You feel like you’re in your own apartment. The staff were polite, accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely be back. The apartment, doors and elevator required your key card to move about. I was with my daughter and felt secure at all times.

No parking in the hotel we have to carry our stuff from the parking. You have to pay extra for parking if you want to take a car out. It’s not clear instructions about parking it took one hour to find parking so it’s Burlington & Moor Street parking. Overall breakfast was ok I was expecting better than this.

Love the room & the front desk. The parking lot they have a deal with was closed due to Easter holiday (& I am aware it is not there fault) causing me to have to park my rental car in a sketchy car park which I didn't really like, & had to pay full price.

found it difficult to gauge on website and reviews as to exactly what you get in my room, I had washing/ drying up supplies and dishwasher tablets shower gel and hand wash nespresso machine with two pods tea, coffee, milk sachets plug socket either side of the bed (not USB) dressing table and full mirror table for two that pulls out so you dont need to clear dressing table tv and under storage cupboard mirror in bathroom with storage inside (and glasses) double shower, easy access (slightly raised) toilet rolls full cutlery inc additional steak knives 2x induction rings, 2 pans, frying pan with splatter guard extractor fan kettle ( no toaster) microwave, possibly with oven functions as there is a metal rack inside, microwave splatter guard 4x plates, side, bowls, mugs, large bowl (no jug) set of cooking utensils with scissors cafetiere clip glass jar juice jug / vase multiple lighting options super comfy beds with plain cotton bedding spare pillows in wardrobe triple warcrobe- 2 with cubbies and one hanging iron and ironing board safe you could hear some shower/ water noise from adjoining rooms, but not talking/ footsteps heating / air con sysytem worked well for both really wide window with lots of natural light, and easy functioning windows a good height ideal if youve got small kids

The check in process was easy and the guy in reception was lovely. The room had everything that we needed, but it had quite a bit of wear and tear - scuffs on walls, stains on curtains, etc. For the price we paid, it was good, but wouldn’t say that it’s 4 stars.

I love staying here, but the area around the property was very, very noisy compared to last time, as there are many clubs and bars behind the property. Also quite noisy during the day now. I had a difficult time resting. I stayed in the same room as last time as well and it was so peaceful and quiet before. I noticed the curtains were stained in December, but forgot to make note of it, and I saw those same stains this time, as well as on another curtain. I love my room so much, so I just kept the curtains pulled back to not see the stains because I know another room would’ve been offered instead.

Walking to distance to the bullring, digbeth coach station, bus stop right outside. These factors made getting around easy and shopping and dining in walking distance. Ideal! Room was clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping isn't done but you have access to new towels and toiletries. Will stay again.

Easy check in, lovely welcoming greeting from reception staff. Room very clean, great amenities. Room on 6th floor, corridors clean and the whole area very quiet. Our second stay here and definitely would book here again . Highly recommend 😊

Like: Very convenient to walk to Market Square, large shopping malls, coach station, New Street and Moor Train Station. Well designed spacious room with lots of shelf spaces Courtesy and helpful with big smiles on their faces. Dislike: lots of constructions going on in the area , can be noisy if you need to open the window to have some fresh air.

This was our first time staying at Aparthotel and booking with Hotels.com. The Aparthotel was excellent, lots of space, clean apartment, lovely and quiet plus friendly staff and easy check-in. Our only slight negative was the mattress and pillows were not great. The mattress was very 'dead' and solid so not overly comfortable and the pillows provided very little support either. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with everything we needed. Bathroom was clean, tidy and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure and spacious enclosure. We would definitely book again. It was a great location for shopping in Birmingham.

Lovely comfortable aparthotel with well equipped modern kitchen area. Second time I've stayed here and the beds are so comfy, guaranteed a good nights sleep. Despite roadworks taking place outside the property is really well soundproofed so no outside noise at night. Great bathroom with walk in shower and nice soaps and shower gel, very hygienic. Reception staff have been very helpful and accommodating both times I've stayed. And the breakfast was a well stocked buffet breakfast, the lady working in the breakfast room was very friendly and chatting with everyone. Will be going back there when next in Birmingham

Photos on the site do not adequately represent the average experience. Photos are of higher ranked rooms, not of standard, despite being logged as standard. Price was not worth the level of room provided when compared to competitors. Range of TV was also not great - unablw to properly cast die to Accor system and not a full range of freeview channels available. Power from the sockets was also not sufficient either as charging would take ages for even just one phone. Staff were lovely, room was clean, however room didnt match provided expectation and amenities in the room weren't of a standard compared to competition.

The room is nicely done and very clean. The bed was hard and uncomfortable Coffee pods awful bring your own. Breakfast was really good and other than above room okay. Staff very nice and helpful. It was just the bed / mattress very hard.

Great stay. Received free upgrade to superior suite. Interior needed attention, couple of things not up to what if say was a superior standard, light switch cover falling off when shutting toilet door, pain on shower roof peeled off, microwave not properly seated in holder. Otherwise very good indeed and certainly will not make too much fuss for what we paid!

