We have traveled to Springdale many times and stayed in many great hotels. We loved Red Rock Inn for its small number of units and nice grounds. The hot tub is small but had it to ourselves both early evenings of our stay. The decor, linens and furniture are all top-notch.

Interesting that they have a Bbq but no utensils to use. They have an ice machine, but no ice bucket or scooper in the ice machine. So I used my hands. So, if you choose to stay there bring an ice bucket, scooper, bbq utensils, plates napkins and forks.

This property is a very unique B&B. We stayed in the Gifford cottage. It was very spacious and upfront on the property. The hot tub was up on the hill at the back of the property offering the best view in the canyon. We will be staying here again.

Cute little property and very cozy. Loved the hot tub area. It had a wonderful view of the mountains and stars. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store across the street. Had breakfast at Oscar’s and it was fantastic. We stayed in Feb so it’s the off season and wasn’t crowded but wld def come back at peak season and use the shuttle system. It’s very close to the entrance to the park.

A comfortable B&B in a great location in Springdale. Unfortunately, the ice machine was out of order. And they need to take care of minor black mold issues in the shower requested services were always fulfilled. I would return to this property again.

Proprietor Sharon runs a truly unique, boutique establishment! We've been driving back and forth across the country, and have stayed in many hotels and motels. This was the best. Red Rock's cottages are individually and beautifully furished, with everything you need. Less than a mile from the spectacular Zion National Park. Right in the cool town of Springdale. Great views of the mountains from the Inn. Fire table. Zacuzzi way up on the hillside. TV and WiFi are great, not that you should need them much in this amazing part of the world. Plus, Sharon is a wealth of knowledge about not only Zion, but also other Parks in the area. Wish we could have stayed there for a few days!

Super nice little house in a group of 5, just a min drive away from the national Park. The hot tub was on but small and we were not sure about the water quality. Also it was freezing that day 49 degrees in November. But the bathroom has a nice tub with jets. Breakfast included at a cafe nearby. Very pleased

I stayed in the Angel's Landing apartment at Red Rock Inn. It appears to have been updated but online pics make it look newer and better than it really is. But its still a really good option for the price and location. Bigger and/or taller people may have trouble going upstairs to the bedroom. The towels were stained and the front desk lady quickly brought us more. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay.

Loved the modern southwestern decor. The cottage was charmin & quiet . Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Breakfast at Oscars was great! Convenient to Zion national park.

Red Rock Inn was the perfect little place for our stay in Springdale. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Breakfast at Oscar’s was such a treat as well! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

3 adults, 2 in king bed and one in sofa bed. Sofa bed was old and bad spring, very uncomfortable resulted in back pain. No proper blankets or comforters in the room so we were very cold at night. Left a message at 7 pm to let the m ager know that we needed blankets but no answer/response. Heater made a lot of noise when high, shaking noise woke us up so needed to turn off. None of us slept well. Not a good value for money.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-appointed. The tv and wifi worked well. We were within walking distance of a restaurant so there was no need to drive somewhere for dinner or breakfast. We liked everything about the place until we were ready to shower in the morning. The water would barely turn on and it never got hot. This problem was reported to the office staff after we had departed and is probably corrected by now. They are clearly interested in providing a positive experience for their guests.

I paid way too much for this room.. this should have been in the 100s not $ 300 and over… room was small, air conditioning was noisy, plumbing was noisy, no amenities, had to go off site for breakfast.

Such a cute property. We stayed in the Angels Landing suite and loved the location, easy parking, balcony off the bedroom and in suite kitchen. The stairs may be a little narrow for some people but it worked out fine for us. One huge perk was the vouchers for Oscars cafe which we loved. Cannot beat this location - also across the street was a really cute speak easy with amazing drinks.

The location was really great for Zion, only a 10 minute walk from the shuttle stop, and right across the road from somewhere to rent gear. The room was lovely, with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar provided, and it had a fridge, microwave and TV. What isn't obvious in the pictures is each room (that isn't the main house) are in connected little lodges (two rooms to each building) and it was really lovely. Super convenient and all on one floor so it was very easy for luggage, and there were seats and a table outside the door to enjoy the view.The hot tub was up a hill so had a really nice view as well, and was great for some star gazing, and robes were provided in the room. The bathroom was well supplied and very clean. And the bed was very comfortable! It was self check in and check out so it was very easy and came with free breakfast at a restaurant down the road which was extremely tasty. It was quite pricey however given the location, prices of places near by and lovely atmosphere, it's expected and we would definately recommend staying here. There is also a propane firepit available to use but unfortunately we didn't have time to give it a go.

