Great view! Staff and breakfast was wonderful! Proprietor Dawn was very knowledgeable about the area and gave great advice and insights into local sightseeing options. I wished I’d planned to stay longer, i.e., several days would have been better. Highly recommend this lodge.

EXCEPTIONAL. Incredibly friendly hostess. Lovely accommodations. Welcoming and warm atmosphere. AND....THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR

This is an amazing place!! The property is amazing and Dawn is an amazing host! She goes out of her way to make guests feel comfortable in so many ways. We wish we stayed one more night! Her breakfast was excellent! We loved the Denali view suite (telescope pointed at Denali) but we unfortunately couldn’t see it due to rain. (Or you can see Denali from the back deck). The room was rustic elegance! Gorgeous bathroom w nice toiletries. Comfy bed. En suite coffee/tea. Hot tub. Adorable dog! Convenient to Talkeetna (cute town). Stay here! You will be glad you did!

Most amazing stay during our Alaska trip was at this property. Gorgeous scenary from every room and most notably a very generous owner! Homely hot breakfast and a lovely paw friend Brooks to play with 😊

Comfortable accommodations. Our room was spacious and we slept great. The proprietor Dawn provided excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable about the area. On clear day have fantastic view of Denali. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Brookes the dog stole our hearts.
