El personal muy atento, servicial y amable. El Hotel sencillo pero comodo y limpio. Buena opcion para hotel de paso.

They were horrible. The room had roaches... electric box under my sink was open(Safety hazard). They made me wait untill 3pm even though I was willing to pay extra for the early check in. The man at the front desk was rude to ME but very helpful to the other tenants that's was already staying there. They also have a $60 deposit that was never mentioned. I wouldn't recommend this hotel too NO 1. Remind u it was my birthday weekend....

The 1st room they put me in smelled of cigarette smoke. I arrived late at 12:30 am after delayed flight. Upon arrival and check in clerk said there was a $60 incidental fee, must be paid in cash. He didn’t explain their card machine was down. When I objected he told me he didn’t have to honor my reservation and take it up with Expedia. He said if I further objected I could go elsewhere after I’d prepaid. Next morning I spoke to the manager who put me in another room that smelled musty, overlooking a pool with stagnant brown water, appeared not to have been serviced in months. As a female traveling on business, I felt unsafe. This property should not be listed on your website. The pictures must be about 15 years old, service is terrible. I would never recommend this place. It’s a dump.
