Quiet and comfortable, we stayed 2 nights for a bike race in Augusta, WI. Only negatives was no breakfast, but they did have coffee in the room and in common area. They could have given us more bottled water, as there were 2 in the room when we arrived. But, we did ask for more for the 2nd day and were given 2 more bottles. Otherwise, front desk was helpful, but only available certain hours. We kept our bikes in the room and requested the fist floor, and this was convenient. We actually got the handicapped room, the last one on the first floor by the side door of the property, so it was convenient for us!

The room was very clean, with nice bedding and comfortable beds. The shower works great with soft water. Had a toilet issue that it was not flushing properly. Without hesitation, the staff came to inspect and quickly assisted in moving us to another room. Throughout our stay, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This motel is a good buy.

The two employees at the desk were argumentive and rude. They would not budge. The rooms were not clean. The shower needed to be fixed and the beds were hard and kept us awake all night. Had to check out early and could not stay the next night. The refused us a refund and it was the most horrible experience of my 30 plus years of staying in hotels.
