Ugh, this place was the worst! Seriously, it was filthy. Bugs everywhere, a disgusting bathroom, and the towels were so gross. The AC smelled so bad I couldn't even use it, even though it was like, ninety degrees out. They had a kitchen, but no pots or pans or anything to cook with. And the Wi-Fi was super slow. The only good thing was the TV had a bunch of channels.

Front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating, and made me feel like I was bothering him. There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. People were smoking on the balcony and playing music till midnight. No property oversight.

Did not have parking in front of room I rented.

Staff , room and sparkling pool were outstanding

Only negative was no ice in ice machine.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and was looking for a comfortable yet affordable weekend stay. Over all we were very satisified and will stay here again next year. Hotel was quit and clean. the full kitchen was a blessing to have for a family trip. easy access to ice and had coin oporated washer and dryer. (important for those muddy soccer weekends) We did not use it but was important for us to have access to. Only complaints we had was that the the microwave turntable didnt work and one of the chairs from the dinette was missing. But overall a very comfortable and convinant stay for us!

Great for a nights sleep but very dirty.

We killed about 15 flies in our room. Spots on the kitchen floor where someone had apparently spilled something.

The outside if the hotel made me scared of what have I done. But the staff was very friendly and nice. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean also. there were no smells or bugs. The room even had a refrigerator a stove and kitchen sink. It was quiet at night no people coming in and out making noise or slamming doors. I would stay there again.

Black mold on the floor and in the kitchen cabinets. The little kitchen area was nice to have. It had a fridge, oven, kitchen sink, cabinets, etc. It wasn’t very clean though. It seemed kinda dirty for sure. The pillows were paper thin, we froze because they only had duvet covers but not an actual blanket. And to top the cherry off, we were extremely busy preparing for the wedding when the guy kept continually calling asking when we were coming to check in. He started at 10am and kept calling throughout the day. I explained that we were setting up for a wedding and it’s a busy day but we would be coming to pay. He spoke a very poor version of English and kept calling back throughout the day. Finally around 3:15pm (which is only 15 mins after check in is even allowed btw), I sent my mom to go check in and pay because he wouldn’t quit bugging us. Overall, kitchen was nice. The rest? Not so much. We won’t be staying here again that’s for sure. We and two rooms side by side and both were in poor condition. People around us lived in their rooms as a home which makes sense to me as to why there was mold.

Sketchy property and guests. Room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom. I moved the bed to use an outlet and there was disgusting debris all over the floor including Q-Tips. Bed was insanely uncomfortable. Never again.

This room appeared to be clean. But as I do my own cleaning for my own safety it was not it was fly infested and when I got up in the middle of the night to pee there were roaches

Staff was amazing! However room looked clean, but after pulling blankets and sheets down I surprisingly discovered dirty sheets with some type of bugs on them. There were roaches everywhere including in the beds, kitchen area, and bathroom. It was not a very good experience at all except for the guy at the front desk.

I wish I would paid here, so I could request my money back; both times we stayed was awful, toilets had urine and fecies all over, I have pictures of the nasty mess around the room the dirty beds they expected is to sleep in. We slept in our car last night in the cold cuz the room was gross and they would refund to being booked online never again will I stay here

The room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed. It was not a good place to stay and I would not recommend it.

Appears to have been recently remodeled and updated. The room was fairly clean but could use a few cosmetic touches. Staff was courteous. We were only there for one night but this would be a great place to stay for an extended time as it had full kitchen amenities. No breakfast but the cost of the room made up for that. Hardee’s is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great deal for a very spacious room!

Check in was awkward. I stood at the desk for a while and when someone came out he just asked what I was there for. I told him to check in and he seemed confused. The room was okay. It needs to be cleaned more. Most surfaces were greasy or just dusty. The bed is too hard. The sheets had cigarette burns. The kitchenette is nice but doesn't come with supplies. I don't know if I would stay here again.

Full kitchen was really nice, but bring your pots!

The room was nice with the full kitchen but I was surprised there were not any dishes or pans, anything to cook with. So in the future I will remember to bring cookware. The beds were a bit firm for my liking and the chairs a bit wobbly.

Older property, but I really liked the kitchen in it. Beds were not the most comfortable, but it’s overall not a bad little place.

