Overnight stop on the last night of a long road trip. We had a lot of baggage. The hotel had only two luggage carts and they were constantly in use by other guests. We had to make 4 trips to get all our luggage to our vehicle. Otherwise the hotel was good.

I stayed in this place many times before. I can tell that it went down a lot. When I entered around 8 PM there was no one behind the desk. I called and screamed, and no one answered. I called the hotel and can hear the phone rings but there was no one to pick up. I waited for a long time before an agent came from wherever she was. The carpet smells like sewage. The quality of breakfast went down a lot too. I will avoid as much as I can in the future.

Upon check in was told the pool was not in service. Selected this hotel so my kids could swim after being stuck in the car all day. Got to our room and there was dirty towels in the bathroom, the trash can in the middle of the bathroom and the drawers in the room were open. Almost like the cleaning wasn’t finished. Definitely not up to par and not what we paid for.

I asked for a quiet room when checking-in and they gave me one of the noisiest rooms on the property. Property is next to busy gas station and truck stop, as well as train tracks. Highly recommend getting an odd numbered room with a low number such as x01 or x03…these are furthest away from the train and gas station. Train runs all night and you can hear it every 1/2 hour, plus the gas station. Also TV didn't work in our room and air con had a bad fan bearing so slight whining all night.

Only 1 front desk person on a Saturday night!!! The line to check in was long and frustrating. Also onn expedia which i used under what to expect at check in, there was nothing listed. We were so thankful to find this stay on Expedia! Unexpected events caused us to be unable to fly back to Virginia, so instead, we're having to drive across the states. We needed a place to land for work and to rest from driving. The Wi-Fi was plenty good enough for remote work. The room was so clean, smelled great, and was really comfortable. We were treated so well by the staff, but especially by Mae. She checked us in, made sure we were comfortable, was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond for us. We were only able to stay one night but honestly... I wish we had been able to enjoy it there longer. And the complimentary breakfast was awesome!

A comfortable hotel on the 66 route out of Gallup. Train and traffic noise not a problem. Nice to have a window that actually opened. Area felt busy and safe at night but you are not near much except by car. Seemed very pet friendly. Room very clean and comfy bed. Don't forget some of us drink tea with milk.

The refrigerator only stays on for 2 hours at a time then a button has to be pushed for another 2 hours. This does not work for someone that has medication that has to be kept cold. No eggs at breakfast. This was on a Tuesday and was told no eggs until Friday. Not enough parking and potholes in the lot.

The refrigerator only stays on for 2 hours at a time then a button has to be pushed for another 2 hours. This does not work for someone that has medication that has to be kept cold. No eggs at breakfast. This was on a Tuesday and was told no eggs until Friday. Not enough parking and potholes in the lot.

I was sent a courtesy email to inform me that the elevators were out of order until further notice. I was on the second floor. I only had two bags and to take to my room. The room had an odd odor but it was clean. The microwave did not work. The door kept popping open and would not start. The coffee downstairs was cold too

a) day before our arrival, receive notice of “elevator out”; called to confirm a room on ground floor; yes, but I was told one room (K; by room number) and given a different room (QQ; told it was the room always provided) b) light switch at room entry controls overhead light AND electric outlet on wall containing combo (one piece) luggage stand/TV stand/desk; turn off light, turn off electric switch c) bathroom door had two “settings” — wide open or closed; the door’s balance was off, meaning one could not keep it slightly ajar to allow for some light; don’t know who is responsible for this d) bed height was about 30”, bordering on challenging to forbidding for my short, mobility challenged wife e) housekeeping issue: alarm had been set by prior occupant and went off at 6 am; housekeeping did not check the alarm setting and TURN IT OFF when completing the room clean [THIS SHOULD BE AN SOP] f) room was clean, public areas were comfortable, all entrances had convenient disabled parking near the entrance; breakfast buffet was as expected (some fresh fruit would have been a nice add, but we love the waffle machines)
