Salve la struttura è ben posizionata nelle vicinanze di parecchie linee metro e questo è l' unico punto a suo favore , Sfavore : 1) NON si puo' gestire un albergo di 13 piani con 2 ascensori e per giunta usati sia dal personale delle pulizie ( con i relativi carrelli) che dagli operai che stavano ri-mettendo la moquet nel 2023??? ) attese anche di 20minuti per scendere 2) La colazione non è fornita direttamente da loro ma si deve accedere ad un locale adiacente ( gran canyon bistrò) quindi con tutti i vincoli di un locale AMERICANO ( UNA ordinazione dal loro menu ) con colazione americana , non molto adatta a chi a dei figli piccoli 3) Addebbitano alle stanze spese a caso , consumazioni come cocktail al bistrò , poi tolte , colazioni che dovrebbero essere comprese nel soggiorno. 4) Le camere per 4 persone sono davvero molto piccole In sintesi trovate un altro albergo Saluti e buone vacanze

The hotel is located in a nice part of town and is appealing from the street view. Valet parking was easy, affordable, and staffed by nice and friendly individuals! The lobby of the hotel was inviting and clean. Because of only two elevators in a 14 floor building, wait times were a little long at times the elevators the hallways are clean and well lit. I slept like a baby in one of the most comfortable beds. Nice clean sheets, pillowcases, and comforter! While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well situated and plenty of space is provided. The cleaning staff does a great job and are very responsive. The supervisor of the cleaning staff on duty during our stay was super nice and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our room key and she was able to solve it in no time. I did appreciate the front desk gentleman also coming to the 10th floor with a replacement key. We enjoyed our two night stay and would return even though we didn’t have a great experience checking in. That was the only downside to our entire three days in Brooklyn. While the front desk was friendly and allowed us to stage our luggage there until 3 o’clock check-in and allowed us to check in an hour early into one of our two rooms, the second room was promised to be ready for us at 3 PM. After making several trips up and down 10 floors, to check on the room, our 2nd room was made available approximately at 5:00/5:30P.M. All in all, I would still recommend the Brooklyn Holiday Inn! and hotels.com👍

I've stayed here many times for business trips. Excellent hotel. The only drawback is the long wait times for the elevator. You could push the button, go to the bar next door and come back and still be waiting. If not carrying luggage, just use the stairs.

I was told I would be able to get early check-in, and when I got there, they told me I was not permitted. They told me to check that hourly and I sat there for three hours in the room was ready by the second hour and nobody said anything to me. It was extremely rude. In the morning, they don’t change out the towels or make bed or anything. When I ask for fresh towels, I was only given one and I was there for 2 nights (3 days). Overall, he probably would not work again. They did not have a good experience here.
