two. The neighborhood that surrounds the property is not very good and i wouldnt recommend walking around the area at night. Order take out and stay in. The staff are super helpful and the lobby is a great place to relax and hangout in.

Way to far

Good typical hotel amenities but a little far out of the thick of Paris for us. No bakery nearby. Longer metro rides to the sites we wanted to visit. But better sized rooms with great mattresses at the end of the day.

Bien qu’il faille traverser un pont au-dessus du périphérique pour rejoindre l’hôtel, ce dernier ne se trouve pas trop loin du métro Porte de Choisy. Quartier sympathique avec bcp de restaurants asiatiques bien entendu. La chambre était simple mais avec un équipement suffisant (quelques cintres, une télé et un petit bureau). Nous avons très bien dormi sur de bons matelas confortables. Je ne peux pas évaluer le petit déjeuner car nous n’avions pas choisi cette option. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel

The area seemed a little seedy at first but actually quite walkable and central with a subway station within a 5 minute walk to take us anywhere in Paris :)

Stayed 5 nights here. Was an excellent base for us to explore Paris with close proximity to all modes of transport (metro/bus/tram)

Per il prezzo che ha lascia molto a desiderare… le pareti in bagno erano logore dall’umidità e l’intonaco stava venendo via. Fatto il check-in dopo una traversata per arrivare a Parigi non abbiamo nemmeno potuto darci una rinfrescata perché avevano problemi con l’acqua. L’unica nota positiva è la zona che, anche se non centrale, risulta comoda per raggiungere il centro città di Parigi con qualsiasi mezzo. Colazione per niente varia….

Rapport qualité prix convenable, l’ensemble est propre. Le service est ni bon, ni mauvais. Il y a de tout pour tout le monde au petit déjeuner mais pas beaucoup de variété de chaque. Je peux retourner faire un séjour hors tourisme.

Parkhaus im Keller, entgegenkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war allerdings schlecht, das Hotelzimmer klein und sehr gering ausgestattet.

Chambre calme malgré le trafic ++ juste devant l'hôtel. Chambre surchauffée et difficile d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour refroidir/aérer au vu du trafic routier (bruyant et polluant). Petit déjeuner complet, tres agréable.

A estadia poderia ser melhor se o quarto triplo fosse mais amplo. No café da manhã os alimentos tinham boa qualidade, mas foi necessário solicitar reposição em quase todos os itens. Atendimento geral ruim, inclusive no café da manhã. A limpeza dois quartos era boa, mas no ambiente do café da manhã era precário com um funcionário p/ limpar.
