I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Farmington/Bloomfield, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. It was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a pristine environment. The room was not only spotless but also thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The breakfast options at this hotel were a delightful surprise. There was a wide variety of choices to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. Whether you're a fan of a hearty breakfast or a lighter, healthier option, you'd find something to enjoy. It made mornings a pleasure, and I looked forward to starting my day with a delicious meal. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional staff. Despite a high demand for rooms during my visit, they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their dedication to ensuring that every guest had a comfortable experience was evident. They were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request. The amenities provided were top-notch. The fitness center allowed me to stick to my workout routine, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel's location also made it easy to explore the surrounding area and discover local attractions. In addition to these excellent features, the Home2 Suites

Everything was great until.we returned from dinner in the evening and pur lights were out, no elevator..we all had to use the stairs, then on top of that a huge fire literally 500 feet from my room. Outside stair doors open late into the night even after all lights had returned. (Mind you im not sure how long it was out but was out for 30 mins after we had arrived) Although it was a rough total of maybe 3 hours, my kids loved the excitement..never seen lights in hotel go ot, fore, etc. There i rated what i did because the staff was very friendly and accommodating regardless of circumstances, rooms clean, accessible to rest of amenities. Will definitely stay again, the family loved it.

Our stay was good but our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes in our room and the pool was closed the whole time.

The kitchen was useful. The size of the room was nice too.

Great quick 2 nights. Bed a little snall. Not a queen but a double. Small for a larger person. Pool very clean.

Very clean, nice decor, very friendly staff, plenty of room. The worst was the exterior door about 15 feet from our room that slammed every time it was used which was every few minutes in early evening. One TV did not work

States has a kitchen with cooking facilities. They don’t have stoves and have to request a single hot plate and pans. Not always available. Finally got one and was dirty. Bathroom was dirty on walls. Lacked cleanliness. Coffee horrible. Service not good to some good. Not accommodating service.

It was in a good location for where we needed to be. The breakfast was the downer. There was no hot water for the oatmeal. It was always lukewarm and there are very limited food options that do not contain cheese or milk. Otherwise, the staff was great and having the kitchenettes were great.

What do you want out of a hotel like this? You want it to be clean safe and reasonably priced. This checks all those boxes. Front desk person was very friendly too. No offense to Farmington, but it's still Farmington so there's only so much the hotel can do about that. Sorry Farmington love ya 😅

I stayed here for 11 nights while working in Farmington. Great hotel—very clean and quiet. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Really great stay.

Always a great place to stay, staff is always there to make you comfortable. Analisa was very helpful and kind. Everything is always clean.

Well. The room smelled when we 1st entered. Body odor with bodily smells. The interior was beautiful. Room visions were great. Smell not. Then the top heavy comforter smelt bad. B.O. plus feet. Blanket tossed to floor. Thermostat was not easy to work with.... at night we were welcomed to cold freezing room. Positive side: The free breakfast was delicious. The building and decorum was lovely. Friendly staff. Their attitude was a delight. I would stay here again. This place is worth the money.

Hotel was near town but not walking distance to anything. Breakfast was ok, rooms spacious and clean. Hotel is newish. Extra bedding for pull out couch is limited, I brought my own. Would stay again.

Design of the suites is well thought out. There are places for everything that are normally missing in hotels. Very comforta le stay. One negative - the pockey doors on the bathroom are difficult to close; handles would be helpful. T

Not a great stay. Was booked into a room that had some considerable 'mechanical' noise so not a great deal of sleep the first night. When I looked out of the window the next morning I could see the reason...it appeared the hotels plant (air con etc) was on the roof outside my window. There must have been around 8 of these. I went to see the dour faced receptionist and she moved me across the corridor. This room had a different problem in that I believe the fridge/freezer emitted a sound similar to a faint fire alarm that ramped up and ceased on the hour every hour. I tried to trace the plug so that I could turn it off to no avail

The AC didn't work in the first two rooms they gave us so that was annoying. But the staff made it right quickly and got us into the third room where AC worked perfectly.

Great place to stay, we’ve been staying here for a few years. Place is starting to look dated, the sofa couch especially is torn. Housekeeping was not very nice when we asked for extra towels. If things don’t change soon we will be staying elsewhere.

Receptionist (Kimmy) was very rude and treated me like I didn’t belong there. Threatened to not serve me, my 3 daughters and 3 guest I rented a room for because she couldn’t find everyone’s name in her system and blamed it on Hotels.com. We’ve been coming here every year for 5 years now and this has to be worst experience we’ve ever encountered. Also had the Nerve to lie to my wife and say I was being rude and that she would only deal with her. I only asked a couple times to please check again. She could’ve helped and figured out the problem but all she did was tell me to leave. The ugly personality of the receptionist will never be forgotten.

I absolutely loved the staff. The ladies were so helpful and kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was easy and tasty! I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Best “continental style breakfast” we’ve had! They had egg sandwiches, scrambles, sausage gravy and biscuits, hot strawberry waffles, plus many convenience items. The room was clean and well stocked with convenient items for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great job!

We had a great stay the front desk staff and housekeeping Wer very polite breakfast was delicious the hotel was clean inside and out very inviting.

Handing out very cold water on a hot day was a nice touch. Having fresh flavored water for guests was also appreciated. The breakfast selection was varied and enjoyable.
