The staff was very nice and accommodating, and worked hard. The room was clean with nice linens on the bed. The bed was comfortable. Parking was right outside our room. The location was very convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Overall an excellent stay!

The price i payed for the room here was way cheaper than any other hotel in town. The desk staff is super friendly and go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. The pool was very clean and the temperature was great, they also provide pool toys and accessories for the little ones. Every future trips i plan for heber city will be spent at this hotel. I loved this place so much!

Central location, but a lot of traffic including big rigs because it is on the highway that goes through town - the town is talking about building a bypass. The small single-level hotel had many features like a small pool, hot tub, swing set, coffee maker, microwave and popcorn, small refrigerator, spacious sink top outside room with toilet and shower over tub, small wall AC unit (loud but helped drown out traffic noise), connecting rooms available, table with 2 chairs in room that I used as a desk plus 2 patio chairs with small end table outside room window (between building and parking spots), soda machine, ice machine, snack vending machine with chips and such. The beds were fairly good but I could sleep in the middle of the queen bed to get the best support because I was travelling alone. Parking was in front of the room. The extremely popular Dairy Keen was next door (has a gluten free menu and milkshakes).

We go every year for a birthday trip. This is our go-to hotel in Heber. The location is perfect, it's supporting a small, family-run business, and we love the comfort, quiet, and playground with pool and hot tub. Sadly, the pool wasn't up and running this year, although the hot tub was. We'll keep going back again and again!

A very, quaint mom and pop type motel. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and charming. We enjoyed the pool, too. I loved how they had a small play set, swings and a b-ball hoop and ball. Right next door to the Dairy Keen and across from the city park.

It's a nice motel. Clean. Great location in town. If you're in town for work and need a desk, one of the larger rooms would be the best choice. I upgraded shortly after arrival. If you're by yourself and only looking for a place to rest your head, the smaller room should suffice. But the small rooms are....small. I'd stay in the Swiss Alps Inn again.

Stayed for 1 night for a family trip. The 2 bedroom "suite" was one regular hotel room with a small room adjacent, and was very basic. The only "bedroom" backed up to the main road so it was VERY noisy with traffic all night long. The location was great for the activities we were doing and we received a coupon to the Dairy Keen (which was right next door). The rooms were very dusty and a small space heater and television/microwave plugged into a power strip with the television felt unsafe. We travel to Heber/Midway often and I will find another place to stay in the future.

Super friendly and professional staff, fast check in, very helpful. Large room, the bathroom and the sleeping area are very clean and quite large. Downsides - while the sheets and towels were clean, there were some stains that i didn't care for. Bed was sagging a bit; I can handle that for one night but my back would be complaining if it were a longer stay. Still, I would stay there again for a one-nighter.

Very nice motel, with many restaurants close by. Very clean, small table with chairs outside. Not a lot of wall outlets, but not really a problem for me. Traffic is surprisingly heavy, but my room was quiet.

Sadly we’ve always wanted to stay here and we were very disappointed. We had a long drive and arrived late. We were tired and hoping for a good night rest. Unfortunately there was construction going right behind our room the entire night feom 11pm-5am. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there was leftover food in the fridge. There was a bunch of dog poop right outside our room as well. The staff was friendly but that is the only good thing we have to say about the stay.

Fantastic people, great service and people skills. Clean sheets, new towels, comfy beds - we liked the throwback feel. Would stay again, easy.... Older facility, quaint and attractive but room #31 is in need of some upgrades. A) a/c unit is from the 1970s, vents aim at the ceiling in the bathroom and very little gets out into the bedroom area. A new wall unit would be much more energy efficient and better for cooling the room; B) shower curtain was holey, worn and tattered; C) the shower head and faucet spout are both detached from the wall, which will lead to rot and mold as water gets into the walls. For what we paid, this room should be in better shape. Easy fixes.

I like this motel for the price, cute vibe and coupon they give you for the next-door Dairy Keen. (Adorable train-themed burger & shake diner.) The accommodations are rather dated, but clean. You can't beat the rates they charge in Heber City. We stay there whenever we're in town for a mountain bike race.

Nice owners who own the great drive-in next door. Worked for us, but don’t expect much. We had a connecting room, and it was like the people were in the same room with us. Also the entire room is unlevel with gaps on top and below the outside door, but thankfully heater worked well to compensate.

I really like the room but it was december and cold in the main part of the room and had to get a space heater from the staff and it worked fine, just had a strong smell for a while. Thats the only thing i have complaint about.

I did not like standing in the cold air trying to get a hold of someone to open the door to check in. It was not like it was really late at night either. If your going to do that, then someone needs to answer the outside phone. I called 3 times and no answer. I then called the 4 emergency numbers from my cell, and the 4th number answered. Thats 7 calls while I am freezing outside. One of the other numbers I left a voicemail and after I finally got checked in their response was a text if they could get back to me later.

Not bad price compared to other hotels in the area, especially during the film festival. We had to wait a bit for the staff to come check us in but they were super nice and gave us coupons for the restaurant next door. The rooms were clean and everything worked fine.

