Staff were excellent. Very friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, good pillows. Had the room facing the beach. I do wish they had black out drapes, as the lights outside the room don't go out until midnight, so the room is not dark at all. Great location. Close to the beach, easy to cross street and be on beach in minutes. Less than ten minutes to downtown Hyannis. The two restaurants next door had good food and service. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

This is a cute motel in a central Cape location. The staff was attentive and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Vi var en familie på fem som bodde på et nokså lite rom (så mye større ut på bildene). Det man betaler for er beliggenheten- som er fin da det er rett ved stranden! Ville heller bodd et bedre sted lengre unna og kjørt til stranden som har masse parkeringsplasser. Det er heller ikke den beste stranden utenfor motellet. Men hyggelig betjening og god vask av rommene!

Very clean and cute room with an adorable porch on the side facing dunes. Completely private but could see the ocean when sitting on the porch.
