Horrible. No tenía una cama regular. Tenía una cama Murphy!!!! Totalmente diferente a la información que tiene en Expedia. Totalmente diferente a las fotografías. Publicidad engañosa. Si hubiera tenido la información real, jamás me hubiera hospedado ahí.

The room had a window facing the walkway which, if you look right, you can then see the ocean. That shouldn't be considered an ocean view. Lost power 2nd day at 2pm and it wasn't restored until 5am. Its Florida. It was so hot. Not hotels fault but we had to sleep in car until power came back on and we were still charged for the room that night. No ok. If you can accommodate, then the customer shouldnt have to pay for what they aren't getting.

We went fourteen hours without electric/air conditioning with no assist or communication from the host. I reached out when I realized that there was no electric around 8pm, and he sent me a screenshot showing it had been out since 2pm with a 10:45pm fix. It turned out to be a 4am fix, with zero update or help provided for a room without air conditioning in May in Florida. I believe that everyone staying there that night should be given a refund/discount, as none of us were paying to “camp.”
