Breakfast and coffee was awesome. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Definitely worth the price. We were in the sail away room. The wifi did not work while we were there however.

Here for a girls weekend to see a show at red rocks —- we loved the Dino Den. Beds were comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. Hot tub was spotless and easy to use - thick fluffy towels and robes … Our shower handle was loose and can use an adjustment but a simple screwdriver would help Would absolutely return !

Our stay here was fantastic; the private Jacuzzi along with the mountain ambience really made this stay special. I had to deduct points on the room for cleanliness, but there is no way I could not give a five star overall. Thank you for having us; most importantly being so kind and welcoming to my service dog. 🥰✨

What a great place!! Awesome staff!! Perfect location for Red Rocks (bus ride to and from lodge is very convenient), downtown restaurants, shops and bars. We stayed in the Zen cottage which was spacious, clean with lots of amenities. Kitchen, jetted tub, great shower, comfortable king bed and living space. Ross, Michael, Bo, August, Brooke and Frazier (owner) are all perfect for this property. They treat you like family! We stayed two nights and had the most wonderful breakfast both mornings…thanks Bo!! The art work throughout the lodge is great…Thanks Michael!! Bus ride to and from Red Rocks was easy and convenient…thanks August and Brook!! Check-In was simple and informative along with showing us around the lodge and showing us our cottage Ross was perfect!! Will definitely stay here again when we are anywhere close!! Stacy and Todd

It was great. Nice place, great location, and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, too. Bed was super comfy. We came up to the area for a concert. They offer a shuttle service up to red rocks and were able to put us in touch with someone to pick us up and bring us back after the show. I'll be staying there the next time I visit the area. Highly recommend.

A lovely property that was a special occasion and memory. In the morning, we entered the main house for breakfast, and there were 3 family dogs, which is always pleasant for dog lovers. This was until the eldest dog pooped in the common area, and we stepped in it. Now the entire common area had poop steps, on the wood, and in the carpets. The staff apologized many times and stated that the owners were away and the staff had to watch the family pets. Watch the family pets where they won't beg for food, and they won't poop on the floor. The staff was noticeably miffed and any wonderful memory by the guests was grossly tainted by irresponsible owners.

What an awesome place. Eclectic describes the property and the staff and it was… AWESOME. Here for a show at red rocks amphitheater. They had a bus to take us and other guests to and from show. And brought food and drinks for the very short ride back. So cool!

Amazing experience, room was beautiful, comfortable and the private hot tub is awesome. Michael is so nice, helpful and very friendly. The property and rooms are kept very clean. It’s a must stay! My husband and I can’t wait to go back.

We had such a fantastic time here. If you’re going to Red Rocks, only consider this place!! It’s one mile away. They offer a shuttle to concerts- the bus leaves 15 min before the venue opens. We drove to Red Rocks though because it’s easy. The hotel was really quiet. We took a walk through town prior to leaving for RR. The room was spotless and had great linens, and also had a French press and coffee for the morning. Breakfast was fab. Made to order. We loved sitting in the dining room with everyone. Super homey, Uber eclectic. A must stay! Next time we will stay longer.

This was our second stay at Cliff House and we loved it! All the staff we encountered were super helpful and nice. The woman who made our breakfast was a sweetheart and th food was SO GOOD! It had been three years since our last stay and one thing I remembered about the food was the incredible bacon. Might seem silly but I did. And was looking forward to it. And it was just as good as the first time. Our room was clean. The jacuzzi tub was lovely. It’s easy to keep the temps comfortable with the ac unit. Plenty of nearby food to walk to and only one mile down the road from red rocks. We absolutely adore this place!

It\'s magical!!! The room, "The Camelot", we stayed in was so beautifully decorated, comfy king bed, hot tub private!!! Homemade breakfast is included & EVERY person working there, as well as those visiting were fun, happy people!! And SO close to the Red Rocks that we didn\'t need a car, they offer a shuttle... We are so happy we didn\'t stay in Denver that night of the concert as we were only 5-10 minutes away as opposed to an hour..... So stress free! What an awesome place! Thank you to the Cliff Lodge!!

