Limited food options, no gluten free options. The dining was like ordering at a fast food restaurant. The hot water for tea was only warm and the coffee was only warm. The heating unit was loud.

This was a last minute stay and it was awful. It was advertised as being in one area and was substantially farther away. After checking in only one of my keys worked and then rest of the stay was back and forth between the front desk and my room. I was in town for an event and was so thoroughly disappointed. They did allow me a late check out but only after I woke up in the middle of the night to a flashing green light by the bed and in the closet and a very hot room. I left the ac when I left for my event and returned to damage on my door. I expressed my concern to the staff but having the front desk offer to visit my room because he wanted to see what the problem was not helpful. Since they let me check in late and the time were not at all as advertised or posted between the 3rd party I booked with even though I personally reached out to the property directly before my arrival. It was also strange to have so many visitors in the room while I was out with a no thank you and do not disturb sign clearly left on the door. I took pics and videos of the lack of restful environment. The property was also infested with lantern flies and many other bugs. I simply moved to keep my car in sight after returning to a used room in my absence and was extremely disappointed the staff tried to help but it was not really in their hands due to this 3rd party booking platform