This motel is SUPERB! Check-in was great, staff SO friendly! They even offered to get us free tickets to a city play tonight! The room!!! BEDS ARE SOME EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE!!! We appreciated the larger coffee cups in the room for our coffee!! It just seems like so many little things made our room SO ENJOYABLE! We booked a 2nd night because we could really rest during our long road trip!!! Thanks so much!!!

I loved this place. It’s not the fanciest place in the area, but it is wonderfully located in the heart of Heber. The rooms are nice, but can’t hold a candle to the staff… nicest people EVER.

I came out to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and booked the Swiss Alps Inn. The owner was very friendly and the room was cozy. Hope to head to the dairy Keen they own next time I come out.

We were welcomed and made to feel our stay was important. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple and efficient, as was check-out. We were close to shopping and eating establishments. We would stay again next time in Heber City.

Room satisfactory. We knew it was an older motel so expected this. Disliked loud BR fan when light was on. Areas outside were neatly kept up. Guy who checked us in was amazingly unhelpful about what to see in the area. Could do much better in selling the area.

The price i payed for the room here was way cheaper than any other hotel in town. The desk staff is super friendly and go above and beyond for the comfort of their guests. The pool was very clean and the temperature was great, they also provide pool toys and accessories for the little ones. Every future trips i plan for heber city will be spent at this hotel. I loved this place so much!

Swiss Alps Inn is a small economical old-time roadside motel that is clean and convenient to Heber City activities, Red Ledges and just 20 minutes or so from Park City/Deer Valley. Our room was clean and everything worked. The desk clerk (I think also owner) was friendly and efficient. The price was low compared to other hotels/motels in the immediate area. Room 22 is a 2 BR - 1 bath room. It's a good choice if you want a little extra sleeping space or have kids.

It's a nice motel. Clean. Great location in town. If you're in town for work and need a desk, one of the larger rooms would be the best choice. I upgraded shortly after arrival. If you're by yourself and only looking for a place to rest your head, the smaller room should suffice. But the small rooms are....small. I'd stay in the Swiss Alps Inn again.

I like the hotel and the location. I have stayed here several times. My only complaint is when staying in the room closest to Main Street, the traffic noise is horrible. Perhaps if the front window was upgraded to double pane it .ight help with that? Other than that, Heber City??? A bypass is desperately needed to cut down on the trucking traffic thru town. Please!!

Very nice motel, with many restaurants close by. Very clean, small table with chairs outside. Not a lot of wall outlets, but not really a problem for me. Traffic is surprisingly heavy, but my room was quiet.

Nice clean hotel in the middle of town. Just avoid room 35. It's next to very busy and loud Dairy Keen drive thru. Very busy on weekends.

Conveniently located along the main road, super nice people run it, the room was quiet as far as not being able to hear neighbors, there was a bit of road noise, but our room was so well removed from the road it was not a problem. We will definitely stay here again!

My stay was perfect. The facilities were clean, and the team was friendly. I hope I get to stay with you all again. My only issue was that I didn’t find candy in the “Candy & Ice room.” But, it really wasn't an issue because the milkshakes at Dairy Keens (try anything lemon, so good) were amazing, so I was good. The area is super safe, and I was able to explore many areas from here.

Cute family owned inn with easy drive to ski resorts. They were a little understaffed, as are most places, but made up for it in friendliness. Hot tub after skiing was fantastic, we went every night. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. Be sure to ask about the nearby Indian restaurant - it was delicious.

Not bad price compared to other hotels in the area, especially during the film festival. We had to wait a bit for the staff to come check us in but they were super nice and gave us coupons for the restaurant next door. The rooms were clean and everything worked fine.

Swiss Alps is convenient and reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and I had a good night’s sleep. There are restaurants nearby in Heber, and some nicer a few miles away in Midway.

I like this motel for the price, cute vibe and coupon they give you for the next-door Dairy Keen. (Adorable train-themed burger & shake diner.) The accommodations are rather dated, but clean. You can't beat the rates they charge in Heber City. We stay there whenever we're in town for a mountain bike race.

It had everything we expected. Room was clean. Free microwave popcorn and hot chocolate. The front desk clerk was really nice. Dog friendly. Near restaurants and a bar on main street.

A very, quaint mom and pop type motel. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and charming. We enjoyed the pool, too. I loved how they had a small play set, swings and a b-ball hoop and ball. Right next door to the Dairy Keen and across from the city park.

This motel is older, but with pleasant services at the front desk, no food, but coffee in the room. Very nice pool, hot tub and playground for the kids. We will go back

The room was clean upon arriving. However, its smelled like it had been rubbed down in Irish springs bar soap. It took a good while to get used to it. We went to check out the pool and kids play area and we stepped in dog poop the first minute of being there. Other than that it was clean and the pool was great. The AC units in the rooms worked great until the 2nd day. The attached bedroom was fairly warm and we thought the AC was just struggling until we realized later that night that the radiator heater was on. We had the thermostat turned all the way down but the heater would not turn off. Even with the AC on high cool it was still about 80 in there so the 2nd night was miserable. They also don't have anyone at the front desk, you have to call them on a phone from outside the office. We considered staying a 3rd night but chose to head home early.