This place was so cute. It’s not a commercial stay by any means, they are individual cottages. We had a jacuzzi on our enclosed patio! Everything was clean and decorated. It felt super cozy. There are little shops and restaurants 2-3 min walk and the amphitheater is <2 miles away (still a drive though) because no sidewalks on windy road. I definitely recommend for a weekend stay!

If you like the Grateful Dead…this is your place. Fortunately, I love them. I also love private hot tubs, a delicious breakfast and quirkiness. My friend and I stayed there for a Red Rocks concert…it was convenient, easy to walk to a quaint Main Street with plenty of restaurants and very laid back. We stayed in the HogBack? room. If we ever go to another RR concert…this is the place. It’s not a Marriott, but very comfortable.

If you like the Grateful Dead…this is your place. Fortunately, I love them. I also love private hot tubs, a delicious breakfast and quirkiness. My friend and I stayed there for a Red Rocks concert…it was convenient, easy to walk to a quaint Main Street with plenty of restaurants and very laid back. We stayed in the HogBack? room. What a wonderful, enjoyable, unique retreat this is! Love the creativity of the decor, both in the units and the main lodge. And the breakfasts were really nice. The only detractors for me related to some maintenance issues in our Enchanted Forest cabin. The gas fireplace didn’t work, the lighting on one of the mushrooms over the bed was out, the light string over the hot tub had more burnt out lights than working ones, and the toilet “rocked” when getting up and down. None of these were all that big of an issue, but in totality, they did detract from our enjoyment of and comfort in the space.

What a wonderful, enjoyable, unique retreat this is! Love the creativity of the decor, both in the units and the main lodge. And the breakfasts were really nice. The only detractors for me related to some maintenance issues in our Enchanted Forest cabin. We love the Cliff House and have stayed at the Zen Cottage for 3 years in a row when we go to Red Rocks. The new management has really made this place even more convenient and comfortable. They even came up with a private shuttle solution for us when we asked how we might get to an event nearby. This place is laid back and quirky in the best way.

What a great place!! Awesome staff!! Perfect location for Red Rocks (bus ride to and from lodge is very convenient), downtown restaurants, shops and bars. We stayed in the Zen cottage which was spacious, clean with lots of amenities. Kitchen, jetted tub, great shower, comfortable king bed and living space. Ross, Michael, Bo, August, Brooke and Frazier (owner) are all perfect for this property. They treat you like family! We stayed two nights and had the most wonderful breakfast both mornings…thanks Bo!! The art work throughout the lodge is great…Thanks Michael!! Bus ride to and from Red Rocks was easy and convenient…thanks August and Brook!! It was great. Nice place, great location, and helpful staff. Breakfast was great, too. Bed was super comfy. We came up to the area for a concert. They offer a shuttle service up to red rocks and were able to put us in touch with someone to pick us up and bring us back after the show. I'll be staying there the next time I visit the area. Highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It felt like home, we can’t wait to go back! Breakfast was delicious with homemade jalepeno cream cheese, homemade garlic herb cream cheese for bagels.

This was our second stay at Cliff House and we loved it! All the staff we encountered were super helpful and nice. The woman who made our breakfast was a sweetheart and th food was SO GOOD! It had been three years since our last stay and one thing I remembered about the food was the incredible bacon. Might seem silly but I did. And was looking forward to it. And it was just as good as the first time. Our room was clean. The jacuzzi tub was lovely. It’s easy to keep the temps comfortable with the ac unit. Plenty of nearby food to walk to and only one mile down the road from red rocks. We absolutely adore this place!

The bungalows are clean and very well appointed. The location to Red Rocks Amphitheater could not be better and a $25 ride for a drop off to the Amphitheater even better. Made to order breakfast every morning at your picked time. Everyone that worked there from Thomas, Brooks, both chefs, the cleaning crew and the precious dogs, were so very nice and accommodating! Highest marks!! We can't wait to come back.

We had such a fantastic time here. If you’re going to Red Rocks, only consider this place!! It’s one mile away. They offer a shuttle to concerts- the bus leaves 15 min before the venue opens. We drove to Red Rocks though because it’s easy. The hotel was really quiet. We took a walk through town prior to leaving for RR. The room was spotless and had great linens, and also had a French press and coffee for the morning. Breakfast was fab. Made to order. We loved sitting in the dining room with everyone. Super homey, Uber eclectic. A must stay! Next time we will stay longer.

