Beaucoup trop bruyant. On entend les voisins parler. On avait une chambre à côté de l’ascenseur (608),une horreur!! Le bruit de l’ascenseur est terrible et il fonctionne très régulièrement… Petit positif: la petite piscine (bien pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée) et le fitness qui est assez bien équipé.

Woke up to water pouring in from the light fixture in the shower. I attempted to call the front desk; the room phone was dead. I then called with my cell phone. I was informed that maintenance wouldn’t be available until 9am, over two hours later. No time to wait as we had an appointment to be at. We did not shower in mystery water leaking from the ceiling. We were back around 11 and still no response. We checked out. I was offered ‘points’ for the inconvenience. I explained that I did not pay with points. The people were polite… but refused to make it right. I need a refund. A full refund.

Horrible experience with checking in and was given a room with no dresser. Went down to inform and the employee said impossible every room has a dresser. Went back to take pictures and showed her and she did not want to see and said something like well I called maintenance to check and see why then I said I needed to change rooms and she gave me on the 6th floor where the pool and gym are right in front. Went back down and said that’s not going to work and finally got another room. I wanted the view of the city side and she said there were none available. After staying there over 4 times this year I’m considering trying someplace else.
