What a fab litte property.. loved the prepared continental breakfast ..amazing big spa bath. Lots of extra thoughtful amenities ..super pool outside for the warm weather...snuggly blankets and plenty of comfortable pillows..great value for money

From the start I knew it was going to be good. A real jewel in south Gippsland. So close to the water, a great spa and fabulous people to greet and look after us. The rooms and facilities were beyond my expectations

The property was okay but there was no parking for our car. We were made to park in front of the property. The shower was located inside a bathtub which was hard to climb and if you got mobility issues that would be very dangerous.

Excellent place to stay. Close to restaurants, walks and awesome views. Pool, sauna, spa what more could you want. Place was very clean. Great breakfast included. We will definitely be back.

The property was right near the beach and very close to all amenities . But the staff person who let us in treated us like we were inconveniencing him by being there. The room was clean and comfortable but having to pay $300 for the night I would have expected more, not just a bed a coffee table and 2 chairs . Spa bath was lovely though. We were also told there was 3 parks one for each unit but when we came back parks were all taken. Would not stay here again.

Third time we have stayed here as it is such a lovely, quiet place. Very close walk to shops, restaurants and beach. We stayed in the Spa Room which is very spacious, clean and has a very comfortable bed and very quiet. Swimming pool is right outside the door. You can choose to use your own private spa in ensuite or there is a large spa for everyone to use which is excellent. As there is only 4 apartments in the building, it is very quiet and peaceful. Continental brekky of cereal & toast is provided which is a lovely bonus. Michael makes your check in very easy and your stay very pleasant. Highly recommend.

The property is very close to the main street of shops which makes things very convenient. Access to the beach is literally across the road. The room was clean and comfortable so it was easy to relax in. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Eugenies.

we are so happy to stay for a holiday night. The staff is so friendly and nice. It is safe, clean and walkable to the beautiful beach. There are many restaurants around as well.

Stay away. This place is not reliable! We arrived at Eugenies to find no one onsite to let us in to the property. I called the number posted and it went to voicemail. I waited several minutes when another guest came by and let us in. I tried calling Michael, the host again. He did answer this time, but said he did not have a booking for me and did not work with Hotels.com. I booked this hotel months ago and received a confirmation. He said he was fully booked and wasn't onsite. His only recommendation was to try a place a mile or so away. The people there tried to help and did much more than Michael at Eugenies. It was a holiday weekend in Australia and no hotels were available in the area. We had to drive over an hour away to find a hotel. As a result, we were unable to take a morning cruise we had booked. After the fact, I looked at the reviews on Hotels.com and see 2 reviews posted in the last 2 weeks! So if they stopped working with Hotels.com it was very recent. They should have notified us when they did so. Very unprofessional!!

What a fab litte property.. loved the prepared continental breakfast ..amazing big spa bath. Lots of extra thoughtful amenities ..super pool outside for the warm weather...snuggly blankets and plenty of comfortable pillows..great value for money

Excellent place to stay. Close to restaurants, walks and awesome views. Pool, sauna, spa what more could you want. Place was very clean. Great breakfast included. We will definitely be back.

Third time we have stayed here as it is such a lovely, quiet place. Very close walk to shops, restaurants and beach. We stayed in the Spa Room which is very spacious, clean and has a very comfortable bed and very quiet. Swimming pool is right outside the door. You can choose to use your own private spa in ensuite or there is a large spa for everyone to use which is excellent. As there is only 4 apartments in the building, it is very quiet and peaceful. Continental brekky of cereal & toast is provided which is a lovely bonus. Michael makes your check in very easy and your stay very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Eugenies was lovely. It was very clean and comfortable for us for a few days and easy to walk along the beach and into the shopping centre. As far as the dining options were concerned- we were not impressed with some of the eating places.. At Eugenies the continental breakfast was adequate but maybe to have a bit more privacy from the people next to us would have been a bit nicer. Other than that we would recommend Eugenies and will definitely stay there again in the future

Great 2-night stay at Eugenie’s at Inverloch. Sea view from the large balcony with comfy seats and table. Massive shower / bathroom. Enjoyed the jacuzzi very much. Spotless room. Would have given 5star rating if the sauna was working. Expedia was out of date when it said breakfast was included at Eugenie’s. It didn’t really bother us too much in the end as The Locals served great coffee and breakfast and we loved it.
