Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Super comfortabel hotel met prachtige kamers en uitzicht. Zwembad en Spa was heerlijk en is zeker een aanrader.Vooral het personeel was super vriendelijk. Wij zullen zeker weer terugkomen.

We used the spa service for massage and Hammam. The ladies providing the service cannot speak English at all. They were also very rude. Highly recommend translator or some staff who can speak English. We were not told swim caps mandatory in the pool, they charged us 20 lira for each cap. Although check in time was 2pm they made us wait till 4 to get us checked in. Hotel and rooms were good. Staff at dining area, very good.

Very well managed. The staff is super nice and provided the best hospitality. My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. The hotel is a little away from the center of the action in Göreme but so worth it. We love starting our day with breakfast in the beautiful hotel and used all the accessible amenities, our favorite was definitely the spa following with the pool!!! Perfect time for couples.

Es gibt ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet wo die Folieabdeckungen nicht entfernt werden , 30 min auf schlechten Kaffee zu warten ist keine Freude am Morgen, die eingeschränkte Nutzung der Pools finde ich diskriminierend, auf Hinweise wird nicht reagiert die Dusche Lief nicht richtig ab und den Nächsten Tag auch das WC nicht mehr. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Es war alles super und perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre mit Charm. Wir werden wieder kommen ! Das Frühstück war mehr als perfekt ! Echt Hammer, sehr große Auswahl und teilweise aus eigenem Anbau / Garten. Und vielen Dank für das Zimmerupgrade. Eine sehr schöne Welness / SPA-Anlage. Die Massage dort kann ich dort nur empfehlen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

We expected way more from this hotel than what we received. Firstly the floors were dirty and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor for our entire stay. We had the jetted bath in the room and every time we used it a FOUL smell came from the sink, the plumbing is so badly done. The “special” rooms are just cheap luxury. AND they are NOT sound proof like they advertise. We could hear entire conversations from the room next to us. The location was also inconvenient, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from all the main attractions of Cappadocia. Overall, don’t waste your money on cheap luxury. We stayed at a smaller hotel in the main city for our last night and we loved it, and it was half the price.

From check in to check out the stay was wonderful. We stayed in the stan room with its own pool and sauna. It was beyond amazing. The decor of the room (for anniversary) was a nice touch. The entire hotel was so gorgeous, i couldnt stop taking pictures. Room service was fast and delicious. We were gifted champagne on arrival and a beautiful gift box with snack on departure. I would definitely stay again.

Veldig hyggelig personalet, vi ankom hotellet kl 06 på morgen altså før innsjekkstid. De lot oss sjekke inn tidligere og sjekke ut en time senere uten ekstra kostnad. Frokosten var fersk, god og veldig stor variasjon. Personalet var vennlig og servisinnstilte. Anbefales å bo her.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in throughout my time traveling the world. The service was exceptional and the staff were super nice and professional. When I made a request for a room upgrade, zeynep was able to provide me with the best room available at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am Kapadokya.

Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

We expected way more from this hotel than what we received. Firstly the floors were dirty and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor for our entire stay. We had the jetted bath in the room and every time we used it a FOUL smell came from the sink, the plumbing is so badly done. The “special” rooms are just cheap luxury. AND they are NOT sound proof like they advertise. We could hear entire conversations from the room next to us. The location was also inconvenient, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from all the main attractions of Cappadocia. Overall, don’t waste your money on cheap luxury. We stayed at a smaller hotel in the main city for our last night and we loved it, and it was half the price.

Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

Very well managed. The staff is super nice and provided the best hospitality. My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. The hotel is a little away from the center of the action in Göreme but so worth it. We love starting our day with breakfast in the beautiful hotel and used all the accessible amenities, our favorite was definitely the spa following with the pool!!! Perfect time for couples.

Brilliant and amazing stay!! Reception team were fantastic and helped us as much as they could! Massage was great! Restaurant staff were good too!! No complaints! Was a nice relaxed stay!! Room was fantastic- especially the jet bath! Loved the photo statues outside! Would stay again if we’re ever back!!

From check in to check out the stay was wonderful. We stayed in the stan room with its own pool and sauna. It was beyond amazing. The decor of the room (for anniversary) was a nice touch. The entire hotel was so gorgeous, i couldnt stop taking pictures. Room service was fast and delicious. We were gifted champagne on arrival and a beautiful gift box with snack on departure. I would definitely stay again.

Veldig hyggelig personalet, vi ankom hotellet kl 06 på morgen altså før innsjekkstid. De lot oss sjekke inn tidligere og sjekke ut en time senere uten ekstra kostnad. Frokosten var fersk, god og veldig stor variasjon. Personalet var vennlig og servisinnstilte. Anbefales å bo her.

Es gibt ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet wo die Folieabdeckungen nicht entfernt werden , 30 min auf schlechten Kaffee zu warten ist keine Freude am Morgen, die eingeschränkte Nutzung der Pools finde ich diskriminierend, auf Hinweise wird nicht reagiert die Dusche Lief nicht richtig ab und den Nächsten Tag auch das WC nicht mehr. Die Bilder konnten wir nicht zum teil nachvollziehen

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Es war alles super und perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre mit Charm. Wir werden wieder kommen ! Das Frühstück war mehr als perfekt ! Echt Hammer, sehr große Auswahl und teilweise aus eigenem Anbau / Garten. Und vielen Dank für das Zimmerupgrade. Eine sehr schöne Welness / SPA-Anlage. Die Massage dort kann ich dort nur empfehlen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

This is our second visit to Cappadocia First visit was amazing that’s why we loved the area and decided to go again. The staff were nice and helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel location is far, and somehow overpriced we picked it cause of its amenities (spa, outdoor and indoor pool )buyer were so disappointed that indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool was not clean plus whenever we try to schedule the spa we were told that they only take one guest at a time in the whole facility and that means we can’t use the suna or Steam room cause they are always busy, Although during our 2 night stay the hotel looked empty even the breakfast buffet was canceled since there were not enough people in the hotel The room was spacious and clean but no view what so ever, the noise from the road was a little disturbing at night. Somehow disappointing
