Two of my key amenities when searching for accommodations were breakfast and a pool. Both were advertised as amenities available however breakfast was not provided and the pool was closed for planned repairs. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and I got little sleep. Only muffins and coffee were provided and the staff said breakfast was not provided on the weekends. How would I know that when it was not communicated. Also since the pool closure was planned that should have been communicated as well. I paid my bill in full but I did not receive amenities specifically stated would be included. I feel I’m due to partial refund for false advertisement.

This was not our first stay at this property however this stay we were able to use the pool and enjoy the breakfast that the hotel offered. The breakfast had hot food items, a cereal and oatmeal bar with various toppings/mix-ins. The pool was sparkling and clean. The jacuzzi was a great temperature and the jets were strong. Overall this stay was immaculate. Side note: There are also great food options close to the property.

Each and every staff member gave 5 ⭐️ service. Breakfast was nice-we really enjoyed the egg white breakfast bites they offered every day. There were no meat options which was fine with us, but for those carnivores that’s something to know. Cons: Walls are paper thin and some rooms are adjacent to other bedrooms so uouvv bc an hear everything. The suite we stayed in could use a refurbish- The sofa needed to be replaced Blackout curtains were worn out with holes There was tape in the corners of the tv casing so those need to be replaced. Sounds nit picky but even the walls needed to be wiped down-dirty marks by the light switches etc…

The screen on the window was broken so I couldn’t use one of the windows, the door in the bathroom was damaged at the bottom and looked dirty, the burners in the kitchenette were permanently stained and it needed some general upkeep to be worth the price. For the cost I would want cleaner and nicer rooms.

I prepaid for a two night stay, however only stayed one night, thank God! Not only did the room stink of wet dog, but the front desk gal was extremely short when responding to my complaint to change rooms. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were used and to worn out to use. I cannot recommend this hotel and would recommend that you stay elsewhere.

The first room assigned had a terrible odor unrelated to any cooking. The staff did relocate us, however, the common hallways retain odors from all of the cooking that the guests are doing in their rooms. Despite their description that breakfast is included, there is truly no meaningful breakfast provided. The only offering is Instant packaged oatmeal and nasty unhealthy muffins. There is a nice assortment of teas and coffee is hot and fresh. Both are offered 24 hours.

Way over priced for this hotel room. The room was dark with inadequate lighting. Only one small window. AC did not work. "Breakfast" is bare minimum, a joke really. I cannot believe we were charged over $350 for this room! Will never return or recommend.

This hotel did not meet my standards for the price we paid. We had a very spacious and up-to-date bathroom, which was great, but the bed was located right by the air conditioning vent. When the air conditioning came on we were blasted with icy air while we were trying to sleep. The room itself was just OK – there was no dining room table, the sofa in the living room was not comfortable, and some of the kitchen pots and pans were not in great working order. I don’t plan to stay here again.

The staff is great and always very helpful in every way that they can be to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! I also like that it's wonderful few places that have a refrigerator as well as a cooktop stove for the most part and in the bigger rooms of full size kitchen. I like that because it made it very easy for us to prep our own bills and even occasionally being able to go out to cook on the gas grill.

The staff is great and always very helpful in every way that they can be to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! I also like that it's wonderful few places that have a refrigerator as well as a cooktop stove for the most part and in the bigger rooms of full size kitchen. I like that because it made it very easy for us to prep our own bills and even occasionally being able to go out to cook on the gas grill.

The hotel was great. The front lobby lady was so nice and sweet. We really enjoyed it there. We have a good time there with two kids and having a kitchen was so helpful with two kids to be hungry. I love it there. Recommended for kids friendly as well :)

We were denied our stay due to a booking error on either Expedia or by Residence Inn. We booked a rm for a 2 night stay thru Expedia, however, once we arrived to the hotel, we were denied check in. The staff stated that I had only booked for one night. Since we were diverted to Albuquerque due to weather and missed our connecting flight & and was stranded overnight.

What a wonderful stay! So wonderful, in fact, that we extended it halfway through our first day. Service was amazing, location was ideal, and the accommodation was above expectation. We signed up for their rewards service and now want to try out their similar properties as much as possible now.

What a wonderful stay! So wonderful, in fact, that we extended it halfway through our first day. Service was amazing, location was ideal, and the accommodation was above expectation. We signed up for their rewards service and now want to try out their similar properties as much as possible now.

Nice quiet and spacious room with soft beds. The kitchenette was nice to have. Close to the highway, but didn't hear it. Good breakfast selection too.

Property has great location when it comes to freeway access and food amenities. Front entrance was a little confusing to find at night but not that big of a deal.

Clean, quiet, my room was spacious and the staff was great. After a couple days I was telling my coworkers that I thought I could live there permanently. Good quality breakfast, I really liked it!

Two of my key amenities when searching for accommodations were breakfast and a pool. Both were advertised as amenities available however breakfast was not provided and the pool was closed for planned repairs. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and I got little sleep. Only muffins and coffee were provided and the staff said breakfast was not provided on the weekends. How would I know that when it was not communicated. Also since the pool closure was planned that should have been communicated as well. I paid my bill in full but I did not receive amenities specifically stated would be included. I feel I’m due to partial refund for false advertisement.

This was not our first stay at this property however this stay we were able to use the pool and enjoy the breakfast that the hotel offered. The breakfast had hot food items, a cereal and oatmeal bar with various toppings/mix-ins. The pool was sparkling and clean. The jacuzzi was a great temperature and the jets were strong. Overall this stay was immaculate. Side note: There are also great food options close to the property.

The room is pretty big, and the full kitchen is impressive. However, I was disappointed with the grab-and-go breakfast. I expected it to include at least milk and eggs, but it only had bagged muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee. As I’m on a business trip, I don’t have time to cook my own breakfast. I would recommend this place for family travel, but not for business travel.

The first room assigned had a terrible odor unrelated to any cooking. The staff did relocate us, however, the common hallways retain odors from all of the cooking that the guests are doing in their rooms. Despite their description that breakfast is included, there is truly no meaningful breakfast provided. The only offering is Instant packaged oatmeal and nasty unhealthy muffins. There is a nice assortment of teas and coffee is hot and fresh. Both are offered 24 hours.

They didn't provide the breakfast at all.Just gave a muffin, small cup of oatmeal, small old apple, banana that's all, even they said they have breakfast on the internet. I was so furious when i stayed.

Checking in was an easy and fast process. Room was very nice. Staff was nice. Unfortunately the free breakfast was a big disappointment and we were unable to make purchases of drinks/ snacks and charge to our room. Purchases were cash only and no atm so take cash if you stay here. Don’t think we’ll stay here again.

We always stay at Marriott properties. Not sure if we ever will again because of this experience. While the front desk staff were very nice and as accommodating as they could be I guess, it was very disappointing otherwise. We had to ask for toilet paper, the floor was more comfortable than the mattress. We had to go buy pillows because every pillow, even the ones we had to ask for were lumpy and or flat. Did not get service once in an 8 night stay. Trash was never emptied. We asked the front desk, they put in requests but nothing. And the breakfast? Ugh I won't even start on that. Ew.
