There are 3 types of accommodations on site. The Studios, and then there are two houses. There is a firepit on site and a pool. The property is very clean. The studio walls are thin, so if you check in, you can request a studio without anyone directly next door. The continental breakfast is cereal, coffee and yogurt. The property is at the foothills of the mountains, beautiful views.

I liked the boutique style motel. The location was great, with beautiful views. They had a lot of activities like a pool, volleyball, corn hole, shuffleboard and a fire pit. The staff was super nice and helpful, when you asked for something they got it to us right away.

Wonderful small motel in Manchester. Very clean, continental breakfast included. The pool is very clean and nice (not heated). For the price it’s a great value.

What a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Location can't be beat, warm welcome from Shane, good breakfast, take any extra anything for your room with you from the check-in lobby room(Keurig pods, towels, silverware, etc), a fun pool, great place to sit outside the room and have coffee in the morning, good sized mini fridge and microwave in the room, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, easy tv hookup to my Amazon and Netflix, great shower and water pressure, easy access to an ice machine and washer/dryer, and it's motel style so we could park right outside our room. We will definitely be back!!

The hotel had charm. The room was mostly clean but i wound up with a queen and twin bed, fairly certain 2 queens were booked. There was black mold in the bathroom.

The property is an old motel that has some lipstick on it. The walls of the bathroom were smeared with dirt. We constantly dealt with bugs from outside. The windows didn't have screens so you couldn't open them. Part way through our stay we received a message requesting our satisfaction, I replied with a 3 and received a msg that someone would contact us promptly to address my score. No one ever did. Since it was only a W/E stay we stuck it out but would not return.

There was no one in the office ever. The breakfast was horrible; dishwater coffee canned fruit. The grounds are beautiful and the room very nice except walking in my socks I found the floor dirty.

Muddy path to entrance, dirty floor, hard mattress, flies in windowsills, hair in shower, no hooks or shelves in bathroom, no microwave as advertised, fussy electric lock, jammed entry door, impossible to reach toilet flush. Not a good experience. Much better choices just down the road.

The grounds at the property were spacious and well kept. The room was clean and well appointed. Overall we were really disappointed. TV choices were pretty limited. The bathroom was small with MINIMAL space to store toiletries. The shower was pretty cramped -- barely room to turn around. And the stupid door wouldn't close all the way. Breakfast was BAD -- minimal choices, no fruit etc. And remote check in is for LAZY people. A good host greets his guests. I sure would avoid this place. .

This had to have been on of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I come in after a long day of riding to the shower being clogged, hairdryer not working (they never fixed this), refrigerator not working (they never fixed this either), only one coffee cup (I put down two people for the room), no tissues, missing smoke detector, and the room was very dirty with mold in the bathroom and stains on all the curtains. I stayed two nights for $281, this was very expensive for what I got, and they only gave me $50 back. This was one of those creepy old motels you see in the movies where it looks like you’re going to die. I traveled solo and the curtains did not even close all the way and I felt like people can look in very easily. Also the breakfast food was always out by the time I got there (830am, which is still early). Overall- will not stay here again.

Very nice, clean and newly rennovated with vinyl wood flooring. Room was very sparse but modern and clean. They could use a throw rug or at least a welcome mat inside the room to wipe your feet from the snow and ice and to maybe leave your wet boots on. But otherwise an excellent room with a nice cosey bed and huge tv. Brwakfast was a bit of a jole tho. cereal and toast.

Property was clean and modern. Rooms were warm but quite noisy. You can clearly hear the other guests walking around their rooms even from several rooms away. There is no carpeting so the noise isn't muffled. Breakfast is a to-go breakfast. It's about an easy 25 minute drive to Stratton. We would stay there again.

Everything was great, shower pressure was a bit low but it was alright. The room was big, clean, and well furnished. I appreciated the breakfast and wifi. No microwave though, only a coffee maker. Parking was convenient. One minor issue was that I was charged for an amenity fee, which I inquired about and it was refunded. I will be returning on my next trip to Stratton.

The mattress was pretty terrible. It would have been nice if there was rug anywhere on the floors. It would make the rooms a little more sound proof, as well as add some warmth. The staff was lovely, friendly and the room was spotless.

Very clean and obviously new remodel. Nicely appointed with plenty of plug ins and a comfortable bed. The tv channels are limited to the Samsung smart tv options. The bathroom is very dark because the only light source is the smart mirror which is not nearly enough. Overall it was really nice and quiet with just those two minor complaints.

I liked that there was no carpeting, the beds and linens were fabulous, coffee maker was great. What I didn’t like was the bathroom outlet and the hall outlet did not work (I know about pushing the reset button). The mirror was cute but too high up on the wall (I’m 5’2”) there was no place to put my stuff ( makeup etc) no space near the sink (a shelf somewhere would be nice) The shower head was set in the wall for a 10’ person. The lighting in the bedroom was practically non existent. TV was good though. Other than these minor things, it was a good stay.

