Gutes Hotel sehr freundliches Personal.

Ein Hotel mit einer illustren und sehr extravaganten Geschichte. Es ist aber auch wirklich mit einem besondern Gefühlt verbunden, dort zu wohnen und man kann sich der speziellen Atmosphäre wirklich kaum entziehen...wirklich cool dort zu wohnen. Bzw. etwas objektiver: Zimmer sind schön und auch gut ausgestattet, besonders diejenigen mit Balkon haben auch relativ viel Licht. Die Matratzen sind sagenhaft und waren mit das Beste was ich jemals in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Die Bar ist gut sortiert und die Cocktails sind excellent.

Overall, really great experience. The room was very nice. Loved the bathroom that doubles as a steam room. The treats, personalized stationary, and signature scent were a nice touch. We didn't eat there, but we had some cocktails that were good. The pool was kind of a let down. If you like to do laps, you might like the forced water feature that allows you to swim in place. But otherwise, there's nothing special about it. No hot tub and no steam room. We did have one odd interaction. We totally forgot about a turn down service. We were in the tub and my wife noticed someone in the room. I jumped out and asked who was there. The shower/tub space is a separate room from the main bathroom so I had nothing on. The person came in and started talking to me while I was trying to cover my privates. Asked them to leave. Instead that went back to working on the bed. Kept telling them I'd like them leave. Instead they finished the bed and left. Weirdest hotel moment of my life.
