Ground are nice and very quiet. Comfortable room need updating. Pool on premise but covered and not usable anymore.

Our room was newly renovated and very clean. The property is very beautiful with flowers and nice sitting areas. You park right at your door and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were so kind and really cared about your stay. We will be staying here again. It was also so quiet

Bed was comfortable and it was quiet but we never had housekeeping the 3 days we were there. Apparently, we were supposed to let them know we needed our room cleaned! Ridiculous. They also had a pool but is wasn’t open. Disappointing.

We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. Got upgraded to a suite..what a surprise. Very clean. Great location. Quiet, didnt hear the traffic at all ( at night street is pretty empty.) Breakfast was good, organic coffee, teas, and a nice variety of pastries, fruits, juices and extras. We will most definitely return, central to everything..Book directly with them, great discounts. Also, large outdoor pool, of course not opened in November. All in all a great holiday!

Pool not open on 4th of July. Price was more than double the usual and room was not ready at check in time. Had to wait over 30 minutes.

Property and room was OK other than the fact that the shower barely worked and the pool was closed on July 4. I was also charged more than double what they usually charge

We had a nice getaway at the Sandwich Inn and Suites. Now that we have stayed there we know which building we'd prefer not to stay in. Our Room #3 had a separate driveway that was difficult to get in and out of. The property itself was clean and our housekeeping was good. A little disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed. Overall it was a nice place.

The place is tired everywhere you look. Cheap fixtures, scraped paint on wooden elements, lack of modern charging outlets. Not worth $239/night. Also, the pool was closed in August! It is remote and no dining options within walking distance. Kitchen area not available to hotel guests 24 hours.

Friendly staff, location was convenient. Cleanliness and comfort..not so much. The bathroom floors were not mopped. The bath mat towel was brown when I got out of the shower from all of the built up dirt underneath that clearly wasn’t mopped. The bed was uncomfortable like a pull out sofa mattress.

The floors were VERY sticky..seems that it was perhaps build up and not cleaned properly. My bare feet were filthy, had to rinse in bathtub. The bed was of poor quality and broken...made a horrible sound. Management is good, property is very nice overall but attention to the details (above) is missing.

It was a lovely quiet location, and the continental breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. The only let down were the floors. The main floor made your bare feet dirty & black, and there was dust/dirt/hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived, and even after the room was refreshed/ cleaned on our 3rd day, it still remained.

The property was beautiful and located in a quiet town which is nearby to almost anywhere on Cape Cod. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean and had a musty odour. The towels were not clean and smelt dirty. We found a bug in one bed and others around the room. The continental breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was disappointing and we would not stay here again.

The grounds are pretty and well kept. The rooms are clean. Management is fastidious and polite. Nice choices for breakfast.

The property itself was beautiful, but the room was very disappointing. The shower was not properly cleaned, with hairs all over the tub. The room smelled like a wet basement, and the dehumidifier provided filled so quickly we had to empty it four times in just one night. Most importantly, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and made very loud creaking noises with every movement, making it nearly impossible to get any rest!

We have stayed here before and were disappointed with how dirty the room was- especially the floor. We were willing to give it another chance but again the floor was filthy, there’s mold on the shower and sink. It’s such a cute exterior and in a great spot but we won’t be staying again because clearly they just don’t clean things thoroughly. It certainly makes you wonder what else you can’t see that isn’t clean.

The rooms were very clean. We had a problem with the TV remote and they came to fix it immediately. The breakfast options were great - not just danish, sugary cereal, and bread. The maid service was only if you requested it, which was fine for us. We had 2 rooms for our party and they were both excellent. Friendly staff, very helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Sandwich, MA.

The good things are the convenience, the nice grounds and the terrific breakfast. Also very clean and the bathroom was nice. We got the suite with the kitchenette which had nice appliances but it was not fully stocked as the listing said. There was only one bowl and the only glass was a single wine glass. No colander, limited utensils, no dish drainer and just a few pots-one without a handle. Also there was only two overhead lights for the whole suite and they seemed to be fluorescent.

It was clean, spacious and newly renovated.

Hotel is really nice. Parking is easy, rooms are spacious and very clean. We had a suite with a large kitchen. Landscaping was really cute for fall. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay we just didn’t like the fact that it took a long time for hot water to run. The shower head water pressure wasn’t good barely any water coming out. Took a long time to shower. Mini fridge wasn’t cold at all more of room temperature. Heat was good but it’s not the whole time. Maybe half the night. Soo be prepared. The outside area is beautiful, quiet and peaceful loved the fact you have your own parking spot in front of room. Overall rating 3.5

Nice quiet property near Cape Cod. We were upgraded at check in. Suite had full kitchen and bedroom was large. No frills but comfortable.

The room had a strong musty smell. The bathroom tiny, cheap towels. The bed was horrible every move the springs would squeak.i did not stay the night knowing I would not be able to sleep.

Landscaping was pretty. Kitchen was large.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I arrived around 4PM and checked in and put all of my stuff in my room. I arrived back from my event at midnight and could not get into my room. I called the emergency number and got no answer, on the second call someone who I had clearly woken up answered. After telling them what happened they said they didn't know what to do and would call back. She called back and said maintenance is not on property or available until 7AM but they would offer me another room to sleep in tonight. I said what about all of my belongings I needed to sleep. I also requested we try to get me in before 7AM as I had a child at home I needed to get home to. She said theres nothing she can do and told me if I continued on "with my attitude" she would start giving it right back and "I wasn't going to like that outcome" then HUNG UP ON ME. I heard the mailbox and the door to the front office slam and I found the key to the room I was expected to sleep in. At 7:45AM the next day, I finally walked over to the office after giving them plenty of buffer time to urgently resolve my situation and found the maintenance guy. He was the most pleasant part of the stay and the only one there that should be working around people. He opened my door for me, I got my stuff and found I was then LOCKED IN the room. They never answered the office phone the whole stay so I had to send my friend in to find help to get me out. No one offered a refund or was even apologetic.

