Took over 30 min for staff to check me in.

Wonderful view, comfortable bed and room. Got a very good nights sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

We had stayed here twice before and had enjoyed our stay each time. The room was clean and the staff friendly. As always, the view of the river and ship activity is fantastic. They are doing some remodeling right now so there is no hot breakfast available for awhile. We will stay again this summer.

This was a solid room—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but did the job. The shower was excellent, though the bed was a bit softer than my personal preference. You really can’t beat the location.
