Clean room, friendly staff, close to shops

I had such a wonderful stay! The service was absolutely amazing — so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were beautifully fitted out with everything we needed. The little complimentary “on-the-go” breakfast was such a thoughtful touch and came in so handy. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Our two rooms were brilliant; spacious, extremely clean and newly refurbished The king bed was wonderful 😊😊

LET ME BEGIN BY SAYING THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! Matt went above and beyond to address one of our concerns. So this facility is very "60s" lots of wear but they have tried to keep it up... Still has physical keys for the doors and hallways NOT a key card... actual brass keys does that tell you how old it is? Our room was small, very small. supposedly that is what I paid for. The bathroom had been nicely updated, very clean but cramped. You had to be in the bedroom to open the shower door to enter the shower then close the bathroom door then the shower door! A bit laughable but again clean with good water pressure. The biggest issue was that the bathroom window upper half was louvers that could not be CLOSED! we were there in late summer but the evenings did get cool so the bathroom had a cold draft! Mat to the rescue came in with a bunch of towels and stuffed them in the gaps! good temporary fix took care of 99% of the draft but God forbid you wwere staying in the winter!!!