Very friendly staff at front desk.. I was going to be getting in late, after they were closed. I called and the person at the front desk accommodated me so that I could get into my room when I arrived.

Very nice rooms..the owner was very helpful with my laundry . Washed in his machine,..better than looking for a Laundromat!

A very chaotic attempted checkin. Room not ready (at 4:30 pm), staff arguing and scrambling to get room ready, but only made bed, while bathroom and other parts of room remained dirty/used (horrible musty smell and black mold on side of dehumidifier running in room). Again, scrambling of staff to “clean” the room which meant cleaning shower, toilet, etc. so should take awhile. Husband and I asked to just be put in different room but was told that wasn’t possible, so we stood awkwardly outside and after seeing how briefly the housekeeper spent cleaning, we decided we were just not comfortable staying there so turned in keys and were told their policy was no refunds. We left, and I sent an email to an address on their website that supposedly goes to the owner. I explained nicely what had happened, even commiserated at being a small business owner and know how hard it is to get and keep help these days, and acknowledged we were cancelling abruptly but still requested a refund due to the odd situation we were put in when trying to check in. Unfortunately we did not get a response, nor an apology.

Our room keys wouldn’t work when we got there. After three failed attempts, the woman at the front desk came and unlocked the door with the master key. We couldn’t go in and out freely. The next day we left and maintenance came to “fix” the door. I accidentally left my AirPods on the bedside table and they went missing. Also, our door was not fixed. With two very tired young children ready for bed we had to go through the failed attempts and master key situation again. Again, we couldn’t come and go. We approached the manager about the door not working and my AirPods going missing and she said she would give us a discount. We have yet to see this discount.

Lovely setting. Really nice. Unfortunately we checked in after 9pm and everyone was gone by the time we discovered our ac didn’t work. We ended up sleeping as 4 people in two double beds, with our half frozen ice packs from our cooler. Staff seemed put out when I mentioned it, but they did have it fixed by the time we went to bed the next night. I asked for a discount for that but haven’t heard anything.

When we first checked in the room that was assigned hadn't been cleaned from the prior guests. The resort upgraded us to an efficiency suite with a balcony, second floor,end unit. We were pleasantly surprised. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We would definitely recommend this place! Location is perfect too.

We had to change rooms due to very loud music of disrespectful guest next door until 2:30 am no one available on staff after 10 pm. They did change my room next day.

From the moment I stepped in the doorway to check in I felt comfortable and safe. I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and chec-in very efficient. This is the second time I have stayed here and it did not disappoint this time either. The checking area where you have breakfast is beautiful it's very well stocked and homie it is warm and inviting. The rooms are neat and spacious. And the grounds are gorgeous. I would not hesitate to recommend sandwich Inn and Suites to anybody and I will definitely take the opportunity to stay again gorgeous clspacious. The room is clean spacious the

I had such a great stay here! The property is in a peaceful wooded area, but also within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant, and a couple other shops. There’s also a great ice cream place right across the street. Both quiet and convenient. My room was spotless and felt very cozy. The woman at the front desk seemed nice and I had a brief conversation with the maintenance guy who was also very friendly. I was originally hesitant to book this place as there were a couple bad reviews, but they seem old and i experienced nothing that those guests talked about so don’t let them turn you away. I literally could not recommend this place enough if you are visiting the cape cod area!! Hope I get a chance to visit again one day.

A very quaint and nice property. It was nicely manicured and maintained. Town was very accessible with eating joints near by. Breakfast was great.

The room was not totally clean- jar of lotion was on the floor, and there was some dirt buildup along the border of the floor. There were ants in the bathroom, and at breakfast I pointed out to the staff that the waffles had mold on them.

Comfortable and relaxing stay at the Inn. Could park at the door of the accommodation. Easy access to wash and dry clothes. Fridge and microwave, so could eat a meal in when needed. Breakfast options included a lovely and light Bundt cake, in addition to cereals, bread, meat, eggs, cheese and posterities.

The place was great! We really enjoyed the variety of food they had for breakfast.

Stayed in Sandwich a million times and always drive by. This little spot is quaint clean, well kept. Continental breakfast included! Displayed lovely, fresh food, and not your typical choices. Definitely will book again

We stayed 2 nights. There was no hot water for the shower, there was lukewarm water. They promised to fix it and didn't. At breakfast there was mold in the waffle. There was an old, open cake in the same condition every morning.

The room was absolutely amazing for the price, beautiful property and very cute. However my only complaints are regarding the food they didn’t ice anything they should’ve been iced And things were left uncovered and sitting for hours. Otherwise great stay!

Very pretty newly renovated property. Nice landscaping. Very nice rooms. Quiet. Breakfast was disappointing especially because of limited options for someone with Celiac Disease. Only fruit and yogurt which I do enjoy. However, On our second morning there was nothing left that I could eat. I was told that delivery would be tomorrow.

Great value! Easy check in/out, clean and comfortable rooms with included breakfast items in the lobby. Would definitely stay again and will recommend.
