Everything was pretty great about this property. Nice rooms, the staff were attentive and welcoming, great pool and beautiful surrounding area! I wish they had more of a variety for breakfast. Other than that, it all was pretty good.

A well maintained and clean property. Our double room had an equipped kitchenette. We found the air conditioner loud and managed by keeping the fan on continuously. A nice pool with splash pad and features appealing to youth. About 4 miles from Rockport beach. Breakfast was no-frills continental pre-packaged food, but there's always the kitchenette.

For the price of our stay, I definitely expected more. The floors in the rooms (2) were disgusting, leaving our feet black after showering (photos available). The tub in our shower was cracked and "fixed" with putty. There were german cockroaches ( ideo available) in one room and dead spiders left on the floor in another. The continental breakfast was lacking, but convenient. The staff were all amazing! The pool was beautiful, and was perfect for all ages. There was little overseeing allowing for kids screaming and running around without supervision. The location was convenient to eating, walking, and playing!

Plumbing fixtures must be original as they are corroded and the shower head was like decades ago. Cleanliness was marginal. Hard surface floor looked clean but if you walked on it barefooted your feet turned black. Toilet was not cleaned in our 4 days there. Ice machine on ground floor did not work. Had to go upstairs. Breakfast room at office had no furniture (again painting??) so had to order a sack breakfast the night before. Maybe this place ok for 1 night but not our 4 day stay.

We stay here regularly because it is right across the street from the marina and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The room was not as clean this time (floor was gritty and toilet had faint ring). The continental breakfast is just OK.

Very clean and comfortable. Close to dining, fishing, and several nice shops. Great pool and hot tub. Not very soundproof as we heard loud talking next door. Hope the breakfast gets better in the future. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. Always clean, very large room, really comfy bed and the best view of the marina, bait shop, park, fishing pier, and restaurant from the balcony!! I will never stay anywhere else in Rockport!!

We’ve stayed here before. Best deal around for what you get. Great views, close to water and boats, nice pool. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Really good mattress. Got a good nights sleep. It’s a well maintained property.

Charming people and a lovely hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice decor and comfy bed. Small issue with the toilet was fixed immediately by very mannerly handyman. Office super nice, helpful and informative. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but was plenty. Coffee hut across the road that also books boat birding tours! Several Good restaurants within walking distance.

The Inn looks nice, its old but clean, pool area is nice, breakfast is limited. Adults standing drunk in pool, music blaring. They were in 4 hours so that means there was second hand beer in the pool. Not kid friendly. We had to wait until next day that we witnessed pool being cleaned before kids got in. inconsiderate guests and no rule enforcement.

The Inn was lovely. The staff were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious… it even smelled nice! Pool and hot tub were open in Feb and both were very clean. Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops etc. We definitely will stay again!

Front desk allowed us to check in early. Prompt and friendly! Courtyard is spacious and pool area is beautiful. Our suite had a bright and airy feel to it. Well stocked with plenty of soap in bathroom, extra coffee in kitchen area. If I had a complaint we only had 2 towel and 1 wash cloth.

We booked this motel for The Fulton Oyster Festival and it was perfect - right across the street. There are a couple restaurants (on the water) a short walking distance. Fulton Mansion is very close and Goose Island Park is a short drive.

Walk to Fulton Harbor Marina across the street. Great dining within walking distance. Lobby and rooms were impressively clean. We look forward to our next visit as we are only just over 2-1/2hrs away.

The staff was super friendly. Also I was surprised to get clean towels every day. It’s been a while for me to stay at a place that changed out the towels. It’s a great location right across from Fulton Harbor.

Loved our weekend stay to view the Whooping Cranes. Directly across from the boat dock. Clean quiet rooms. Great pool and clean orderly grounds. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The Inn is as it says right at the Fulton Harbor so you are by Charlotte Plummer a historic restaurant and the pier. Walking distance to many of the Fulton historical restaurants. Room is spacious. Hotel built like a U with a cottage on the parking lot and a Harbor House for larger parties. The Inn is as it says right at the Fulton Harbor so you are by Charlotte Plummer a historic restaurant and the pier. Walking distance to many of the Fulton historical restaurants. Room is spacious. Hotel built like a U with a cottage on the parking lot and a Harbor House for larger parties. This is absolutely one of our favorite places. My wife stumbled upon this Inn about 5 years ago and we try to come every year. They have a great pool area and it's right by the fishing pier. There are so many options to eat and drink within walking distance. I can't wait to come back even before checking out.

Spacious, clean, comfortable room; hot tub outside was hot, bubbly and working; breakfast choices were limited but good; pier and beach are right across the street to enjoy the morning sunrise.

Everything was pretty great about this property. Nice rooms, the staff were attentive and welcoming, great pool and beautiful surrounding area! I wish they had more of a variety for breakfast. Other than that, it all was pretty good.

A well maintained and clean property. Our double room had an equipped kitchenette. We found the air conditioner loud and managed by keeping the fan on continuously. A nice pool with splash pad and features appealing to youth. About 4 miles from Rockport beach. Breakfast was no-frills continental pre-packaged food, but there's always the kitchenette.

We had to switch rooms. Walls are very thin and neighbors were super loud. The front desk lady put us in another room. We couldn’t even take a shower . There was a crack in the tub that cut my foot and then the water didn’t work….. there was a hole in the wall were the ac was and there were roaches. I requested a refund because this was supposed to be a special anniversary weekend and was ruined and they refused any sort of refund.

Charming property near the water with nice pool area. The staff was abundantly friendly and helpful. The location is amazing if you want to be within walking distance to the water. This property is a bit older so a few things are dated, but I would happily stay here again when I come to visit my family.
