Room dirty, pool nasty , service sucks

First the pool was extremely dirty, water was green . The first room the refrigerator and cable box do not work . We need to changed room from 225 to 224. The phone line with front desk is not Working keep calling for almost 30 minutes. Terrible, Service

The sink faucet was broken. Very hard to get it to dork. I do have a video. There was 2 large stain ring on the chaise chair. I have pictures Upon arrival there were 2 men in the parking lot and a pair of shoes left behind when 1 of the gentlemen left the property. The gentleman left behind walked in after we did and appeared to be an employee, not sure. He was only wearing a white t-shirt. I am a Hampton loyalty member and am generally happy with the accommodations but this property is the very worst. I was attending a funeral and not in the mindset to address this with staff. We checked in, dropped our luggage and left to go to a funeral event. We retuned after 10 pm. Checked out the next morning with no sink water and a dirty shower to use.Very disappointed to say the least.

Good place to stay. This was our second time staying here for a softball tournament.

This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor. It took usually 2-3 swipes of the key card to open that door. The beds are rock hard, the room was not clean, the pool was drained of all water except a small amount of disgusting algae and trash filled water. The tv looked like it had never been cleaned. The bedspread had a burned hole in it. The lamp on the desk was rusted. The legs on the bathroom vanity and the toilet paper holder was disgusting. When I asked for a manager after the first night I was told “Miss April is in her room”. I was staying there 2 nights due to a death in the family so my time to address the issues were limited. I can PROMISE I will never stay there again. One of The housekeeping staff rolled up and parked in one of the 2 handicapped spots in the front of the hotel and displayed no handicapped tag or placard. Upon entry into the lobby she and several other staff proceeded to the breakfast area and stood around with their plates and had loud profanity laced conversations. I can say the lobby, hallways and bathrooms downstairs were very clean. I have photos I would be happy to share.
