Bel hotel structure sympa, restauration tres correcte, animation mais gros temps mort entre la fin d apres midi et 22h. De la place aux differentes piscines et beaucoup de place à la plage. Fond marin accesible par le ponton avec du poissons variés, seul bémol temps de transfert depuis l aéroport

The hotel facilities were good, rooms are clean but you can forget about the beach. Although i checked in online and gave the approximate arrival's time, the room was not prepared for the number of persons booked, we had to wait for the bed and towels for the 3rd person and even had to call after waiting for more than an hour. The only person who gave us once a smile during the stay, was one of the housekeepers !! Honestly, the whole staff needs to be trained. The food and beverage department needs to be reformed from top to bottom, urgently. I know, that you get what you pay for, but that's not the accor group standards i used to know.

Basilare nel complesso, 10 punti vanno solo all estetica delle camere e agli addetti della pulizia. Il cibo varia ogni giorno ma la qualità di alcuni prodotti a colazione è davvero scadente, inoltre i camerieri prestano poca attenzione ai clienti, soprattutto quelli che si occupano delle bevande. Gli addetti alla reception sono sgarbati, non parlano bene l inglese e durante il check out se non fate attenzione aggiungono costi extra per cose mai consumate. Se dovete organizzare escursioni o gite in pullman vi sconsiglio di farlo con l addetto dei transfert del resort, abbiamo pagato un pullman grande per 21 persone e uno più piccolo adatto a mia zia per darle la possibilità di viaggiare comoda essendo invalida.. ma il giorno della gita si sono presentati con 2 mini bus costringendo mia zia a viaggiare scomoda in un pullmino piccolo insieme ad altre 12 persone, davvero pessimo l atteggiamento indifferente del responsabile. Gentili e professionali i ragazzi della spa e Carlotta, la ragazza dell animazione. Per il resto la spiaggia e le piscine del resort sono carine ma SCONSIGLIO il soggiorno in questa struttura per il servizio e l incompetenza di alcuni membri del personale.