Only a mile from Red Rocks. Several good food and shopping options in walking distance. The dining room where breakfast is served is lovely. The property is historic and a bit quirky but everything you need for comfort is up to date. Parking area is graveled, walking paths are flagstone, so take that into account if there are mobility issues.

Fabulous place! We were attending our first show at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The lodge was extremely convenient as it was 1.6 miles away in a charming little mountain town. Everyone who worked there was fantastic and kind. We will definitely be back.

When in Morrison, we have always enjoyed staying at the cliff house. This time it was noisy. They are making major repairs to the property drainage system and driveways. Even on Sunday big equipment was working right in front of our cottage. Next morning, the breakfast wasn’t as generous or scrumptious as in the past.

This place is but the room we stayed in was dated and falling apart. The floor is slanted, the door for the bathroom is more like woods slates so there wasnt really true privacy. The windows and doors leaked cold air and the heater was very noisy kicking on and off all the time. The tv was very small amd remote could change channels but if you wanted to adjust volume or power on/off you had to do it manually. The staff was nice! Unfortunately the advertising made it sound like breakfast is made to order. But when we checked in you had to pick between 3 basic options. Food was good but portion sizes were kind of small and you could get more from a typical "hotel" buffet style breakfast. The dining room for eating has 2 big tables. So you are stuck with eating right next to strangers which wasnt what we were expecting as we where there just as a couple. All in all i wish we would have known somethings before we went. We will not be going back here. But it may be just what some couples want based on the vibe you are going for.

Here for a girls weekend to see a show at red rocks —- we loved the Dino Den. Beds were comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and cooked to order. Hot tub was spotless and easy to use - thick fluffy towels and robes … Our shower handle was loose and can use an adjustment but a simple screwdriver would help Would absolutely return !

This is a hard one. If I were to rate it on location alone it was fantastic. We walked to dinner each night at some amazing restaurants. The property has seen better days. The room was “quirky” weird. Not a prude but our room (Rose) was covered (not exaggerating) with framed pictures of naked women (and a few men) which seemed slightly odd. The bed was very comfortable and the french pressed coffee maker and coffee in the room and comfy robes were a really nice touch. The air unit though was loud and annoying. We turned our sound machine on our phone away up to try and drown it out. There were some cob webs in the drapes which either had not been opened in a while or we had a very aggressive spider. The hot tub was nice but the over run weeds and bushes had not been touched in a while. If I had ever really talked to the staff I could maybe comment on them but no one was ever in the office. I did have to text the number at the front desk to ask for 2 more breakfast tokens because we were not left enough in the room. They were very nice in the text and I did pick 2 more up at the office. Apparently they used to offer breakfast on site but now they give you tokens to use at a local restaurant which is just a short walk. The breakfasts were fantastic! Parking was free which is really nice but we had issues almost every day when we returned from our outings with someone in our parking spot. Only 1 spot per unit and if someone takes your spot you have no where to go.

The staff were nearly impossible to get a hold of (the office/great room/coffee station still wasn't open when we checked out at 10:30 am!), breakfast is off-property (which is strange/inconvenient for a BnB), and the units are old, underserviced, and have window units for A/C. Given all that, it should be a steal, yet instead it's extremely overpriced. We are locals and will plan to drive another 5-10 minutes further away to stay elsewhere for our next concert.

The worst customer service. They said they would send our check-in instructions at 2:30pm the day of our wedding. Those instructions never came via text, email or phone. We let them know we would arrive late after our sunset wedding too. We got to the B&B cabin and no way to check-in. I called their emergency number and no one answered. There was no way to get into our room on our wedding night. So so disappointed. Even disappointed in Hotels.com for having a stupid chat bot and no emergency number to call. As a long time Hotels.com user, I will not be using them in the future. Refund is being issued.

We had a great time staying in the Zen Den! It was perfect for 2 people. Close to town and the convenience of onsite transportation to and from the Red Rocks Amphitheatre at a reasonable price was nice. Brookes was very helpful and such a sweetie too! Would love to stay here again soon.
