Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City

Clean room, friendly staff, food in the grill was excellent and I won a little money at the casino. Highly recommend I enjoyed my stay

Very clean hotel, big Cacino

Front desk was having issues with their systems, so they thought our room was already checked in (they resolved). Then got charged $160 after the stay, which had to contact them and they blamed on the same system issues (they resolved). Also, would be nice if they had indoor pool/hot tub amenities, for the cost of the rooms. Often default to the hotel across the street for more amenities and lower cost. Regardless the above, rooms are nice and convenient access to the casino. Just expect systems to be working for the price of admission.

Room was clean. Casino was crowded. The way to the room was long and tiring since there was no way to use the same elevator to get short way to the room