We picked up our envelope at the front dest just to find out that we had no power in our room. For two hours we were trying to reach someone to solve the issue, as there were no staff personnel anywhere, then a girl reached to us and together we were looking for an electrical panel across the complex. Fixed the problem, but expect ecerything in working order when i check in the room. Breakfast is mediocre, actually, kne of the worst we had in many places we stayed. Once again, no staff anywhere, self serve breakfast and when something runs out, its done, noone is filling un the baskets or coffee mugs. Lobby with fireplace was closed around 7p.m and we found few local guys, who dont work or stay at the hotel, just watching the game and drinking bourbon, locking the lobby for personal entertainment. Overall, poor management and lacking organization for the price they are charging per room i was expecting much more.

This is a refurbished, door on the outside motel. If you need a clean room at a relatively low price, it’s fine. The inside seems newly renovated and the bathrooms are nicer than you might expect. I wasn’t happy with having a late, 4 pm check in. The doors could also use a chain or deadbolt. There is no service or staff. They send you a door code and have someone turn over your room when you leave.

I checked out and then decided to extended my stay a few days and made an entirely new and separate reservation. When I came back that evening I was given my same exact room without maid service. I asked for a clean room and was told that since I re booked they simply gave me my old room with no need to service it. Are you freakin kidding me? They had no clue I was going to rebook again. The kid at the front desk was clueless! When I asked for new linens he simply stared at me. Do your self a favor and book elsewhere! I’ll be disputing my charges.

Nice, quiet, clean rooms. We got in late and I liked that you could just check in on your phone and they give you a code for your room. Never even saw any staff, which we didnt need to as we were there for 1 night. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place; convenient and affordable. Check in and out was easy and for breakfast they had some bagels, cream cheese, OJ and fat free yogurt. Nice people work there as well. The room was super warm and heated at my arrival and had everything I needed.

Very nice, clean and newly rennovated with vinyl wood flooring. Room was very sparse but modern and clean. They could use a throw rug or at least a welcome mat inside the room to wipe your feet from the snow and ice and to maybe leave your wet boots on. But otherwise an excellent room with a nice cosey bed and huge tv. Brwakfast was a bit of a jole tho. cereal and toast.

Property was clean and modern. Rooms were warm but quite noisy. You can clearly hear the other guests walking around their rooms even from several rooms away. There is no carpeting so the noise isn't muffled. Breakfast is a to-go breakfast. It's about an easy 25 minute drive to Stratton. We would stay there again.

What a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Location can't be beat, warm welcome from Shane, good breakfast, take any extra anything for your room with you from the check-in lobby room(Keurig pods, towels, silverware, etc), a fun pool, great place to sit outside the room and have coffee in the morning, good sized mini fridge and microwave in the room, comfortable beds with lots of pillows, easy tv hookup to my Amazon and Netflix, great shower and water pressure, easy access to an ice machine and washer/dryer, and it's motel style so we could park right outside our room. We will definitely be back!!

The bathroom was small with MINIMAL space to store toiletries. The shower was pretty cramped -- barely room to turn around. And the stupid door wouldn't close all the way. Breakfast was BAD -- minimal choices, no fruit etc. And remote check in is for LAZY people. A good host greets his guests. I sure would avoid this place. .

La réception était en travaux et le propriétaire absent malgré l'annonce des heures d'ouverture. Ceci dit, après un appel nous avons été servi et tout fut parfait particulièrement les choix au déjeuner. Idéal pour motocyclistes et superbes aires de repos à l'arrière avec vue, et piscine à l'avant.

I am never one to write reviews, especially bad ones, because I have worked many years in the service industry and I am painfully aware how skewed most people's negative reviews are. Also, I know that most people who leave reviews have never worked in the hospitality world, because if they did, they would recognize that the surface level annoyances they speak of have little to do with their server or the cleaning staff, and has more to do with higher up management doing their job poorly or not paying their staff enough. With that said, I am compelled to write a review on my stay at Aspen At Manchester because, even after a couple of days, I still sit with frustration and annoyance. I stayed here for one night with my partner and two dogs, and right away we noticed that there were several things broken in our room. The towel rack was about to fall off of the wall, the shower faucet was not properly installed into the wall, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom sink drain was clogged. Further, the shower curtain (a highly permeable cloth curtain) was stained and mildewed. This is not a negative comment on the work of the cleaning staff, overall, the place felt clean, but the bones of the room felt cheaply built and lacked care. For the price of this place, I expect so much better. Important to note, there was never anyone working at the front desk the whole time we stayed, and the "breakfast" they offered was a gallon of milk and old cheerios. Do not waste your money!
