I like that it is close to the metro station and walkable to and from some of the sights of the city and the free continental breakfast. I did not like that the hotel didn’t have a lift.

great staff and able to help with everything i need including parking.

There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk. The staff is very nice. AC works well.

Check in was easy and smooth. No elevator but front desk carried our bags up. Room was small and beds were clean. The shower needs a serious update. Dirty stained caulk along bottom, doors loud, the rack to hold bottles and soap is a joke everything falls through. Wouldn’t pay the rate if getting a nice shower after a long day of walking or traveling is important to you.

The hotel is very close to many areas you will want to see and walk too. But this is not a 9.0 rating hotel, i would say it is a 7. it is not bad but you can see the age in the entrance and the carpets are very old. There is no elevator that was a huge bummer. The front desk people will help with the bags but after walking 15k steps daily walking up those steps sucks. I would say it is a ok hotel for a couple for a few nights, not a family.

La piaza de Popolo también está caminando. El servicio al cliente fue excelente y sólo por eso repetiríamos. El único detalle es que no tienen elevador y se tienen que subir escaleras para llegar a las habitaciones, no obstante el personal del hotel nos ayudó subiendo el equipaje. Buena relación costo-beneficio.

Front desk was super nice! Rooms need to be updated especially the shower, seems to have some mold. Location was great. Be aware there is NO free parking. It’s 35 euros a day although it mentions parking available with no dollar sign under hotel info.

Nice quiet room with EXCELLENT air conditioning. Rome is hot in July!

This is not a Luxury accommodation as advertised and verges on miss- selling. The rooms were clean but the reception was poor and the carpets were thread bare. Its an apartment conversion and poorly done especially with regards to sound proofing which is non existent. You can hear everything from next door and you might as well have your neighbours showering in your room its that noisy. There were no tea or coffee making facilities and towels were cheap. I hate to say it but its like a poor mans premier inn and for £250 a night its expensive. It was clean and the location is good. The chap on reception was good but wasted in the role. nothing was explained about breakfast and the reception is only manned from 8am - 9pm so if you arrive late or leave early expect no help. No lift as well so no good for people with mobility issues.

We stayed two nights at the Residenza Flaminio Gaio. We stayed in a family room, it was very comfortable, clean and the staff were great, friendly, professional and helpful. Great stay, highly recommend!

This was the perfect hotel for us! We were in Rome before flying home, and it was in such a convenient location to every major landmark! It made walking and transportation to and from the airport a breeze! The rooms were clean, beds (even the pull out couch) were comfortable and we were able to have 3-4 adults with no problem. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and organized a transport to the airport for us! I would highly recommend!

It’s in a prime location situation just near Villa Borghese & Piazza Del Popolo, easy access to several bus & metro routes which can take you all over Rome. Vatican City & Castel Sant’Angelo are around 25-30 minute, Trevi fountain/pantheon are 25 minute walk. Taxi to Rome Fiumicino booked at reception is a fixed €65.00. Would happily stay here again returning to Rome.

Hotel located right next to Piazza del Popolo so was about a 20-30 min walk to furthest key attractions which was ideal! It is just outside of the centre which means you don’t get the flat rate taxi fare of €50 from airport. Staff on reception at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our trip. Room was modern and well decorated and had everything we needed. Only comment was that it felt like the floor probably could have done with a mop/wipe as was a bit dirty when not walking round with the slippers that were provided. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!

Hotel was walking distance and in good proximity to all areas we had planned on our trip. However, the room itself lacked finesse in the cleanliness, windows were dirty, toilet button broken and shower was a struggle to use.

The bathroom and shower were terrible and the drain was clogged. Thank God we were there only for 1 night.

The room was LARGE which I really liked, and a very walkable area near Piazza del Popolo & Via del Corso, which I also liked. Staff were super kind/friendly. Also great water pressure & a rain shower head which was fantastic. Breakfast on site was nice if pricey at €10, but plenty of options nearby. And you get a free bottle of water daily. The major ding IMO was no coffee/tea in the room - not even instant! With breakfast not starting until 8, if you want to get up early, you have to do it uncaffeinated and head to the bar down the street. Just for that reason I wouldn't stay here again. But, if you don't care about that aspect, this is a great hotel.

They immediately fixed a small issue with our room and also set us up with an excellent driver to the airport. Room was pleasant and comfortable; good shower :) breakfast also good. We found the location excellent for exploring the city; we walked to all the major sights from the hotel and there are lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

There is no soundproofing on the bedrooms so you can hear everyone coming and going/ in their rooms ect so it is very dificult to sleep. You are also getting alot of noise from the street outside. I think it was also a very high cost for what it was, i would recommended getting a nice hotel further outside of Rome for half the cost and getting public transport in each day.

This is a brand new, beautifully decorated suite. It’s on a quiet street right off the main shopping street. All of the city’s sites are within walking distance. The location is truly the best of all worlds - quiet, yet right in the middle of everything. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby as well. The room is a little smaller than it looked in the photos.

Small hotel of 42 rooms, rooms were large and spacious. The front desk staff were super helpful with helping me with dealing getting my lost luggage and getting it back to the right place. A bigger and brighter address sign would be super helpful. We arrived early on a dark rainy night and took us a few minutes to find the doorway to the hotel. A great local neighbourhood vibe with a short walk to local cafes, groceries and buses.

Great location. The Room for 2 was pretty small, but cute.

