The only thing I don’t like is no one was in the office when you need to do the check out

Tight room for families, water leaking from ceiling and the entryway when it rained.

Very close to the boardwalk. Great location! Comfortable beds. Parking was very accessible. A few things needed attention in the room and the staff was quick to respond and outstanding. Thank you! The Ruku TV was extremely challenging to navigate. It was hard to find live tv Channels and content that we were searching for. We did try to call the front desk at one point but no one answered. We had to physically walk down to the office and wait for someone to see us on video. It is the off season for the Jersey Shore but if the hotel is open, the desk should be manned during the day. With that said we would definitely stay here again.