The room price was very reasonable. The room was large with a kitchenette. The room was clean and no odors. For the price it was more than I expected.

The manager of this property is very rude and has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen at a hotel

The property Manager, Mr. Champ very hospitable, & personally walks & survey the property & surroundings, this was my second stay here & I will definitely be visiting again soon, highly recommend!!!

New manager was rude and disrespectful told me that i didn't have a reservation but but wouldn't even check the computer told me to come back upon returning 2 hours later again wouldn't check computer thank goodness for Expedia i got a refund only took me 8 hour's 😔😔

The Manager was gone after i had called abs said i would be checking in late, honked at me because i was in HIS parking spot. The next morning i went to check out and the same sign was on the window and no one was available to check out with. Horrible customer service.

Someone came in our room with their key while we were in bed.

The staff is great the room is comfortable and clean.

They seemed to clean okay before we had arrived, though at 9am the housekeeper tried to enter the room without warning (thankfully we had the chain across locking it that way as well) and he tried that 3 more times before giving up. We said we did not need housekeeping and he kept trying. I ordered trip insurance, he seemed to have cancel that part of my order at the desk. My total had dropped the $4.50/person at the register and he took forever to check us in after already having my ID and room card in front of him, I can only assume this was to cancel my insurance for the hotel. The shower head was more akin to a pressure washer, it sprayed through the curtain and soaked the floor out to the bed with the door closed and towels down. Some lights in the room didn’t even work. The beds were too hard, as well as we got a room with 1 bed and were given a room with 2 beds.

It was nice. No one bothered us. Busy street but other than that and someone got a wrong room number looking for someone but overall good stay. Nice location and bonus coffee shop next door plus a full kitchen.

I loved this hotel. The only thing the traffic was loud all night long. But they have places to be too. Absolutely loved my room. Had kitchenette with q bed and a single bed. Awsome people awsome stay. Thank you again.

Nicely updated and remodeled, though it's needing alittle more airing out from old smoking days but my body spray worked fine. The towels were very soft, the air-conditioner was amazing and the shower had the best water pressure of most higher end hotels we've been in. Location is great, main strip of Jackson Missouri. Nearby train ride was so cute and fun. God bless those volunteers.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ac worked. Furniture and fixtures are a bit outdated. The owner was there to check me in after hours and available by the room phone easily. —had some issues with water dripping from the bathroom roof on last nights. Owner was helpful and offered towels and to move me. Area is well trafficked with restaurants and basic supply stores in immediate area. I felt fairly safe. It was Okay for my solo trip, but probably would not bring family.

This is a very basic hotel....no frills, as expected with a pretty low cost. It was clean and easy to reach off of I-55. Thus, it met our needs for one night while traveling and passing through the area.

Hotel was in just the right location for my morning meeting. Place was pretty good. Noisy. Staff could have been nicer. Room well equipped. Would stay again

I booked this hotel based on reviews, and honestly, when you get a $70 hotel you do not expect much. I will start with saying that the room was VERY clean. it was recently renovated, had a huge kitchenette and bathroom, and a great TV. The bed was comfortable and the pillows and sheets were soft. That is the extent of what was good. When we pulled up there were a lot of people outside on the stairwells and in the balcony. It was clear there are longer term occupants here, and I did not get the impression from the website or reviews it was as such. When I booked the room I requested a first floor, and the person at the desk claimed that they never received my request. They were able to accomodate this- but it wasn't without a lot of back and forth and it wasn't the same style room I requested. The owner/manager also tried to tell me that he called me and talked to me on the phone multiple times and I had to hold up my phone to show there's no record. Beyond that, I did NOT feel safe here. People were outside our door smoking the whole time. Everyone watched us come and go. You could hear people through the walls until very late at night. I was not comfortable opening the curtains due to people directly outside our door. We stayed there, but I wedged a chair underneath the door handle out of protection and left very early to avoid people.

This hotel is located in a very good spot in Jackson Missouri is very clean. It’s very quiet easy to get to the stores.

Office manager was great they had me on top floor but when I said something about being on top floor he moved us to bottom floor and said if we needed anything to contact him. It’s an old hotel but remolded, it was clean except behind bathroom door looks like they had done some sanding and didn’t clean it up and beds were comfortable oh and coffee was good.