Location of the hotel was great for exploring Rome. The staff on the desk were friendly and available for most of the day. Room decor was fine but showing signs of wear and tear. Bathroom wasn’t well-ventilated and shower had poor drainage. Our main issues were noise levels in the hotel. We could hear people very clearly in the next room and from around 8am onwards the noise in the halls and from the breakfast area were really loud. Don’t stay here if you enjoy a lie in! There was also scaffolding outside our room blocking all light and we saw workers moving along the scaffolding directly outside the room throughout the day.

WiFi was sketchy and TV had no English channels. Staff was excellent and area was great.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in assisting ordering taxi and transfers. Unfortunately, the walls were extremely thin and full conversations could be heard. The last night the people across the hall screamed for over an hour which facilitated very poor sleep. Location is great for access to Plaza de Popolo. Keep in mind that if getting a hoho bus the closest stop is 23 mins away. You can walk to the coliseum in 30 mins from the hotel though!

We found the location excellent for exploring the city; we walked to all the major sights from the hotel and there are lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

The hotel is on a side street but that made it special. The neighborhood was quiet. Hotel staff, especially Andre was very helpful and helped us to get the correct train when we had to go to certain places. He even recommended places we could get our meals. When we asked to move from our room to another room, he was quite helpful in granting our request. Aka in all, I would stay again if I get another opportunity to do so!

Location was close to Piazza del Popolo which was convenient for touring. It was also a short walk to the Spanish Steps. However, would never stay there again. Had booked two rooms: Changed to a new room as first one had ants. Second room water backed up in the sink and next to a staff member that lives in the hotel. They were loud and disrupted us regularly while in the room. It was so loud it was like they were in the room with us. Breakfast didn't start until 8am so we could only attend one morning and it wasn't worth going. There was no way to make coffee in the room. After all of this the staff acted like it was our fault and it was a bother that we mentioned any of it.

very good location. close to the piazza del popolo and borghese park entrance (not close to villa borghese museum though). the staff is very friendly despite our late arrival check in process was very easy. they have storage and front desk.

An excellent place to stay to explore Rome and the surrounding towns. Our room was well maintained and the bed is really comfy. It's located right near a metro station that is only a few stops away from Termini, and you are within a couple of miles of all the major sites. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a holiday in and around Rome.

Handige uitvalsbasis. Je zit dicht bij de metro en er zitten veel bezienswaardigheden inde buurt.

Has a great location, near most attractions, near public transportation.

Rigtig dejligt ophold. Personalet var rigtig venligt, og grundet Covid havde vi allerede kontakt til dem, inden vi tjekkede ind. Det virkede betryggende og personligt. Værelserne var rummelige og rene, og der var det, man havde brug for. Ikke langt fra centrum. Grundet Covid var morgenmaden serveringer. Dog ikke det helt store udvalg og meget italiensk med hvidt brød, kage og yoghurt. Sidste dag skulle vi tidligt af sted om morgenen, så personalet tilbød at komme med sandwiches, vi kunne tage med på rejsen. Meget sødt af dem og god kundeservice!

Service was amazing! We were well taken care of and they gave us local recommendations for food that were incredible. There were nine of us in our party and we took 5 of the 14 rooms! The location is amazing! Very walkable to many areas! And the croissants at breakfast….YUM!!!

Excellente situation. Le déjeuner est varié et servi à table. Les suites sont spacieuses et ne manquent de rien. Le meilleur dans cet hôtel est clairement le service : le personnel est aux petit soins pour servir un petit-déjeuner de qualité et Silvia, à la réception, est d’une gentillesse rarement vue et se démène pour que le séjour se passe pour le mieux.

Veldig hyggelig personale, som hjalp til med alt vi lurte på. Rent og pent. Rommene ble vasket ordentlig hver dag. Frokosten var enkel, ikke buffet slik bildene viser. Fra betjeningen kan du bestille enkel toast, croissant, kokt egg, yogurtbeger, appelsinjuice og kaffe/te. Ikke det vi skandinavere kaller frokost, men enkel servering. Beliggenheten er perfekt for storbybesøk, vi trivdes veldig godt der. Det lå perfekt med inngangen til Piazzo del Popolo. Gangavstand til «alt»: Vatikanet, Villa Borghese, sentrum, shopping, osv. Kan absolutt anbefales!

Excepting for the non functional Wi-Fi, the room was extremely quiet, the location super close to Piazza De Popolo and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very limited but acceptable for one day. The room, hotel and area were clean. Nice place to base our week in Roma.

The property is in a good location. Walkable to sights, dinning and shopping. However, we had some issues & concerns that I’m outlining below. 1. This property is not well maintained. * Hallway carpets are old and soiled * Bathroom shower frames are not kept clean and have visible mold, rust and calcification. * Inside the toilet bowl is black and disgusting. 2. The continental breakfast is not served buffet style as it’s customary or as advertised in the photos. There were display counters but they were empty. We were given a paper menu and a pencil to circle our choices and write the quantities we want. Our selections were presented quickly but if we wanted anything else, it was very difficult to get a hold of the server as he stayed in the pantry area all the time. 3. The photos are very misleading. The owners of this property used photos to display a property that does not exist at Via Gian Domenico Romagnosi 1. I say this literally because some of the photos belong to another property!!!!!!! Advertised as Luxury studios and scattered among photos of the “actual” property are very misleading photos that lead the traveler (in this case me) to believe these accommodations are available at this property and somehow the style is similar from room to room; when in fact, these rooms are in a completely different property quite a distance away (not walking distance if you have luggage) in a different neighborhood.