Comfortable, clean king bed and queen sofa bed. Nice bathroom with modern accents, shower and jacuzzi. Red Rock Inn is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and bus shuttle stop to Zion Park (less than 2 miles to park entrance). Red Rock Inn has an overlook in the backyard offering a splendid view of the mountains. As a guest at the Red Rock Inn, we received vouchers for a free breakfast at Oscar's Cafe, a couple of blocks away. Our stay at Red Rock Inn was just one night, but wished we could have stayed an extra night!

I really wanted to like this property. We stayed for 2 nights and both I couldn't sleep all night. The cottage is vary nice and spacious but it's on the main street. You may think there is no traffic or noise at night, but unfortunately the noise from the main road was unbearable. Also the guests upstairs were incredibly noisy, it was like having them in the same room. Lastly, there is no breakfast served on the property but you get a voucher for each guest and night which you can use at the Oscar or Porter's. We went to Oscar and have been told the prepaid breakfast included only one beverage and one dish per person, plus you pay for the tip. Unfortunately I'd not recommend Red Rock Inn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay here. We were in the Angel's Landing cottage and it had everything we needed. The bedroom is upstairs with a narrow set of stairs going up so we left our luggage on the main floor. There's a two piece bathroom upstairs as well as the three piece bathroom on the main floor. The location of this property is great! Just a 20 minute walk to the park entrance or 5 minute walk to a shuttle stop. The included breakfast at Oscar's a couple of doors down was excellent. Very happy with our choice to make Red Rock Inn our Zion base.

We had a fantastic stay at the Inn. The room was spacious, clean and the bedding was beyond comfortable! The staff was outstanding. We had a backpack snafu and the young woman at checkin was able to secure a phone charger for the length of our stay. Breakfast at Oscar’s was also another wonderful feature of the Inn. Book this Inn, you will not regret it!

I enjoyed the experience of staying at a Bed and Breakfast, not too many people but the downside was not being able to get extra towels when needed. Also, i was not clear where the free breakfast was, so we ended up going out for breakfast. Sharon was extremely nice, but appears to be overworked.

We had an amazing time at the Red Rock Inn! Sharon is an amazing manager that greets you when you arrive and is so warm & friendly! We felt like family!😊 Breakfast that was offered at Oscar’s was so good! We will definitely be coming back soon!

Sharon was an excellent host. Her property is unique, located in the center of Springdale amongst idyllic settings with the majestic red mountains as backdrop. The cottages are very well maintained. Sharon is a wealth of information, and very attentive to her guests. The location is very ideal for some of the great dining options nearby, taking the bus into Zion, renting ebikes or Narrrows equipment etc. This property has an excellent arrangement with Oscars next door for a sumptuous breakfast. There is also a hot tub that is private but with fantastic views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and brought back excellent memories of Zion. Highly recommend the Red Rock Inn.

Great little property in the heart of Springdale. Very convenient for everything Zion. Walked across the street and rented ebikes at Zion guru and explored the whole area. Breakfast provided at a restaurant a block walk away and was excellent.

Really convenient to Zion. Few miles from the entrance and a 4 min walk to the Springdale shuttle.lots of restaurants, shops and markets all with in a 5 min walk. Clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable bungalow. Easy parking. Great service, self check in/out.

The bedroom is upstairs with a narrow set of stairs going up so we left our luggage on the main floor. There's a two piece bathroom upstairs as well as the three piece bathroom on the main floor. The location of this property is great! Just a 20 minute walk to the park entrance or 5 minute walk to a shuttle stop. The included breakfast at Oscar's a couple of doors down was excellent. Very happy with our choice to make Red Rock Inn our Zion base.

I really wanted to like this property. We stayed for 2 nights and both I couldn't sleep all night. The cottage is vary nice and spacious but it's on the main street. You may think there is no traffic or noise at night, but unfortunately the noise from the main road was unbearable. Also the guests upstairs were incredibly noisy, it was like having them in the same room. Lastly, there is no breakfast served on the property but you get a voucher for each guest and night which you can use at the Oscar or Porter's. We went to Oscar and have been told the prepaid breakfast included only one beverage and one dish per person, plus you pay for the tip. Unfortunately I'd not recommend Red Rock Inn.

Really nice spot. It was a communal setting with shared amenities like hot tub but it was really nice. We like things a tad more private but by far one of the nicer spots I’ve stayed. View was epic and free breakfast at Oscar’s to boot. The staff was next level cool. The only thing I missed was a private patio with a view but its location helped to make up core that. Was a little pricey but with everything you got and the breakfast it was not too bad

We stayed here while visiting Zion NP. Perfect location near stop 5 on the Springdale shuttle system. Short shuttle ride to the visitor center, then the park shuttle anywhere in the canyon. The "breakfast included" was excellent. It was a voucher for each occupant to go to a local cafe a two minute walk up the street. Each voucher covered one breakfast meal and a drink. Beautiful sitting area and fire pit just outside our door. The Hot tub is up above the units on the hill with magnificent views.