From the moment we arrived we were really impressed. Linda on reception was so lovely and welcoming plus we were able to check in early. The room was a great size, comfortable and has everything you need. We opted to have breakfast in the morning which had a good variety and the staff here were also so friendly. Would stay again

4 pm the apartment wasn’t ready, second card wasn’t available till following day and bathroom sink leaking but no one available to fix it and most importantly terrible attitude from staff, it’s like this and we can’t do anything for you

Absolutely impeccable service from Adagio from every single member of staff I encountered. Very friendly ambience. In particular, Andrew on reception was exceptional. Every request I had, he fulfilled to the highest standard. He is always happy to help with anything you need to make your stay more satisfying. I also appreciated the other gentleman who delivered towels to my room. The apartment/hotel room itself exceeded my expectations. The room was so much more spacious than I imagined. I enjoyed the layout of the room and all the lights available as I prefer well lit rooms. Very clean and modern with large windows allowing lots of natural light. The blackout curtains truly block out every inch of light to give you a well rested deep sleep. The way the staff put customers first and care about their service definitely makes me want to return on my next visit to Birmingham. Thank you so much.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff were all polite and helpful and the accommodation and breakfast were great. Cleanliness was super. One member in particular was lovely. Linda was so lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She made our stay very special.

We had our best stay in Birmingham at the Adagio Aparthotel. The staff were so warm, friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and happy stay. Massive shout out to Sally, wonderful soul who looked after us at breakfast and made it a joy and the lovely manager at the front desk (I think her name was Linda) who ensured we had everything we needed. We had our best stay in Birmingham at the Adagio Aparthotel. The staff were so warm, friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and happy stay. Massive shout out to Sally, wonderful soul who looked after us at breakfast and made it a joy and the lovely manager at the front desk (I think her name was Linda) who ensured we had everything we needed. Room was impeccable with a good powerful hot shower. Can’t fault it. We will never stay anywhere else now! 😊

Hotel charge extra for early check in . Even for like 1.5 hours. Most hotel I went to don’t . Counter lady not really friendly either. Sammy the lady in the restaurant was awesome . Very nice and friendly lady.

Walking to distance to the bullring, digbeth coach station, bus stop right outside. These factors made getting around easy and shopping and dining in walking distance. Ideal! Room was clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping isn't done but you have access to new towels and toiletries. Will stay again.

I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed a lovely, well proportioned one bed flat. Coffee machine was a great surprise too. I love a decent coffee in the morning! Breakfast ok. Dining room very bright and staff lovely and personable with the guests.

Hotel was nice enough. Looked at the breakfast but didn’t really like the look of it. The lady who ran breakfast was so nice and friendly though. Got woken at 8am with building work outside which was a little annoying. Good car park deal around the corner, parked for £5 per day.

Room was great, bed comfortable, but did have minor decor issues (bathroom ceiling paint peeling off). Staff super helpful, friendly & professional. Didn't eat breakfast there - a bit too pricey! Didn't realise that we didn't get any cleaning services for our 3 night stay, until I asked about it. I think info needs to be clearer. Also didn't realise that deposit was per room & not per booking. Overall great stay, great location. Will stay again!

Check in was fine. The highlight of my stay was Lorraine at breakfast. Such a lovely friendly lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she just wanted to make sure all her guest were happy. Food was hot and nicely presented. She is a real credit to the hotel.

Very comfy beds. We were greeted by the lovely Linda who made us feel completely at home. The breakfast was good, and they were so careful to cater for my allergies. A great stay.

Stayed for two nights. The location is great, very central and close to everything in the city. We were greeted and looked after by Sofia and Rohit who were both absolutely fantastic. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. This was a great find and I'm sure we will stay here many more times. Highly recommend.

Really great place to stay. Studio flat was big enough. Location was really good, very close to both Moor Street and New street stations, and to the shopping area, everything in walking distance with great transport links. Breakfast was amazing, and the lady attending breakfast was really lovely! Well stay there again next time we are in Birmingham!

The room was clean, and having a kitchen was very practical. The hotel is very close to the train station, which was perfect for me as I had to travel to the NEC by train every day. It is also right by the Bullring shopping centre. The receptionists were informative, smiling and friendly, and I felt very welcome. I stayed for three nights, and for my trip, everything was very convenient and easy. I had a very good stay.

Great location in the center but no noice from the street, totally silent nights. The madrass was just right for my back and the bed linen were smooth. The kitchenette was practical with sufficient amount of gadgets and tools. Everything was just right for me and I can highly recommend this Aparthotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent-connected to the railway station and just steps from the Bullring Shopping Mall. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This place is an absolute steal! It is super close to a major shopping centre and tons of great restaurants, a short walk to central station, and the flat is amazing! It is nicely renovated, has a proper little kitchen with all the amenities, including a dishwasher, a comfortable bed, blackout blinds, a little dining table that slides out from under the desk, and lots of closet space. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed here during the last hot spell, air-conditioning was fantastic. Close to Train stations & 5 mins walk to the Bullring for shopping. Kitchen facilities were very good. Great shower.
